Pharma sector not hit by Economic meltdown As
the grapevine has it, the Indian pharmaceutical sector has not been adversely
hit due to the Economic meltdown. This is explicit from the fact that pharmaceutical
companies are going ahead with recruitments plans. HSBC
to start recruitment in March 2009 As the grapevine has it, the
HSBC Bank is going to start a recruitment drive in March 2009. Kabra
is CFO of Dhanalakshmi Bank Bipin Kabra has taken over as Chief
Financial Officer of the Dhanalakshmi Bank. Aaj
Ki Aawaz Pranab Da please do keep in mind only appointing
Authority can dismiss!!! And to Mohna Sonia is not going to say ' Mohna dismiss'!!!
Not for now at least!!!! And that is because unlike you Mohna is not a 'political
beast'!!! I say this because they say Pranab Da still dreams of PM's chair!!!
And I think many Indians will join me in saying 'Don't you dare'!!!! For all
his weaknesses Mohna is the best of the worst!!!!! Though for his present
stint I'd give him just Pass and not a First!!! High Command , Ministers going
over his head and Commies led to fall in his marks!!! Four years he had to
put up with Commie's barks!!!! They say had Shivraj won in Latur he would
have been PM!!!! And Mohna would have been FM!!! Imagine Shivraj as the
PM
. would have been a nightmare!!!! Though as FM satisfactorily karta
Mohna fare!! Had Shivraj been the PM then PM would mean Put-on Minister!!!!
PMO's image would be like it's been hit by a twister!!! Though for Rahul this
would have been good!!!! As midway India would have demanded Shivraj be binned
for good!!! And then Rahul could have stepped in!!! Public would have
compared him with Shivraj and hands down Rahul would win! And come General
Polls Congress could have blamed Shivraj!!! Claimed that things changed dramatically
in Rahul Raj!!! Have you seen the spurt in ads by Sarkaar!!!! If NDA issued
one UPA's issuing chaar!!! You and I are paying for UPA's campaign ... pre-
poll!!! Be it performance of Sarkaar or its election we pay the toll!!!
If Sarkaar had delivered then ads would not be required!!!! No wonders best
Ad Agencies by Sarkaar have been hired!! Advani BJP ki campaign ko nahi karr
raha hai enthuse!!! Modi ko karre use!!! Modi lao BJP bahchao!!! Nahi
toh next poll mein maar khao!!! Desh ka Neta kaisa ho!!! Should Neta be
like Laloo, Amar or Pawar .... a big NO!!! On FDI seems the Sarkaar has a
game-plan!!! Give relaxations before elections are announced is the plan!!!!
Sarkaar wants to meet the 'commitments' on FDI it has given to lobbies!!!
Sarkaar forgets its commitments to us as for us no one lobbies!!! We only
matter when elections near!!! When on getting the boot form us is the fear!!!
And we know how the Lobbies will say thank you to Congress Sarkaar!!!! You
know with what they will line up at Congress's dwaar!!! Satyam's Raju has
1000 suits, 300 belts and 321 pairs of shoes!!! Seems from Imelda he took
cues!!! So now India too can boast of a splurger on clothes and shoes!!!!
And wait there is more
.coming soon Raju ke ghar ke loos!!!! Confucius
says
.. double whammy
.. chori ke paisa ka abuse!!! For useless
things chori ka paisa kiya Raju ne use!!! Bharat Kumar

All with polls in mind ! It is understood that the Government is planning
to announce various decisions on FDI - on which there is strong opposition e.g.
insurance, retail etc. - just before elections are announced so that it be a fait
accompli. It is also stated that the GoM has arrived at a consensus and the
decision would be announced after a further meeting. This is just to ensure that
the right timing is selected. (- it is a question of 'timing', about which Congress
is accusing CEC) According to grapevine, certain "commitments" appear
to have been made with the concerned lobbies on relaxing FDI norms and naturally
it would be necessary to fulfill the bargain which could not be done for 4 years
while the Left parties were resisting such actions. Khan Congress
looking for excuses Most part of the post independent era, Congress was
in power directly or indirectly. Opposition has been highlighting misuse of office
of election commission. They did not agree because they are in power. Now, technically
& legally correct stand coming in a way to debar one of favourite of Congress.
Congress is in two mind and looking for excuses. P S Mehra This
is an eye wash Please explore how many IFS officers have been appointed
by the Government to joint Secretary rank so far across all eligible batches.
Vijay Chaudhary Do officers have to beg for promotions?
What about 1992, 1993, 1994,1995 , 1996 batch of IFS in UP cadre? Why are they
not getting selection grade? Why are DPC meetings being put off again and again?
Who is the top official who does not want it? For the IAS, for January promotions
DPCs are held in November of previous year but for IFS even after 17 years they
don't want to give selection grade... Do officers have to beg for promotions?
