Stagnation in all Cadres in Central Government - ACP a nuclear bomb from DOPT
I saw a feedback written in the Whisper's about the anguish in the CSS cadre. I fully agree with that. It would be proper to add that it is not only in the CSS cadre, but in all other cadre, other than All India Service. Even the 6th Pay Commission just ignored the pleas of all and sundry below the level of Director as if they are non-existent. After much hue and cry, Defence Service personnel's grievances are being looked into by the Cabinet Secretary. But what about the other cadres? Wherever you look at, whether it is in the CSS, CSSS, AFHQ, IA&AS, Customs & IT Superintendents (ITOs) & Inspectors you can see only stagnation in all cadre. You can just imagine the degradation and frustration being suffered by anybody who has put in more than 15-20 or more years in one post. To make the matter worse, the mother of all bombs was exploded by DoPT by way of MACPS recently. One does not actually know whether after going through the MACPS of DOPT whether to cry or rue once misfortune of working as a government servant. Can anybody who will benefit financially from the MACPS raise their hand please?

CSS is the cause of problems of CSCS
Due to egoism of CSS officials/officer CSCS is facing acute problems on the front of promotion and pay . All the officers either they are from CSS or other services getting good opportunity . CSS officials indulge in Government of India as assistant and get promotion easily upto director while an Lower Division Clerks who also joined in Government of India and maximum possess graduation and worked same as an assistant but could not find equal opportunity on front of promotion or pay. This obstacle has been stand by Assistant/SO of CSS who thinks he is 'dada' of this service. And when same treatment given him by IRS/IIS/IAS then he spoke that it is not good. An Assistant of CSS gets atleast 4-5 promotions in his career while a CSCS officials has to struggle for promotion as Section Officer throughout his career. All officers who are recruited to the job should have an equal right to get promotion in time but it is really ironical that those who are the custodians and guardians of all bureaucrats in the country are keeping their interest first. In a family, the head i.e. the father is more concerned about the rights, welfare and growth of all the family members than that of his own. he has to do lot of sacrifices for getting the best to his family members but it is really very disgusting that the CSS officer of Central Secretariat do not want to give our right . CSS officials who are at the position of as he may initiate our genuine demands couldn't noting in the favour of CSCS. A good example is CSS Rule, 2009 which decrease promotional seat from 50% to 25% while 1987 batch UDCs is not become an Assistant till date. A CSS officials have put all their efforts and concern for their own welfare and growth. This is a very bad sign for Central Secretariat. We should also be treated as equal as Assistant and equal opportunity should be given us.

Cong will not falter !
Your opinion is very correct. BPS has to shed their attitude towards minority communities of India. In developed nations like UK, USA and France etc. majority community will protect minorities during ethic clashes, communal riots etc. Today, BJP only represents the so called higher cast and rich Hindus. Congress will not fail or falter in the midway as mentioned by you. It has been headed by leaders with broad vision and perspective.

I presume that every body is aware as to how the transfers and postings of IRS Officers take place. DMK has not got the desired Ministries. The party needs to replenish its coffers. "Bakre Ki Maa Kab Tak Khair Manayegi" !!!!
