If  Tytler and Sajjan Kumar walk free!!!!
Rest assured it’ll be like felling ‘justice’s tree’!!!
Sonia cannot deny that she’s not in the know about dono ka role!!!
What these two got done should make her sick to her very soul!!!
‘The system’ trying to get both off the hook is one of the biggest pities!!!
When Congress gave both tickets protests took place in Punjab and other Cities!!!!
By this example Punjab and Delhi will burn if Tytler and Sajjan are let off!!!
And at India ‘justice’ the World will scoff!!!
So if PC’s trying to get some cops indicted and letting these two barracudas off the hook!
Then he’s playing a very devious and dangerous game as justice he’s trying to spook!!!
Will Congress alienate an entire community just to get two of its Leaders off the hook??
High time a firm and judicious decision Sonia took!!!
Rahul has miles and miles to go!!!
So he should say to the Politician of the year award a polite but firm ‘no’!!!!
His response should be ‘ my reward is the Public’s adulation’!!!!
What’s an award in comparison to the love of the Nation!!!
At this juncture should India buy Choppers to ferry VIPs……. no!!!!
As an austerity measure by rail or road our VIPs should go!!!
And its time Government formulated a policy for Chopper usage!!!
Another measure via which ‘war on splurge’ Sarkaar could wage!!
Who can use and over what distances should Choppers be used!!
And this policy Sarkaar has to ensure is not abused!!!
Climate Change Conference seems to be marking time but India needs to act!!!
India will be affected most by climate change is a known fact!!!!
We must take measures to make do with lesser and lesser rainfall!!!!
Because with every year rainfall is going to fall (go down)!!
A Country like ours that is blessed with abundant sunshine should go Solar in a big way!
Special attention to greening India Sarkaar should pay!!!
Recycling too needs to be taken up in a big way!!!
To tackle climate change this too would be an apt way!!
As now things are out of control why not prepare ourselves for the worst!!!
Slowly affects of climate change will show up but then it will e like a ‘dam burst’!!
India looses that much wheat annually from farm to mandi as much as the Aussie's annual production!
In this wastage there must be a reduction!!!
Just in one decade India lost 1,300,000 tonnes of food grains.....wasted just because of ‘rot’!
Can we afford such wastage …. definitely not????
Silos should have come up in India quite some time back!!!!
In will to tackle this wastage every Sarkar has shown will it does lack!!!
In our Country the tragedy is they’ll let food grains rot,
How many times to requests on files to release food grains Netas and Officials have said ‘ definitely not’?????
Confucius says…… wastage is a leak that should be plugged!!!!
But in India the tragedy is Indian Sarkaar at this food grain wastage is not even bugged (angry)!!
Flash.... Like I'd said Jagan Reddy is up to tricks,
He's conjuring up ways to embarrass High Command as his wounds he does lick!!
Either Sonia should check mate Jagan or get ready for a rebellion in Andhra Pradesh!
Hope she heeds this sandesh!!!
The day his supporters burned her posters she should have started her check mate move!
But first and foremost she should have 'transfered' him to Delhi and from AP got him removed!

IS THE DEMAND OF SMALLER STATES JUSTIFIED ?
Creating more states, or even more districts, is totally against the national development as these creation only generates confusion at every step. Thanks to Sardar Patel who always worked to unite India and its development.
Ramesh Chhabre

When present day administrative/political structure is failing to deliver in just manner, it is better to have smaller units so that even minute percent of well intended administrators/politicians get chance to deliver. For that we need not wait for agitations, rather in planned & preemptive manner create politico administrative units of distt/parliament constituency size. at least the governed would be better informed of their leaders & administrators.

Born of three Brothers “Andhra, Rayalaseema and Telangana” to a Mother.

Dear Viewers, if I am not boring you please peruse below the saga of three brothers created by time out of feudal necessity (Nizam).
The present day AP has been more or less under one yoke since the time immemorial. The construction of city of Hyderabad is completed by the year 1590 during Kutubshahi Sultans with the combined wealth of all regions. Due to wicked attitude of the then Nizam, Hyder Ali of Mysore took control over the present Rayalaseema in 1770s. In the coastal front also Nizam weakened and could not protect people from incessant crushing attacks from Pindaris and Gajapatis. Nizam played a double game with East India Company and French general. The Company crushed the French and asked Nizam what punishment should be meted out for him for playing double game. Clever Nizam gave rights over Northern Circars to the Company in 1790s along with two other districts in lieu of not paying “Lagaan” to the Company. So present day Andhra is permanently separated for over 160 years and merged with Madras Province.

