Why should postings stop because of elections?
Can the posts which are lying vacant be not filled? Should the Government not function normally? Cabinet Secretary has taken a wrong decision if what you say is true. Also it confirms the fear that appointments are not made on merit but on favouritsm.

You are wrong in critcising congress in taking credit for slumdog
In fact the Congress is ruling the country for maximum period in last 60 years and what is the wrong if it is claiming credit for slumdog. It is it who is responsible for present condition (slums) shown in movie and enabling such movie to be made.

Poor Steno Grade"D":
The above persons have been working in the same grade for more than 23-25 years without any regular promotion and financial benefit. The ACP which was earlier existing gave some relief to these persons but the new 6th CPC ACP which is snatching away even that benefit is going to be implemented by the foolish and brainless DOPT against these poor persons. Will any official come to their rescue or allow DOPT to cleverly cheat these poor stenographers.
