Mamtha carried the Railway Budget in 'people's briefcase' or jhola!!
Aur jhole se apne sops ka aur trains ka pitaara khola!!
She literally read the trains like a Irani Restaurant waiter announces the Menu!!!!
Sops and trains ki lagaa di Didi ne queue!!!
At present all I can say is..... ghar paise se chalta hai baathon se nahi!!!
Kabhi sunna hai ki kissi ne paani ke saath jamaa liya hai dahi????
CJ says Judges assets should not be put in public domain!!!
The declarations are with the Registrar and 'in the file' under lock and key remain!!!
He feels making this asset info public would give the wrong message to litigants…what?
I'm sure by the Judges themselves this argument would not be bought!!!
Top on Judicial Reform should be making Judiciary accountable!!!!
And transparency on Judges is not discountable!!!
This Holy Cow syndrome that our Judiciary has should be done away with!!!!
This Holy Cow attitude must be making the blindfolded Lady writhe!!!
Or then people like Amar Singh take the law into their haath!!!
And fax the Judge his assets and present themselves in his Court saath saath!!
Judges cannot be above the Law that they uphold!!!
This to them in no uncertain terms needs to be told!!!
They say Pranb Da is going to do away with many of PC's harebrain taxes!!!!!
When it comes to harebrain taxes PC 'maxes'!!!!
Hope Pranab Da's Budget is not Stock Market centric like PC's was!!!!
After presenting the Budget PC waited anxiously for Stock Market's applause!!
And if someone questioned something in his Budget PC was at his sarcastic worst!!!
Before answering he'd insult the questioner first!!!
Why is the Government running an airline and is in the hospitality business????
This is not the Government's business!!!!
Travel by Air India and you are made to feel Air India is doing you a favor!!!!
Rudeness and could not care two hoots is the flavor!!!
Someone invited a newly made friend to his place for a meal!!!!
After the meal th guest asked the host ' your wife is an Air Hostess with AI I feel'!!!
The host asked this person how did he know….. then he said let me guess!!!!
Either you were a passenger and she served you or the meal service put you in stress!
Go to Ashok in Delhi and you will realize what I am saying!!!!
As you wait for the Waiter either he's busy chatting or on his mobile some game he's playing!!
What to say of the economics….. one Nescafe 500 g packet for one coffee cup????
Economics of gupp!!!!
Let the private sector take over and things will change!!!!!
Today passengers and guests say 'this Indian hospitality sure is strange'!!!!
Why didn't the MP who slapped the Bank Manager apologize in public???
Maybe once they become MPs they feel ' bahut chotti hai public'!!!
While electioneering they kiss our hands and post election they slap us!!!!
Only during electioneering on us do they fuss!!!
Raja will get away because the Judge has not named him and is not going to do so now!
And behind the scenes they will settle this row!!!
A Judge has made a serious allegation and CJ should order him to reveal the name!!!!
Or the Judge should be taken to task for 'unsubstantiated blame'!!!
Confucius says.... an unsigned letter is considered fit for the bin!!!!
A 'unnamed' allegation by a person for whom proof is primary is a cardinal sin!!!

CAT - It is very difficult to change the system

It is suggested that every Ministry should have service redrerssel cells ,with some legal status, for the redressel of grievances on service matters. Every Ministry does have senior Officers from IAS,IFS,IPS etc and one of the Senior Officer should be given inchargeship of redressal. If it is difficult to get services from serving Officers, the Government is free to utilise the services of retired Officers of and above the rank of Deputy Secretary with some supporting staff as redressal cells , which can be independently work in the ministry and decide majority services cases /issues on the lines of CAT ,with some judicial color. CATs do have administrative members and on the same lines we can have redressal cells with Senior Officers. We are sure, if such cells are set up, the cases from CAT etc will come down significantly. As stated by me earlier, some one at Law Ministry or higher level, is required to examine the case seriously for some solution.
We wish some mechanism will come sooner or later

Only 10 percent work tirelessly
Mr. Upreti's contention that "Indian Civil Servants are ideal" is correct. He says that some of them work tirelessly. The problem is that "some" here means less than 10% and that too in not very important posts.

Government is avoiding right action
Urban Development Minister Mr. Jaipal Reddy has recommended reduction in interest rates on house loans. From past experience, making loans easily available only helps builders to hike their prices. Instead of focusing on the main issue of high per sq. meter price and black money due to which customers suffer, Government is cleverly avoiding the right action. Surprisingly, the Minister appears to have deliberately disabled his email address : sjaipal@sansad.nic.in which may be just to avoid the common man contacting him.
The Govt. that is supposed to work for the people, is working for business lobbies!

Give functional names only
I fully agree with the sentiments that all Government projects and schemes are meant for the people and made with their money. The system of naming them after any person must be totally stopped. All such schemes should be given only functional names as is already being done e.g. NREGA etc. The Sea Link in Mumbai can simply remain as Bandra-Worli SeaLink. These immature politicians need to learn some lessons.
