Political alliances will now take centre stage!!
Political scenario post election karr rahi hai Political Parties gauge!!
PM aspirants Pawar and Mulayam are now in total election mode!!!
'Into the battle for seeking and making alliances both rode'!!!!
Rahul Baba is off to Gujarat to woo the youth!!!!
His detractors say Rahul pe sawaar hai youth ka bhoot!!!
With such a huge voting chunk in this bracket!!!
Rahul's sure making the right racket!!!
While he's in Gujarat hope he takes notes as to what makes Modi so popular!!!
And not lend his ear to stupid plans and tricks to make Modi unpopular!!!
Don't paint Modi black!!!!
In his baggage 'only white paint (positiveness)' Rahul should pack'!!!!
Taking on Modi would be like kicking apne aap ko!!!!
Modi's got an impressive track record and Rahul Baba has nothing to show!!!
One thing is for sure if Modi is made the PM aspirant he'll get the majority vote!!!!
If you ask me BJP's majority vote will bloat!!!!
Majority minority vote will be divided between those who treat them as their vote bank!!!
Like Congress jo karr rahi hai majority minority vote pe bank!!!!
Advani simply cannot enthuse voters and should play a Father figure role!!!!!
I know my saying this is going to make him one dukhi soul!!!
But if the Party comes first he will introspect!!!!
Inspect and arrive at the right prospect!!!
Believe me he's BJP's stumbling block!!!

He's Bhajan's family's bane!!!!
Bhajan they say nowadays has developed a hatred for the moon!!!!
He grumbles at night and is happiest at noon!!!
I too am flummoxed…. a dancer and actress getting preference over a medal winner!!!!
How did they omit medal winner Vijendra …. for this who is the sinner!!!
The actress may have got the award because of Amar!!!!
And the dancer got the award for shaking for years her kammar (hip)!!!
Believe me they are going to make a hash of Satyam and in the end,
Into bankruptcy Satyam they'll send!!!
Fact….. reputation is a primary concern!!!!
Companies on reputation do discern!!!
Confucius…. like they say if you've lost your reputation you've lost all!!!!

CPC has also recommended…
Among other things, the CPC has also made the following recommendation,
"Whenever any IAS officer of a particular grade carrying a specific grade pay in pay bands PB3 or PB4, grant of higher pay scale on non functional basis to the officers belonging to batches of organized Group A services that are senior by two years or more should be given by the Government".
This recommendation has been accepted by the Central Government and implemented by IPS and IFS by amending their pay rules. However, even after 5 months of the acceptance of the recommendation no order has been issued in this regards for other organized Group A services.
Therefore it is requested to the concerned authority to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so that frustrated officers (not getting promotion in time) can get little benefit on higher pay.

It's positive and constructive !

Finally some positive and constructive view from someone. Definitely, we should fight unanimously for a common cause. What we normally do is fight amongst ourselves, what the other cadre has got , which cadre is doing more work, work of which cadre is more important. These are all irrelevant issues. The benefit ultimately goes to none. Like in the case of the final result of Departmental Exam for SO/PS. They want results to be declared separately. The result being that, though long overdue, the results have still not been declared. So the final result of Departmental Exam of Gr. C is pending. Priorities should be accorded to the matter and work should be done in unity. Talking about stagnations, and LDC cries that he is being stagnated, a Gr. D has his version. Why not fight for a common cause, whether it is LDC, UDC or Gr'D', or Assistant/PA, promotions should be time bound and the officials responsible for delay in promotions should be penalised. Let us all step forward and form associations ministry wise and fight for a common cause.

Seven Cong favourites retiring ?

Reportedly, seven IAS officers of the rank of Secretary are retiring next month who are Congress faviourites. Hence, for their benefit to utilize their services in elections for Party's benefit, it is most likely that the retirement age may be increased to 62 years from the present 60. It may be a great help to them and the party but alas! is there anyone worried about the unemployment and career blockage of those who were aspiring to get job in these two years and probably they may be overage due to this. If it comes it may be a bad decision not only for those youths but for country as a whole for a little selfish benefit.

Attn DoPT

In continuation of our voice raised on whisper, I would like to bring the following points for the kind consideration of Department of Personnel & Training in respect of pitiable condition of UDCs in Central Secretariat.
(i) The posts of UDCs ( Possessing Graduate Qualifications) should be immediately upgraded to the post of Assistants in Central Secretariat so that they would get their due.
(ii) The promotional channel in secretariat should be smooth and fast for UDCs too.
I, therefore, request to competent authority of Dop&T for early solution of service and promotional matter of UDCs of CSCS.
Prabhakar Mishra
It's a shame on DoPT

It is shameful to mention here the work of DOP&T . Since a long time, It couldn't finalise the seniority list as well as promotion related matters of non gazetted employees of Central Secretariat. In these days, 1987 batch of UDCs are not become regular Assistants. We the employees of Secretariat has been not given our due on the front of promotion while the officials of other central government organizations such as CBEC/CBDT/Pay & Accounts Offices - Tax Assistants(Earlier it was LDCs) promoted as Sr. Tax Assistant and Jr. Accountant promoted as Sr Accountant within 5 years of services. This type of rule should be applied in Secretariat and Graduate UDC of Central Secretariat should be promoted as Assistant after 4-5 years of Service.
