Ten Governors are going to complete their tenures by December end this year. Already two vacancies exist while two more Governors of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh will end their tenures this month. It means 14 new Governors will be appointed this year.

Sack corrupt officers
There should be a check for corruption and immediate termination from post is only the remedy. If politicians and bureaucrats are kept under scanner and always feel the threat of losing the job, everything will move in right direction.
I appreciate the pahal (initiative) made by Rahul Gandhi.
