This was the correct vote on account,
And UPA rightly gave its five year account!!!
Prudent to keep the powder dry,
Though some wanted Government to let out against the downturn a war cry!!
The war cry the Government gave was 'in the Budget all the tinkering will be done'!!!
In a vote on account constitutionally there could be none (tinkering)!!!!
And then with tax revenues falling and deficit rising tinkering would have been unwise!!!
What the UPA Government did was wise!!!
Vote on account was not Pranab's baby and he just mouthed it!!!!
By mouthing it he did his bit!!!!
BJP says its main plank will be UPA's betrayal of the common man!!!
Common man will decide who is more black … the pot (BJP) or the pan (Congress)!!!
Congress has enough gunpowder to blast BJP on this count!!!
Will definitely provide BJP's anti common man account!!!
BJP's USP should be 'we solve'!!!
And 'to solve' show BJP's resolve!!!
Resolve can be shown by identifying problems and providing the solution road map!!!
Not with accusations but with answers karro Congress ko zap!!!!
The solutions automatically will paint UPA black!!
In the solutions a knockout punch BJP can pack!!!
Amar is twisting Congress's hand by saying SP's hand is being twisted by Congress!
Says if SP does not give seats into action CBI ko karre gi Congress press!!
Amar keeps calling Congress servile and spineless!!!!
And if Congress lumps all this then it is dignity-less!!!!
Without a doubt the 26/11 attack had some domestic assistance or aid!!!!
And the domestic aid was duly hired and paid!!!
The Producer, Director and 'Stars' of 26/11 were Pakistanis!!!
But they had some 'set boys' who were so called Hindustanis!!!
And Pakistan 's decision to impose Islamic law in Swat valley,
Shows that with the Taliban Paki Government strives to be pally!!!
After all as long as Taliban exist on Paki soil US will give Pakistan arms and money!
Don't you find this so very funny???
My guess is that by 2010 gold will shine to $ 1200 and what will glitter will be gold!
As of today on gold I'm totally sold!!
Confucius says ….With stocks, commodities , reality all falling money will flow into gold!!!!
And gold will go up many fold (symbolic for meteoric rise)!!!

DGCA be headed by a technical person
Yes, it is true that the DGCA should be headed by a technical person. It is beyond one's understanding as to why an administrative Officer has been appointed for the purpose when there are so many capable people available in DGCA,. There are so many Technical people in DGCA who have nothing to do technically, like R & D Division and they no nothing about file work and are given clerical work in the sections like L-I, L-II, AT-I, AT-II, FID and other Directorates. The Technical people for whom there is no work to do in DGCA should be transferred to other Departments like DRDO etc. and the strength of Clerical Staff be increased to ensure the proper functioning of administrative and Clerical matter.

Let Cong and BJP come together in national interest
The best solution is for the Congress and the BJP to come to a CMP and keep away racist ones like DMJK and castiest and communalists like BSP,SP,IUML,RJD and PMK. If Congress can have a CMP with the hated IUML and BJP can have one with Shiv Sena and SAD why can't they come together on national interest.

Government's appeal in the Tribunals be stopped
I fully agree about the Government's appeal in the Tribunals. Most of the cases where Article 14 & 16 of the Indian Constitution are referred and major landmark Supreme Court judgements are referred in the Original Applications, most of the majority Tribunals gives the verdict favaourable to the employees. In some cases, where the Tribunals don't order in favour of the employee, the next appellate authority i.e. High Courts gives the favourable judgments based on the Article 14 & 16 and law created by the Apex Court. Hence, the Government of India will stop appealing in cases where Article 14 & 16 are quoted by the Employees which will save the Government exchequer.

Recent order on timely updation and maintenance of ACR is funny
The recent order regarding timely updation and maintenance of ACR issued to all Ministries is really funny. At present, it takes about 22-23 for a Steno 'D' to be promoted on adhoc basis to Steno'C' and that too without any financial benefit. Apart from this; the earlier 2 ACPs benefit has been zeroed with the illogical 3 ACPs recommended by 6th CPC. The cadre restructure committees recommendation for upgradation of steno 'D' has been forgotten by DOPT though they issued an order to this effect in 2006.
Under the circumstances, does this ACR has any relevance. It seems that DOPT wants to keep busy with these sort of irrelevant works.

Early solution of long stand demands required
I would like to raise our voice before competent authority of DOP&T for early solution of long stand demands of UDCs in Central Secretariat. They work allo the noting and drafting works in secretariat. The lowest functionary of the Central Secretariat i.e. UDC/Assistant, besides routine noting and submission of cases, is required to locate and collect other files or papers, information, data and material, if any, referred to in the receipt, or having a bearing on the issues raised therein, identify and examine the issues involved in the case and record a note. The section consisting of Assistant and Section Officer, while putting up a case, are required to see whether all the statements, so far as they are open to check, are correct; point out mistakes, incorrect statements, missing data or information(if any), draw attention to the statutory or customary procedure and point out the relevant law and rules; furnish other relevant data or information available in the Department; state the questions for consideration and bring out clearly the points requiring decision; draw attention to precedents; evaluate relevant data and information; and suggest, where possible, alternative courses of action for consideration. I, therefore, request you to solve all longstanding demands of UDCs in Secretariat i.e. Time bound promotion.

Who will save us?
It is not only ACP which has been cleverly denied by this government; but think about the allotment of quarters from very good areas like Lodhi Colony(particularly type-III - 1st floor) where the bungling JE and AE have been left scot free as they are taking their own time in intimating the vacancy to Estate Office for the past 6-8 months. Though many quarters figured in the vacancy list, only a very few were allotted and nobody knows where remaining have gone. The JE and Estate Office says it is under repair for more than 8 months and how long it will take they do not know. In some quarters the repair work itself is yet to start. So this government has given the gift of waiting for nearly 25 years for this quarter and allowed the CPWD and Estate office to dictate terms and make you wait for more years apart from this 25 years according to their convenience. Who will save us?

Your website is a great leveller!
I am glad that after browsing your website, Rahul Gandhi, initially goaded by Arjun Singh and Pranab Mukherji, has finally opted out of the race for the Prime Ministership! Wisdom has dawned on him. He and his Mother would feel more comfortable doing the usual back-seat driving as the extra-constitutional authorities in running the government without an iota of accountability! But this could be possible only with a weak and honest PM like Dr Manmohan Singh who does not feel discomfited by such non-stop interference by the duo in day-to-day functioning of the government. Their oral instructions relating to senior level appointments, releases of grants from the PM relief fund, misuse of CBI and Income Tax authorities in falsely implicating officers and political adversaries are promptly transformed into government orders with the approval of competent authority! There is a well-oiled invisible machinery for implementing these oral instructions. This is merely a replication of the practice followed during the NDA regime. Now, under compulsions of real-politic, Sharad Pawar and Mulayam Singh Yadav have joined the fray along with L K Advani and Mayawati. Senior bureaucrats are totally confused as to whom should they shift their loyalties to? The IB is keeping a close tab on their movements. We expect the new Government (after the General Election) to abolish this unethical practice and bring a semblance of transparency in governance.