The Company along with Nizam and Marathas defeated Tippu in the decisive Srirangapatnam battle in 1799. The Nizam got back the Rayalaseema as his share. The more intelligent East India Company forced all the princely states to sign military pacts whereby the salaries of standing armies of Company had to be paid by princely states. Nizam ceded the districts (Rayalaseema) back to Company and the region was also merged with Madras Province. The Nizam, left with present Telangana and other parts, had no need to pay a single penny to East India Company. Then follows a dark phase for people of Telangana. Urdu became official language, muslims got preferences in government jobs (over 95%). Telugu is not allowed and taught in schools. The entire State has only 10 primary schools with Telugu as medium of instruction. The people do not have the right to land holdings except a few. A plethora of taxes – birth tax, death tax, cremation tax, marriage tax, festival tax, profession tax, guest tax [incredible! If a guest comes to your house, tax]. Literacy is naturally very low. The people were squeezed by the time they liberated in 1948 in police action.

The other two regions got their liberal freedom in 1830s [don’t be surprised! Sir Thomas Manroe the then Governor of Madras recognised the land holding rights of farmers allowed the farmers of Andhra and Rayalaseema to pay land revenue taxes directly to District Treasuries, a boon that was not allowed to the rest of Madras Province.] Company engineer Sir Arthur Cotton constructed two barrages over Krishna and Godavari rivers thereby millions of acres irrigated in Andhra and KC canal in Rayalaseema by 1860. Schools and colleges were visible in even small towns. Municipalities, district collectorates, rule of law, modern administration followed. The entire Rayalaseema, once very fertile, had become gradually dry so the people became economically weak due to regular droughts. Andhra and Rayalaseema separated and made one State in 1953.

India got independence. The three regions were formed into one state AP in 1956 and the race started for three brothers. Telangana [with empty stomach not even able to walk] collapsed at the start of the race, the other Rayalaseema [hungry stomach only able to walk] was overtaken in the mid-way. The Andhra [moderate healthy] …….
The rest for your imagination.

RSS should concentrate on reviving Shakhas
I belong to Jhansi(UP).I am talking about 30 years back when there were more then 20 Shakhas in Jhansi where as today there is not a single Shakha. RSS leadership should concentrate on reviving Shakhas which are the root of RSS.

"The post of CSI is stale."
Since my fellow retired ISS officer has himself admitted that there is no credible Statistical system, it only confirms that the Statisticians have failed to build the system during tha past 60 years due to their inefficiency and lack of knowledge. Merely getting promotion to SAG level is no proof of their competence. What is more important is whether the workload justifies creation of hundreds pf posts costing crores of rupees per annum. Officer like T R Mohanti are always available in the courts. Are they adding values to the system.
A retired officer of ISS.
It is amazing

This is amazing that the 1990 batch of the IAS is being considered for empanelment. On the contrary, 1982 batch of IRS (IT) has not yet been considered. Are DOP &T and CBDT sleeping? Why should not a case of gross negligence be instituted against the eraant officers?

It is an irony
The irony is that there are a large number of Central services where officers recruited as Group A officers are still serving on the grade pay of 7600 (STS _ NFSG) after 22 years. I
Ranjan

It is not a whisper
It is not a whisper but a fact that Army (read armed forces) dominate MoD in particular and governmental System in General. They have (much less display)hardly any regard for any authority including elected representatives and disregard suggestions and orders with impunity. Insubordination and marginalisation of civilian officers and staff in mixed organisations and stubborn attitude of defence personnel elsewhere is a case in point. Consequences will be disastrous unless timely remedial measures are taken.

Bijness is Bijness!!...Amazing Gujju's...

To:

Dear All
One day in a school in London, a teacher said to a class of 5-year-olds,

I'll give 10 pounds to the child who can tell me who was the most famous man who ever lived."

An Irish boy put his hand up and said, "It was St. Patrick. "The teacher said, "Sorry Paddy, that's not correct."
Then a Scottish boy put his hand up and said, "It was St. Andrew." The teacher replied, "I'm sorry, Hamish, that's not right either."
Then a Jewish boy put his hand up and said "David", the Buddhist boy said "Gautama Buddha" and the Muslim boy said "Mohammed"..
They all were not successful.

Finally, a Gujju boy raised his hand and said, "It was Jesus Christ." The teacher said, "That's absolutely right, Jignesh, come up here and I'll give you the 10 pounds that I promised." As the teacher was giving Jignesh his money, she said, "You know Jignesh, since you're a Hindu Gujarati; I was very surprised you said Jesus Christ."

Jignesh replied, "Yes. In my heart I knew it was Krishna , but Bijness is Bijness !!!!!!
