Indian telecom player banks on woman power to appease
Raja As the grapevine has the uncrowned Maharaja of Indian Telecom
is banking on woman power to smoke the piece pipe with India's Telecom Minister
A Raja in midst of a major global take over & his appetite for precious spectrum.
The telecom tycoon has no choice than to placate Raja . Its an open secret that
both of them do not see eye to eye. When approached by a lady claiming to
have full control over Raja, the telecom then had no choice than to accept the
offer from the lobbyist and a head honcho of a PR firm which has India's two largest
business houses under her belt. Both business houses have direct clash of interests
with that telecom player's interests in telecom, insurance and retail ventures.
Such is the power of regional parties that the Congress blessed telecom player
has no option but to bank upon the same lady who went whole hog to oust Ms.Sonia
Gandhi and bring "Bahan Maya" at the centre of power. The request for
a personal appointment at Raja's mahal has already been placed on pretext of inviting
him for wedding at that telecom player's son. While temptress pied piper to
powerful allies in UPA , telecom player is keeping his fingers crossed as his
future depends on whether "Raja ki ayegi barat"? Flexible
Training is broken On account of poor response, DoPT is seriously
considering abrogating Flexible Training Scheme for IAS officers which was launched
in 1999. the scheme allowed IAS officers of more than 10 years of service to choose
a training course from IIMs every year. Other government services, PSU's or the
private sector do not have a comparable scheme because IIM courses are expensive.
The scheme being optional had few takers from the IAS. Feedback to DoPT: IAS officers
with more than 10 years of service already know everything. There is nothing more
to learn - except perhaps better politicking and earning more money; so why waste
time in IIM? Search is on for new UPSC Member UPSC

Ki Aawaz Now CNN IBN is being mean!!!! By saying
'rust is showing on Loh Purash' all know what did they did mean???? Advani's
lost and he's accepted defeat so why's IBN doing this????? Well fact is an
opportunity to hit out at BJP IBN will not miss!!! BJP's biggest folly has
been its not been able to get Baba Logh Media support!!!! And Baba Logh Media
is pro Congress in every report!!! Baba Logh or Angrezi Media
..NDTV,
IBN, Times have all an anti BJP stance!!!! And to Congress's tune they dance!!! But
what IBN did was rubbing it in!!!!! Seems Rajdeep Sardesai feels in Congress's
win is his win!!! Just do a rerun of the bytes and you'll find in actuality
IBN is indulging in empty boasting!!! And now on its poll predictions 'it
is fiddling with the truth' and toasting!! It was NDTV that predicted nearest
to the outcome!!! Not even near did IBN come!! Like NDTV says 'you cannot
fiddle with truth'
.. in fiddling IBN has a Master's Degree!!!! In its
reporting a lot of fiddling the truth one gets to see!!! They say Sonia sided
with Parneet who has been wronged by her hubby!!!! Now as Minister of External
Affairs Parneet will keep tabs on external affairs of Mr. Tubby! Mr. Tubby
or Amrinder will no longer be able to say he's trying to bring India and Pakistan
close! To further his affairs as India's unofficial 'peace' emissary he can
no longer pose!!!! Now Parneet has a job and Amrinder is vela or idle as he's
jobless!!!! His personal life and his Punjab VB problems have got him in a
real mess!!! In the Patiala household The Bully has been put in place!!!!
And now with VB turning on the heat again he'll shift base!!!!! Paswan wants
to retain his ministerial bunglow as it's been modified to his taste!!!! Not
many would see taste in his taste and fact is there has been money ka waste!!!!! The
Messiah of the downtrodden has an Audi parked in the driveway!!! Like the
modifications in the bunglow the Audi too is 'free for him' those in the know
say!! For this Sarkaar to start investing in infrastructure it will take minimum
two years!!! Markets behave as if investments have been made so there are
again 'bubble' fears!!!! There's a bubble building up in the exchange rate
too with FII inflows!!! And like its happened recently will fall when there
are outflows!!! This fluctuation is doing to India what fluctuating sugar levels
do to a Diabetic!!! And Sarkaar not taking apt measures is something pathetic!!!! I
had predicted fall in Markets and I was wrong, Sometimes one wrongly goes
short or long!!! Valuations are way ahead of reality!!!!! And again the
Investor is going to be the casualty!! Overseas the Central Banks have been
on currency printing binges and there is a currency oversupply, And this currency
as investments into various Assets mein ho raha hai supply!!! So the malaise
is still there but the patient has been discharged!!!! After discharge back
into the activity that landed him in hospital this person has charged! Confucius
says
.. the 2000 point rise in the Sensex took into consideration all the
positive triggers! And please do keep in mind the rise has not scared away
'the grave diggers' (Bears)!!!

We do not owe any responsibility, whatsoever, of the views of our surfers as they

persons should be allowed to complete 40 years of government service. They may
be given a time up to 65 years of age to complete 40 years of service i.e. Retirement
on completing 40 years of service or 65 years of age whichever is earlier.
This shall help as under: 1. This shall help disadvantaged section
of society, as they are able to come in mainstream later than privileged groups.
It shall reduce their disadvantage. 2. It shall promote higher education in
government service. Higher education takes more time and thus puts them in disadvantageous
position under the current system of uniform retirement age. 3. Age of certain
people is wrongly mentioned at the time of joining. Unfair advantage in such
cases shall reduce. Honesty shall be at premium. 4. At present also people
joining at the age of 20 years or less (with low qualifications) get 40 or more
years of service.. Disadvantage to better qualified people under the current system
shall reduce. Mk International exposure to civil servants I
support the need for greater exposure to the civil servants in the UN system.
It not only provides them with an opportunity to share their experience ( and
in turn earn goodwill for India) . it also makes them more confident and plural
in their approach. It is a serious loss to government if these officers quit and
go, even if they are less than a dozen every yr. Lets hope the Prime Minister
( who has this exposure) issues necessary directions. M K Singh Unlimited
power the civil servants One Year extension to the Cabinet Secretary simply
reflects the unlimited power the civil servants enjoy in the Governance structure.
The argument given is to ensure continuity. The same argument can be given for
giving extension to anyone any time in the Indian Bureaucracy. Given the fact
that majority of the ministers of the previous Govt. and, of course, the PM have
been repeated, how did the PM accept such an extension! This simply reflects the
lack of maturity of our political system which can not say no to the IAS top brass. Deepshikha
Rastogi How to determine batch year of Organised Group 'A' Service ?
Do you have any idea regarding " How to determine batch year of Organised

Kamal make a difference ? Congratulations to the High profile minister
Kamalnath. With the new portfolio it is to be seen whether he amends the mess
created by his predecessor. NHAI, the second name of corruption is required to
be cleaned up of all irregularities and the CVC instead of being a silent spectator
should be more active to make Indian roads world standard. Will Kamal make a difference
