What does Pakistan’s Foreign Minister mean when he says ‘ India is negative’????
What is his idea of being positive???

Does he mean that India takes Paki sponsored terror in a sportsman spirit????
Or maybe he said this under the influence of spirit!!!!

Though Pakistan is an Islamic State but they drink like fishes!!!!
At Parties both usually get drunk…. Mister and his Mrs.!!

They hold glasses that look as if the glasses are filled with Coke!!!
But the Cokes are spiked and their spirits with spirit ho rahi hothi hai soak!!

India needs to make Pakistan realize that with 26/11 it’s made matters reach boiling point!
Very clearly India should make 'we'll take no more'  point!!!!

US has denied getting any inputs that India is involved on Baluchistan!!
More egg on the face of Pakistan!!!

India should not resume dialogue till Pakistan shows its curbing Terror Inc.,!!!!
And on this India should not blink!!!

What a joke…. India should aid in rescuing Dubai because Dubai ka bajh raha hai band!!
Like Indian Companies having Contracts in Dubai should agree to extending a helping hand!

Deferring payments due by a year or so!!!
And Indian Workers working in Dubai ‘payless’ for a year or so they should go!!!

Yes which Joker has suggested that we rescue a Country that went berserk or mad!!!
Building the biggest, largest or tallest was this Country’s fad!!

Why doesn’t Abu Dhabi bail out Dubai as its sitting on sovereign wealth fund that’s huge?
It can easily help waive off Dubai’s credit deluge!!!

Inflation continues its upward rise!!!!
It’s marching to ‘new highs’!!!

Worrying fact is its spurting in months when it has a history of being low!!!
To the common man this spurting inflation is really a blow!!

The way it’s going by summer onion will cost Rs. 40 a Kilo!!!!
And Sarkaar is comatose ….. arre kuch toh hillo (move)!!!!

What use is the NREGA trumpet when inflation makes the wage look like chicken shit?
Really common man is taking a huge hit!!

Sonia should say something but to be out of sight she has a reason!!!
For her cold season is a bad season!!!

But then she can easily speak to us while sitting in front of the fire place with eggnog in her hand!
Now it looks to our plight ‘ like ostriches Sarkaar has its head in the sand’!!!

Tiger Woods has hit his image OB or out of bounds!!!!
Now the Media is after him like ‘after a hare hungry hounds’!!!

Now more scum about his private life is coming out!!!!
His image and game got him ads and he’s going to lose out on both without a doubt!!

Confucius says….. Tiger has proved to be a naughty man!!!
He lost control of his 'watering can'!!!!

Adds..... USA is blatantly promiscuous but an Icon's promiscuousness is unacceptable!
Only if the Icon has the first name Bill then promiscuousness is accepted!!

There is no truth in this whisper

As the President of the Lok Sabha Employees Association, I totally disagree and disassociate with this whisper. I am shocked to see as to why my name has been dragged into this whisper column. All employees of Lok Sabha Secretariat are very happy with the Secretary General and the Administration. I reiterate that there is no truth in this whisper. We are very happy with the hon. Speaker, the Secretary General, and the Administration of Lok Sabha Secretariat. I can boast of saying that the Lok Sabha Secretariat have an excellent administration. I can very well say the employees of Lok Sabha Secretariat have very cordial relations with each other. Now I am sure I have clarified that "Lok Sabha Employees are not in arms". They are very busy with Parliament Session. Please leave me and our employees alone from such whispers.

(K. Srinivasan, President, Lok Sabha Employees Association)

Give weightage to BSNL & MTNL

Government should give weightage to BSNL & MTNL to meet out the heavy staff cost which is social liability from the time of conversion from government to CPSU.

RTI is a noble step

The Government has come with the great idea of making the governance transparent. RTI is a noble step in this direction. Can the DOPT, Cabinet Secretariat, PM office and all concerned with promotion of Central Service Group A to Joint Secretary Level inform the average time they have taken to clear files of various services for last three years. I am sure all services are not treated equally and the files of some services have been unduly delayed. The information will be called through RTI but let us see how transparent the Departments to publish the information for public knowledge.
