Aaj Ki Aawaz

At a dinner hosted by Mohna Laloo looked lost and worried!!!
Seems he knows that very soon his tall claims will be buried!!!
Mamtha will be presenting a White Paper on the ‘Railways she got’!!!
Laloo gave himself a 10 and the White Paper will give him a naught!!!
In old times there used to be a stampede when he entered!
On him every one’s attention was centered!!!
This time when he entered he found no one even bothering to give him a second look!
In fact he overheard someone say ‘here comes Laloo the crook’!!!
After his fall his sugar level has been up as he’s in a worried mental state!!!!
And now the fallouts of high sugar have started showing up of late!!
At one time he used to boast that if someone else were to face what he faced!!!
Then to death this person would have raced!!!
But now fall from power and worries are catching up!!!!
A man who used to haver an audience when he supped nowadays akela karta hia sup!
A fortune teller has told him the reason for his meteoric rise!!!!
He’s been told he rose as long there was increase in his and Rabdi's family’s size!!!
Now that ‘baby production’ has stopped!!!!
His fate has become langda and on one leg it’s hopped!!!
So if there is news that stork will visit the Laloo and Rabdi again!!!
Please do understand it’s not for the love of having one more kid but for political gain!
After Singapore ’s Mentor Lee’s visit to India seems Advani got a brainwave!
Via this brainwave Advani felt some face he’ll save!!!!
Like Mentor Lee now BJP has Mentor Advani!!!!
So for Advani when it comes to politics it’s not end of kahaani!!!
He feels via this mode he’ll keep his PM dreams alive!!!!
His ultimate dream is to live in 7 RCR and crazy this dream karr raha hai Advani ko drive!
Sushma will lead BJP in Lok Sabha and Jaitley in Rajya Sabha!!!
On hearing this Abhishek Singhvi and Sibal must have lamented ‘hai oh Rabha’!!!
Climate Summit is now more or less dead!!!
Though there maybe a miracle and it’ll arise from the dead its being said!!!
Hillary has offered a 100 billion lollipop and the Danish proposal has been rehashed!
But by the looks environment will continue to be bashed!!
Signal that Jairam has gone into neutral gear is his pocket which has only one pen!!!!
If he was in hyper mode he’d have in his pocket at least 10!!!
Confucius says….. play with Nature and get ready to face the outfall!!!
Nature’s justice iss ko karte hai call!!!
Flash.... Mamtha's White Paper shows that Laloo's 'Railways turnaround' was one big lie!
It was lies and window dressing and should have been expected from a chaloo guy!!!
Mamtha has exposed many of Laloo's wongs!!
Laloo's got egg on his face and will go after Mamtha hammer and tongs!!
Advani has assumed the role of Mentor and Sushma has taken his place!!!
But like I said earlier he's tactfully kept himself in the PM race!!
Though at present BJP shows no signs of staging a comeback!!!
In fact there are chances from being the main Opposition it could in due course get the sack!!

IS THE DEMAND OF SMALLER STATES JUSTIFIED ?
A wholistic and inclusive approach is need of the hour for carving out exercise of States. The yardstick of backwardness should not be only criteria. The deeds of present would shape the nation's future. But the past is more important; one can learn lessons from it by resorting to retrospection; it guides to nation's safe future. We inherited two somewhat quite contrast parts at the time of independence - one British India and the other India ruled under princely states. The British India is better than the regions ruled by princely states. If somebody argues his region, being backward, and wants a separate state. There would be no end. At least more than 100 new states have to be formed from 500 former princely states. Why should we only go back to 63 years ago. Somebody may ask to go back to 80 years and fight for unification of Pakistan, Bangladesh, Burma (present Yangoon) with India. Don't forget, we have surveillance rights over Tibet and our police personnel protected the porous borders of Tibet with China. Nehru disowned/ discontinued the responsibility and called back our personnel from Tibet. If we go back to 2400 years ago, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand were also part of India (Ashoka period). At different points of time, different regions might have separated/ unified/ remained backward. Strive for all-round development of all backward regions. Jai Hind!

