Mamtha's hit Laloo in the stomach by doing a rejig of Railway Catering!!!!!
We all know to who this Catering was actually catering???

It's a 300 crore pie and a lot of moolah was being made!!!!
And insiders say huge ghoos every month was paid!!!
In Bihar Laloo is now trying to make his goons work overtime!!!!
He wants Bihar to regain its title of 'State of Crime'!!!

Failed students in Bihar took to the streets on a smashing spree or binge!!!!
Laloo's aim return of sanity in Bihar ho jaye unhinge!!!!

In Parliament he and Sharad Yadav got into a spat till Madam Speaker intervened !!!!!
From his bullying ways Laloo cannot be weaned!!!!

Rassi jall gayi parr ball nahi gaya!!!!!
Now to get public attention Laloo will do something naya!!!

Mulayam knows he cannot take on Rahul in UP so he's put his son at the helm there!!!!
And he's moved to Delhi with his SP 'mukhya Neta' chair!!!

Amar is busy with his health!!!
And when he's free nowadays he's counting his wealth!!!!

In Rampur he spent a fortune to save his image!!!
If Jaya Pradha lost Amar ki image ho jaathi damage!!

Hope Rahul does not repeat the mistakes his Dad made!!!!
Practically all his promises in his rule were waylaid!!!

And hope he realizes this is make or break time as he'll receive the bouquets or brickbats!!!
His image and reputation is going to face the punches or the pats!!!

Rahul needs a 'planning and watchdog' room !!!!
And a long and wide broom!!!!

Jailtley has been made the Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha!!
And Sushma is Advani's Deputy in Lok Sabha!!!

In a year Advani is going to phase himself out!!!!
And prior to this will start the 'who next' bout!!!

BJP at its helm needs a charismatic Leader and at present Modi's the only one!!!
And Modi as Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha would be real fun!!!

All the others are like 'phuss' pataakas or crackers!!!!
And Modi's problem is that within BJP and Allies he lacks backers!!!!

And if BJP makes the mistake of getting someone like Murli Manohar Joshi to lead!!!!
Then it'll be like kissi ne sher ko pane aap ko kiya feed!!!!

Or like they say 'come bull mujhe maar'!!!!!
Then there will be no need to do poll surveys or exit polls to predict BJP's haar!!!

Confucius says…. Leaders have charisma and give people hope.... their pull!!!!!
Though there are some who have these qualities but in due course people realize they are just 'cock and bull'!!!

Flash..... US has issued advisory to US citizens intending to or traveling to India...Beware!
India should respond with Advisory ads in US.... Be Aware!!!

So Democrats are back to playing the double game!!!
Call India a pal and want India to jump loops and give aid to Pakis and load on Pakis blame!

Indian Bureaucracy is least efficient !
According to an article in Times of India, the Indian Bureaucracy has been rated as the least efficient. According to survey carried out by risk analysis agency of Hong Kong, Indian bureaucracy is least efficient in Asia much behind Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Phillipines and Indonesia. The only solace is that Indian bureaucracy is ahead of Pakistan, Sri Lanka and other smaller Asian countries, in efficiency and perhaps integrity.

Mamta has many tasks ahead
People of West Bengal have experienced CPM rule for the last more than 3 decades. They must be wanting a change. Mamta was able to exploit this sentiment in the Lok Sabha elections. But it will be difficult to sustain the high-pitched tempo for long period of two years when election to the state assembly will take place. Nobody knows this better than Ms Banerjee herself. It will be for the people to decide whom they want to rule them, but having observed her dramas, she does not seem to be suited for the job. As railway minister there are many challenging tasks before her, than issuing subsidized passes, which she announced the day she took over. How she is different from Lalu Prasad and Paswan? She should travel in ordinary train and see herself what she should do. Besides, working in West Bengal she should also prove to be a good railway minister.

What will be the retirement age of civil servants?

Prime Minister and Pranab Mukerjee are strong supporters of age extension for civil servants upto 65 years. A note is already before Committee of Secretaries for age extension till 64 years for all science ministries. Question is will the civil servants age be 64 or 65, and will the proposal be clubbed with that for science ministries.

International exposure to civil servants

I support the need for greater exposure to the civil servants in the UN system. It not only provides them with an opportunity to share their experience ( and in turn earn goodwill for India) . it also makes them more confident and plural in their approach. It is a serious loss to government if these officers quit and go, even if they are less than a dozen every yr. Let's hope, the Prime Minister ( who has this exposure) issues necessary directions.
