survive on old relations. They were one among the few employers who rarely used
to sack any of his employee just because his performance was not upto the mark.
But now performance is the only criteria to survive in Birlas. Pandey

Aaj
Ki Aawaz BJP is caught up in its internal squabbles
and not playing the role of Opposition!!! BJP is really in a pathetic condition!!!
Otherwise it would have taken the Sarkaar to task on rise in prices and Ricegate!!!!
Well with BJP in a flux these issues will have to wait!!! Advani is not willing
to budge!!!! Despite the fact that he's got from all quarters nudge pe nudge!!!
Ricegate shows ' anything is possible in Mera Bharat mahaan'!!!! Sabh
kuch ho saktha hai yahaan (here)!!! First it was Red Wheat and now Ricegate!!!!!
No wonders as 'Minister raking in maximum hay' Pawar ko many rate!!! And
now seems he's got the 'old boy network at work' so that the goo does not hit
the fan!! To stop Ricegate from becoming an issue he's doing what he can!!!
And apart from BJP's internal flux seems Pawar has got BJP to keep quite
on Ricegate!! How
. well he told Advani both you and I Sonia ko karte
hai hate!!!! Though he shows he's Congress natural ally!!! It's just
an opportunistic lie!!! Mark my words this man is a political jumping jack!!!!
And has the ability to shake hand with one hand and with the other hand give a
whack!!! In Maharashtra now he'll play ball with Congress and accept a lesser
seat share!!!! At present only for his and Praful's Ministeries he does care!!
He's seen what's happened to Laloo
. in no man's land!!! And in
this situation he does not want to land!!! Congress has a 'God send' opportunity
to fix Pawar good and proper!!!!! Fix the haymaking topper!!! Praful
is going to meet Mohna on Air India's revival!!! Mohna ji Praful's shifting
is vital for Air India's survival!!! The only way to save Air India is to
privatize this floundering Airline!!!! And mark my words after privatization
in a year or two it'll be abs fine!!! Praful's harebrain IPO proposal Mohna
should shoot down!!!! And if the IPO goes through it'll be like dressing the
Maharaja in an invisible gown!! You've heard of the fable
Emperor's
new clothes
. he's actually naked or nangaa!!! With 'writing on the
wall' Mohna you know it's not right to take panga!! And Mohna when Praful
gives you a presentation please do remember, Presentation is being given by
M/s Mallya, Goel & Praful cartel ka ek member!! Speaking of Airlines
.
It's shameful , insulting to the Nation and pathetic!!! I though past Presidents
security clearance was automatic!!!! However Continental staff made Kalam
ji go through the security drill!!! Why they did this police Continental staff
ko karre grill???? Amar they say has gone through with a kidney transplant!!!
He asked his Doctors if he could return to politicking and the Doctors opined
'you can't'!! They've told him tension is like poison
. at least for
the first couple of years!!! So Amar could become an NRI for a couple of years
me dears!!! Because if he returns he will not be able to stay away from politicking!!!
And that would for him be like a time bomb ticking!!!! Confucius says
.
Amar jaan hai toh hai jahaan!!!! Singapore is a good Country to live so for
some time you can stay wahaan (there)!! Bharat Kumar aaj_ki_aawaz@yahoo.com

We do not owe any responsibility, whatsoever, of the views of our surfers as they
are their personal opinion) DGIT Ahmedabad states On July 16,
this web site hosted an item titled" IT raids in offing in Gujarat"
quoting sources in IT Department that officials are busy preparing potential list
for upcoming raid/survey in many cities in Gujarat and that very soon action will
take place. On 17th July, this website hosted another item titled "IT raids
in Gujarat" informing that more than 200 IT officials have struck on couple
of Real Estate Developers and one paper mill in Vapi and claimed that they had
said it yesterday only. The above search operations were started on 16th July
itself at 9.15 AM by the Directorate General of Income Tax(Investigation), Gujarat.
About 240 officials were involved in searches in Vapi,Pune and Mumbai.28 premises
of assessees involved in the business of manufacturing of paper and paperboard
were covered. 11 premises of another group engaged in construction and development
at Vapi,Pune and Mumbai were also covered. As a result of the search action, unaccounted
assets worth Rs. 1.12 crore and other incriminating documents & books of accounts
have been seized.Undisclosed income of Rs. 28.60 crore has been admitted so far.