Why are they dilly-dallying the appointment of governors ?
Is the congress govt thinking too-much about this ?
or they are hoping to place a stooge instead ?

Dear Sir, This refers to the post on "CSI post must be handled by an academician" by Mr. B.S. Gupta. If he thinks ISS officers are useless, why does he not call for winding down the ISS? Why should he call for closing the debate? Or, am I expecting logic from where I should not?
The purpose of creating the post of Chief Statistician of India is indeed laudable; but what followed is what is unfortunate. CSI was to have three roles : Member-Secretary of the National Statistical Commission for definition of statistical standards on core statistics; Chief of all government statisticians on Non-Core Statistics and (Administrative) Secretary for the Ministry of Statistics. Mind you, Programme Implementation was not to be the forte of CSI. It should have been delinked from Ministry of Statistics. And anyway, till the other day you were paying a Principal Adviser in the rank and pay of Secretary - you might as well make it a Secretary level post for P.I. That is one part.
The Second issue is, will Mr. Gupta want us to look forward for a CSI who is not Secretary, Statistics, and an IAS officer for the post of Secretary, Statistics? Repetition of the historical blunder of dual Government of Bengal? Under Mr. Gupta's scheme of things, will Secretary, Statistics report to CSI or vice versa? Do you want two centres of power to confound the already confused minds?
The present incumbent is an acclaimed ECONOMIST and he never gave me an opportunity of seeing him talk STATISTICS, theoretical or applied (his talks on MINT or Economic Times were about economics); and his skills at mis-management has got him the thumbs down. He threw the Cadre Planning, Placement and Management Policy down the drain - his favourite Bengalis are now ruling the roost. He, instead of suspending, promotes officer against whom charges of bribery have been made. That officer continues in the Field Operations Division for decades together. That makes me wonder if he is also in the engine of the gravy train that is FOD?
FOR CSI, what you really need is a person who knows statistics and management, both. That probably brings the debate to a solution : Mr. T.R. Mohanty is a statistician, as well as doing a Ph. D. in Management.
By the way, did I see that someone wants to abolish 300 SAG posts in the ISS? I can only tell a story : There was party and some distance away, into the penthouse, went two persons. A little while later, three persons came out. The Chemistry student remarked, there must have been some chemical reaction, making two bunches of atoms into three. The biologist said, what is the big deal, they could have reproduced. The physics student remarked, my observation must have been faulty. The mathematician coolly said, send one person in and the room will be empty again.

Kasi and Mathura be given back to Hindus
What is this so called Ayodhya fiasco. The only bond that connects a Tmilian to a Kashmiri or an Assamese with a Rajasthani is the Hindu religeon. It is a historical fact that the invader Babar destroyed Ram Temple in Ayodhya just like other invaders have desecrated Mathura and Kasi Temples. Hindus have got freedom after almost 1000years of repressive rule by invaders and it is quite legitimate for them to try to get back their Temples of worship. To me their action is much delayed. We want Kasi and Mathura to be given back to Hindus. Can you ever think of a Temple in Arabia or Rome. The greatest enemies of Hindus are these secularists.

Always. It has been proved beyond doubt that smaller administrative units are closer to the public. Politicians and bureaucrats are much more responsible and accountable. Development has also taken place in smaller states much more rapidly than in bigger states due to focused planning and implementation..............

Certainly it will help the Public sector Banks to get new blood to remain in the Banking Industry otherwise these will die soon with so much pressure

Reg Application of Government Rules .
Whether GoI rules are discriminatory?
Promotion of ITS Officers who have not opted for their absorption in BSNL  against the vacancies of STS, JAG, SAG, HAG etc that  are governed by the ITS R R s 1992 are being  filled up by promoting  ITS Group A officers  of DOT but the vacancies of JTS that will come up under the provisions of same RRs  to be filled up by promotion of TES Group B of DOT officers shall not be filled up because here a Group B officer is being promoted and there an ITS Group A officer is promoted .  The chain of promotion is restricted till STS and thereafter it is being stopped for Group B officers .
Why such a discrimination?
