Interesting whisper about Pakistan bureaucracy
The Press and electronic media in Pakistan is abuzz with the disclosure of names of the beneficiaries of the National Reconciliation Ordinance (NRO) promulgated by Gen Musharraf resulting in withdrawal of criminal cases including cases of corruption against some leading politicians including Asif Ali Zardari. Mohammed Afzal Sindhu, Pakistan's MoS for Law & Justice who made the names public has been shifted as MoS Railways. The law Secretary Retd Justice Riaz Keyani too has also been shifted to the Human Rights division. The Ministry of law and Justice has  been merged with the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs headed by Dr Babar Awan. A curious distinction enjoyed by Dr Babar Awan is    the Ph.D degree he acquired allegedly from a fake US university, the university of Montecello,  through its distant learning programme. The university was involuntarily dissolved and its operator Leslie Snell fined US $ 1.7 million by courts in Hawaii and Kansas for "issuing invalid degrees without state authority". Aren't these wonderful methods of correcting politically incorrect initiatives taken by an upright MoS Mohd Afzal Sindhu? And what a wonderful choice of the Minister In-charge of the department of Law & Justice!
Sabbatical for bureaucrats is on in Jharkhand
It’s peacetime for bureaucracy in Jharkhand as a pulverized verdict in recent assembly polls is bound to delay formation of a new Government in the state.
Congress has two options in Jharkharnd
In the wake of a pulverized verdict in recent assembly polls in Jharkhand, the Congress party has two options. First, accept Shibu Soren as Chief Minister & have Babulal Marandi founder president of Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (JVM) in the union cabinet. Second, vice versa could happen. Marandi’s party has got 11 MLAs in a house of 81. However, Shibu Soren may not accept Marandi as Chief Minister because both belong to the Santhal region’s pocket of Dumka.
Congress stalwarts defeated in Jharkhand assembly polls
Significant aspect of recently held Jharkhand assembly polls is that all stalwarts of Congress including its state chief Pradeep Balmuchu were defeated in battle for ballot.
No crisis in Jharkhand
There is no constitutional crisis in Jharkhand in the wake of a pulverized verdict in recent assembly polls in state. It is so because the President’s rule in Jharkhand has legal sanctity till January 19, 2009.
Government formation in Jharkhand to be delayed
In the wake of a pulverized verdict in recent assembly polls in Jharkhand, formation of a new Government will be delayed.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Wonder why the Judge did not give Rathor the maximum sentence????
It simply does not make sense!!!
Now only sentence enhancement appeal can be filed!!!!
And let me tell you what got the Media and Public so riled!!!
Rathor came out of the Court like a victor as Ruchika's family and friend cried!!!!
Rathor's smirking smile said it all ' Justice I've defied'!!!
The smirking smile on his face taunted ' See I got off lightly'!!!
It was a sight that was downrightly unsightly!!
And by the looks of it despite the charges Netas protected him and he became the DGP!
Director General is a Pervert is in his case the real analogy of DGP!!
Chautala has a lot to hide by his reaction to the Press!!!
He went into a rage when for answers like why he became DGP Press ne kiye press!!
A social boycott will at least show that ‘We the People’ feel he’s done wrong and got away!
For a grossly uncivil act and verdict this protest would be the civilized way!!!
If PC wants ‘non performing’ Bureaucrats to go what about Netas who do not perform!
You cannot have a partial reform!!!
What about Pawar whose responsible for rampant inflation???
And what about Azagiri ‘who is always out of station’!!!!
Look at Shinde he’s made the Power Ministry trip!!!!
And what about Kamalnath whose alleged to be on ‘his own trip’!!!
Seems Congress wanted Rao to give up his fast!!!!
With his 'failing health' and outfall if he popped it so Congress wanted him to end his fast fast!
Though now there are rumours Rao’s condition was not that bad as was being said!!!
Maybe Rao got the Doctors to do this as he wanted Congress to feel anytime he could be dead!
The only way to decide on Telengana is hold a plebiscite in the State!!!
Though on this some would say don’t be hasty and on plebiscite hold a debate!!
Because a Plebiscite in AP would draw demand of a plebiscite from The Valley!!!
And around this demand then all the outfits hard and soft will rally!
In Jharkhand Shibu Soren wants the CM’s chair!!!!
But in the elections better than JMM Congress did fare!!
Soren also wants his son to become a Minister in Dilli!!!!
But comparing a Ministership in Dilli and CM’s chair sure does sound silly!!!
So let’s see what lollipop Congress puts in Soren’s gob!!!!!
And gives a Congressman the Jharkhand CM’s job!!
Though BJP's contacted Soren and told him he'll get from BJP a better deal!!!!
And seems his 'wounds' caused by BJP's past jibes ho gaye hai heal!!!
Raje has again raised her flag or revolt!!!!
And via a Cabinet expansion 'revolt ka darwaaza' kiya Yeddy ne bolt!!!
BJP's woes seem to be unending!!!
Internally BJP needs a lot of tending!!!
Confucius says ....When the Parents are week the kids tend to be cheeky!!!!
Wherever they want the kids tend to take a leaky leaky!!!
Adds....... In BJP there is no one to wield the rod to enforce discipline!!!
Why the one who said he's BJP's Pa showed via his 'sticking on' showed indiscipline!!
Flash..... Hooda sent riot police to protect Rathor!!!
Rathor is close to Venod Sharma and on Hooda Sharma used his jorr!!!
All these years as Rathor threatened Ruchika's family no security was provided!!!
With Rathor Haryana Sarkaar after Sarkaar sided!!!
Last heard Chautala has gone into hiding!!!!
Because now its very clear with Rathor he was siding!!!

IIS THE DEMAND OF SMALLER STATES JUSTIFIED ?

Creating more states or even more districts are totally against the national development as these creation generates only confusion at every step. Thanks to Sardar Patel who always worked to unite India and its development.
Ramesh Chhabra

What a pay parity ?
Engineering Services like Indian Supply Service officers of 1976 batch are still at JAG level and IAS 1990 are getting SAG. What a pay parity ? Still DOPT & PMO are keeping their eyes closed. God saves us.