Investigation is in progress. IT search operations are meticulously planned
and executed with all caution and confidentiality, which leads to seizure of unaccounted
assets and incriminating documents. As your web site omitted to mention the date
of above search operation,an erroneous impression was created amoung some readers
that the search information had leaked. It is a matter of regret that incorrect
impression is being created on your web site. Above position may kindly be published
prominently on your web site for proper appreciation of facts. A. P. Saxena
Director General of Income-tax(Inv.) Ahmedabad Discrimination at
IIMB rightly pointed out The Kerala Principal Secretary has rightly drawn
the attention of readers to the discrimination they faced vis-a-vis foreigners
at IIMB. Unfortunately, the mentality of discrimination is deeply ingrained in
our country. The Principal Secretary himself has used phrases like "There
were very senior officers from IAS, IRTS and PSUs. Many were of the rank of Joint
Secretary to Govt. of India and some even that of Additional Secretary rank"
and "While the cream of Indian civil service". This clearly shows that
they expected to be treated on par with the foreigners because they were high
officials. Do these officials consider those under them and even the public on
the same footing as themselves? (His comment about hygiene etc. is on a different
footing and may be valid). M. Ashar Mumbai But no one comes
to common man's rescue ! When an IAS officer faces the wrath of the Institute,
it becomes public, but if it happened for a common man no one comes to rescue.
At least, now the IAS should know that life is not a bed of roses all the time
and that there are thorns in between. Mani VI th Pay commission
arrears yet to be paid The VI th Pay commission arrears have not yet been
paid by the government even though it is going to be almost a year since orders
were issued last year. First the Pension Payment Authority took more than 8 months
to issue revised Pension Payment Orders. Now the Public sector banks, authorised
to disburse pensions are sitting tight over the authority issued by the Pension
authority in the first week of May 2009.This babugiri of the banks is most unbankers
like. They should have paid the arrears on the same day they received the orders
to make payment "immediately". By not doing so the banks are behaving
in the most reprehensible manner. They need to be disciplined by the Finance Minister.
Many pensioners have failed to pay their tax for the last financial year because
of non payment of arrears which they were expecting and planned their income tax
payment accordingly. Now the FM should order that no penalty shall be imposed
on such pensioners for delayed payment of income tax due to the fault of the public
sector banks. The banks must pay interest for the days of delay @ 10.5 % (
the prevailing rate of FD) and pay the arrears within this week latest. Banks
cann't and ought not behave like babus in whose place banks were given business
by the GOI. If banks are not interested they should tell the government, who will
be happy to make alternate arrangements. But no more of this nuisance. They shall
attract the wrath of the Consumer Courts and shall incur monetary fines too! FM
may kindly see the bankers actions for bringing bad name to the UPA government. M.L.
Gupta What about constables? Cadre officers only dream and fight
for IG and Addl. DG posts, what about constables, who even after putting on 20
years of service is still constable and middle rung/ striking officers . BSF Officer
after putting on 15/16 years of unblemished service becomes 2nd-in-Command and
after 19/20 years of service gets PB-4 i.e. becomes Commandant purely on merit,
after clearing 3/4 DPC's unlike their Defence counterpart who gets PB-4 in 13
years/ timescale without any BOARD/ DPC or merit for commanding a Company of 137
men. Government has to honestly think upon even after recruited through same exam,
Why BSF officers are the only sufferer whereas in rest all CPMF's officer gets
timely promotions and even before time. How CRPF got new 108 battalians to raise
in last 8 years or so while BSF got only 29 battalians in last 20 years that is
to be raised in next 5 years, why ? Just because BSF officers don't need enemy
because own cadre officers are so selfish and self oriented that they only look
above them, not for below officers or men. Why to blame deputationists. Raj IFS
appears hoodwinked ? The IFS establishment appears to have been hoodwinked
by the wily Paki/Hillary combine. What else is the baloch faux pas about? Realpolitik
is the name of the game, but perhaps naively, our diplomats have let us down.
This will have wider ramifications. What all will be done under US pressure? A
K Singh CBI & defence deals ? Why is it that the rich and famous
keep getting away? Now let us see what the CBI does in cases of defence deals
being investigated by it which hogged the newspaper headlines till some time back. Vijay
Kumar First ensure to issue 100 percent voter I cards Before
general elections Advani and his company was in dark that India is the country
where majority of voters believes in truth and continuous development of the great
India, not only on Ram Temple and other issues diverting them from 'dal-roti'
and aman chain. Results coming out of EVMs are unlike to Advani and company because
they are not able to do any 'heraferi'. In my strong opinion, at first EC should
ensure to issue 100% voter I cards and the voter I card must be used for multipurpose
like ration, loans, admission of wards in schools, registration of propriety,
land, government jobs and each facility made available by government. The other
suggestion in this regard -if any Indian is failing to vote in general elections
and assembly elections must be debarred from all facilities including medical
treatment in government institutions. The negative voting right must also given
to Indians. The EVM is essential and must not be discarded otherwise Advani and
all leaders will prepare a chariot to ride on the chest of peaceful Indians and
will try to ruin Indian Bhai chara culture by spreading hate and will try to loot
the vote of those who are really voting for common cause ,peace, development and
glory of the great India. Why Advani is afraid of losing elections if EVMs are
used? EVMs are not culprit Advani Ji, please introspect don't point to EVMs. Man
