Aaj Ki Aawaz

Without a doubt during electioneering BJP was a bit too haughty!!!!
And with Mohna BJP tired to be a bit too naughty!!!
All the allegations and haughtiness fell flat on the face!!!
As BJP lost the race!!!!

And then don't forget BJP's choice of Leader!!!
Leader was the biggest bleeder!!!
Lesson that BJP must learn is be be positive and humble!!!
Or Public via their voting power will make you tumble!!!
Girja Vyas tried to do what BJP did and Sushma gave her verbally a bloody nose!!!
Quite a few pertinent questions Sushma in her speech did pose!!!
Parlimentarians rate Sushma's speech as one of the best they've heard!!!!
Vyas went into the loo and cried says a little bird!!!
If I were Advani I'd resign...... save the Party he loves from more pain!!!
In his continuance there is nothing to gain!!!
Let the second rung fight it out and let a Leader emerge!!!!
And there will also be a kind of purge!!!
A vacuum at the top has in actuality been created but Advani refuses to go!!!!
Maybe it's the trappings that come with Leader of Opposition's post that make him say no!!
I found Kulkarni during the pre election period to be living in denial and he was 'full of it'!!!
And for BJP's debacle rest assured he too did his bit!!!
After Amar's threat that Jaya would commit suicide if she lost.... and after she won!!!!
By Sharad Yadav and Mulayam on the Women's Bill same blackmailing is being done!!!
Or is MCP (Male Chauvinist Pigs) an outcome of one being afflicted with Swine Flu!!
Mulayam and Sharad Yadav seem to be afflicted and now Laloo seems to be afflicted too!

Laloo says this Reservation Bill is to finish regional Parties....one more gem from him!!!
But Laloo seems bhuja bhuja seems to have lost all his vim!!!
Montek is back to his capitalism talk ……. he wants India to go capitalistic!!!
Such a person for a job that requires a 'socialistic' bent of mind kaise kiya pick!!!
He talks as if he's the FM …. Pranab Da what's wrong with you?????
Go to Sonia and 'boo-hoo'!!!!
And Montek is grossly stepping out of line!!!!
So what if with Mohna often he does dine!!!!!
And Shri Montek has lived 'on the house' for years and years!!!!
Had he been shelling out for his fuel usage he'd too have been in tears!!!

No fuel, bijli or telephone bill.... on the house life!!!!
And the same goes for his wife!!!
First Sarkaar needs to curb its fuel, bijli and telephoney wastage!!!!
Reduce Sarkaari wastage in the first stage!!!
The Market fell by 400 points and the analysts expressed doubts on this being a Bull run!!
And today they are back to being Bullish after a 200 point recovery that the Sensex has done!!!
These people have no idea and become Bulls or Bears as per Sensex's move of the day!!!! And then till the Sensex does the opposite in this frame of mind they stay!!
Fact is the expectation from this Sarkaar are extraordinarily high!!!!
And if expectations are not met Market will sigh!!
And when I say sigh I mean take a dip!!!!
So I still maintain buy at every dip and sell at every pip!!!!
Confucius says…… if you listen to Brokers then get ready to be taken for a ride!!!!
Brokers are only on their own side!!!!

Endorse views by Man in uniform

I fully endorse the views expressed by "A Man in uniform" and the everlasting example of this type of person is definitely none other than Shri Joginder Singh who created a mess of the organisations he headed like the NCB, ITBP and CBI to name a few.

Rumours about hike in retirement age

Again there are rumours about the increase in retirement age. If this new UPA government is really efficient and gives importance to quality education and efficiency; this illogic version of increase in retirement age should be put down once for ever. Otherwise; if it even thinks of this proposal; it would be a circus company decision only and not a government decision. Hope this rumor remains only as a rumor only.

Comedy of Terror?
Discussions on the women' reservation bill threw up interesting insights into fears of male members. They are sure they will be trounced by the "weaker" sex. They can not imagine a life without membership of the houses! It is obvious. Going by the trends, the fears are really not unfounded. There are people who, like natkhat Krishna Kanhaiya, have not taken orders even from their mothers. How, then, can they be subjected to orders from women all through their political life. See, a male PM/Min has to remain under the general superintendence and directions (to borrow the legendary TNS thunder in Nirvachan Sadan in times not far away) of the Party Supremo, who is a woman. Then the chairperson of the UPA, who again is a woman (irrespective of one person at both positions, the orders that flow are different). Then you have the Speaker of the LS, who is also a woman. Every PM/ Min is not without a wife, who in India has to be a woman only and can give good lessons to any husband in the art and science of giving orders and getting them executed and monitor them and audit them rigorously so that it yields only shortcomings to be included in the annual report to the House. Lest someone suffers amnesia, our President is also a woman. They are all illustrious, erudite, English speaking, empowered by their own qualifications and skills without any reservation. It may not be too far for women to capture even the Rajya Sabha. What is left then? Is it not terrifying? It is real danger from reservation, nay, women's reservation. The terror struck know it for certain, what results it yields when power goes into the hands of women. If one of the three Loks is lost irretrievably, guard the other one at least. What remains if all the three Loks or Trilok is captured by women. Tab to teeno loko mein haahaakaar mach jayegaa. While the aam aadmi enjoys this comedy of terror, not everyone does so !!!

"Why is the GoI the largest litigant"
About 45,000 cases relating to service matters are reportedly pending in 17 Benches of the CAT, spread all over the country. This large pendency cannot be attributed to any lack of action by the GOI. The primary reason is the litigious nature of the govt employees who file applications in several benches of CAT on frivolous issues in the fond hope of getting some relief. As per my experience of 35 years in the Govt of India, in a majority of cases, the Tribunals uphold the actions of GOI. The litigant is invariably the looser! The only winners are the advocates/counsels, engaged by the GOI and the poor applicants. The unholy nexus between the advocates, representing the opposite parties, is an open secret. They claim payment from their clients for simply entering their appearances in the courts for seeking adjournments, turn by turn. It is here that Mr. Veerappa Moily, the new Law Minister is required to step in and take pro-active and innovative steps to remove the element of invisible corruption. Another area that is crying for attention relates to the appointment of government counsels by the Law ministry, which has become an "ATM" ministry! The officers in the Law ministry enjoy unlimited discretionary powers and, that too, without an iota of accountability. Favourites are favoured on quid pro quo basis. This can be verified by the Law Minister by getting details of appointments of govt counsels during the past five years. The Law Minister is also requested to closely monitor the whispers in the corridors of Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi and get the same investigated before taking appropriate action.

"Please don't be a chamcha of the Congress party"
I was an avid browser of your website. But, of late, my interest has started waning. Your Editor-in-Chief, seems to be a big chamcha of the government-in-power. You conduct an opinion poll in favour of Rahul Gandhi and then suddenly declare the conclusion in his favour by fudging the numbers. Nobody is going to check the authenticity of your imaginary survey. Someone had praised you as a bold journalist. I think, you are only an opportunist with bias in favour of Congress party which helps you in getting ads from government undertakings for which I have separately filed an RTI with the Min of I&B. to know why government instructions of getting advertisements through DAVP are being violated by the central government undertakings. Also why some CEOs of PSUs are utilising public money for self-advertisements like the CEO of NBCC. If you have a clear conscience, please publish my views on your website.

Misuse of official travel
I see the current practice as 'taking Bribe' by the government employee. But now it's very correct. In fact any govt. servant or employee must declare the purpose of his journey and only his private journey should be considered for mileage benefits and free tickets to him or his family. The computer should have a programme to check this purpose - aspect. It should have taken place much earlier.
