Ulta chor kotwall ko daante…… Nitish ko Laloo karr raha hai blame!!!!
Whereas general opinion is it was Laloo's goons that set bogies aflame!!!
And his goons even shouted 'make Laloo Railway Minister again'!!!!
Now Laloo ignorance karr raha hai feign!!!
Laloo should realize that Indian Voter has matured a lot!!!
And that is why they booted out him with his lot!!!!
And by the looks of it Laloo's lonely days have just started!!!
From more pals he's going to be parted!!!!
Why doesn't he take up a hobby to pass time and keep 'devil' in check????
The adage says the Devil takes over when one is idle in the 'upper deck'!!!
Why did BJP choose a male Deputy Speaker??????
BJP's hell bent to become weaker and weaker!!!
Or was it scared that choosing a Female would get RSS hopping mad!!!!!!
RSS feels a female's place is at home and would consider BJP opting for a female as bad!!
Sushma has been chosen as Advani's Deputy but that does not mean she's next in line!!!
The choice of a male as Deputy Speaker is for her an ominous sign!!!
Commies are now planning to take on the Government via the Unions they control!!!!!
To create mass labour unrest is their goal!!!
Their ultimate aim is 'bring India to a stop' to show that they are a power to reckon!!!
And for this secretly Unions ko kiya hai Commies ne beckon!!!
On Disinvestment I have one sawaal…….will family jewels be sold to fund 'dole' schemes????
At least as of now this is what it seems!!!
Sarkaar should in fact disinvest totally in businesses that Sarkaar is unfit to run!!!!
Like now by inhospitable Sarkaari employees Sarkaar's hospitality businesses are being run!
So why not get out of such businesses in toto and for the sale proceeds a Fund should be made?
And via this fund Investments in Social and Infrastructure should be made!!!!
Disinvestments in PSU's where Sarkaar wants to remain invested!!!
To fund the expansion plans of these PSU's the disinvestment revenue should be reinvested!
For those who feel I'm a Gandhi family sycophant please be reassured that I am not one!!!!
The campaign they ran merited that an opportunity be given to Sonia and her son!!!
I hope Sonia and son realize that people's expectations are very high!!!!
And I think I do not need to remind them that how people electorally sigh!!!
I've spoken up against Congress's appeasement policies, Q, corruption, inflation!!!!
And other problems that were Congress's creation!!!
Congress epitomized positiveness this time and BJP's negativity was very clear!!!!
It's this positiveness that did endear!!!
Confucius says…… Bharat Kumar has not changed his colour like chameleons do!!!
On the wrongs that Congress commits Bharat Kumar will be the first to boo!!!
Adds....... I feel India and Aam Aadmi are very dear to Bharat Kumar!!!!
And he will not keep quite if either or both ko padhe maar!!!!

Bharat Kumar

Reforms in policing system essential
It is a time when home minister must seriously look at the reforms in our policing system. What to talk of common man even the so called VIP's are scared of our rowdy police. I would like to narrate an instance which to me bring out how the civilized people like to keep themselves away from our colleagues in police. We were in the process of forming a Civil Service officers Group Housing Society' which had a mix of officers from various services. However when some members wanted to include some colleague IPS officers in the society there was a virtual boycott of the proposal by everyone present in the meeting as everybody was scared of the rowdy behaviour of the police officers. One can imagine if the civil service officers are so scared of their police colleagues than what would be the condition of common man.

Home Ministry apathetic towards updating website
As a concerned IPS officer, I wish to draw the attention of the Union Home Minister towards the apathy of home ministry in properly maintaining and updating the contents of the website of the ministry as far as issues related to IPS are concerned. The old contents are neither deleted nor properly archived. The fresh contents are not timely and regularly uploaded. In my perception, it is willful negligence / deliberate omission. Concerned officials need to be pulled up. Compare it with DOPT's website and the difference is obvious. I hope that no non sense and truly professional HM will set the house in order, at once.
A concerned IPS officer
All kudos for writing on punctuality
I personally appreciate the writing on Punctuality. Now a day, in all departments without any exception, the Officers and Staff come late from 20 minutes to 1-2 hours daily and leave Office 30-45 minutes. The discipline is now a days confined to books only. If Government has to run efficiently, every body should feel his share of responsibility. All Departments/Ministries should issue instructions afresh and make all Officers responsible in implementing Government Rules.

Give a serious thought to it
The comments on international exposure to the civil servants must be given a serious thought. Over last few years many officers of various services have gone to other countries for higher studies. After completion of their courses, they are compulsorily asked to serve in the Government for three years. This rule really needs to be revoked because they get international assignments just after the respective course due to networking with the international organisations abroad. Once they come back for three years, they lose all those opportunities. I hope with the joining of new Government with all ministers with global outlook, this rule shall be given a rethinking. This will provide the government to have new set of officers with international outlook. Having more Indians in the international organisations shall otherwise also be beneficial for the country as a whole.

Must appreciate good work
We must appreciate good work done by anyone including the politicians. At the same time politics becoming a family affair is highly condemnable as pointed out in an editorial recently. It's not that the leadership qualities are confined to the elite class or well established families. To really give this country a democratic look, all deserving and potential young leaders from almost sections of the society must be groomed to discharge future responsibilities to take the nation ahead.

Congratulations to the Cabinet Secretary
A very deserving ,positive and dynamic CS we have seen during the recent times. He has been very positive in cadre reviews of IFS officers which resulted in removing stagnation to a large extent especially in the batches from 1983 to 1987.
Murlidhar Rao
Congratulations for extension
Congratulations to Chander Shekher for extension as Cabinet Secretary. This is a special blessing of the PM to the govt servants and the country.
Rita
It's a welcome step
The one year extension to Cabinet Secretary is a most welcome one. He is a great civil servant and will lead the civil service effectively. I am not related to him and have never worked with him.
Singh
Congrats to you!!!
Congratulations to you for forecasting the extension of the present Cabinet Secretary as far back as 18-03-09 ie even before the General Elections. I think, he has been deservedly rewarded for his loyalty to the Congress party. Motives are not far to seek. The million dollar question is: Who after the present Cabinet Secretary, next year? Is it Pulok Chatterji? I pity Mrs Sudha Pillai!
