What Bureaucrats think about the formation
of next government at the centre?
The general elections are round the corner and the bureaucrats have
started making their own assessments as to who would rule the country
in the days to come. Whether it will be the Congress, the BJP or the
respective fronts - UPA and NDA - lead by these parties. Will it be
a third Front that will govern the country? We tried to elicit the views

Tickets have been given to Tytler and Sajjan and that too after Rahul's
declaration!
Rahul's declaration in Amritsar was seen and heard by the entire Nation!!!
Rahul has shown he's not true to his word!!!
On those involved in the riots something else from Rahul we had heard!!!
Tut tut Rahul Baba from you this was not expected!!!
I sure am very very dejected!!!
Hopefully this time Tytler will bite the electoral dust!!!
In his Constituency he's lost the Public's trust!!!
Varun is doing what his Uncle Rajiv did!!!
And then remember Congressmen did what Rajiv did bid!!
Priynaka before you damn Varun please do use the mirror de hind!!!
And in your own lineage Varun kind of behaviour you will find!!!
There is no doubt Meneka needs to 'tame the animal in her house'!!!!
This rabblerouser ko karre insaaniyat ke paani ke saath douse!!!
I do not know why Pollsters are giving RJD, SP, LJP and DMK more than
their due!
In my opinion Public will in this election cook chaaro (all four) ka
stew!!!
JD(U) and BJP RJD and LJP ko beat karrenge hands down!!!
Waterloo of Paswan the aaya Ram gaya Ram and Laloo the clown!!!!
Maya is going to trounce SP!!!!
After elections Slaughtered (hammered) Party will be the new analogy

She's going to avenge her humiliation of last election when she got
none (seats)!!
I had warned BJP much before the election about infighting raising its
ugly head!!!
Now because of this infighting BJP cadres are seeing red!!!
Advani seems to be totally at sea and now prefers to run away from camera
glare!!
Really very poorly Advani karr raha hai fare!!
I feel he should now quell this infighting!!!
BJP's prospects this infighting is biting !!!
He needs to give it to the Gen-Nex and put them in place!!!!
Have with the Gen - Nex lot a face to face!!!!
If he lets this go on his image will plummet more and BJP price karre

What kind of PM can he be when in his own Party he does not have any

IPL's gone out because player availability after scheduled dates is
in doubt!!!
And that is why IPL's chosen to go out!!!
El Nino effect is to seen in Stocks also!!!

How to survive?
Judging by the pace the things have progressed, we feel confident that
we will get the revised salary (Jan 2007 onwards) by 2017. But how to
survive till then, is our own problem.
From a frustrated PSU Officer
PSE managements may celebrate;
1. No pension for their retired employees.
2. No medical facility for their retired employees, at par with serving
employees.
3. No panel to look after pension etc for their retired employees. In
govt. pay panel revises pensions every time
4. PSU employees are the only ones not given the pay revision.
Oppressive PSE managements may celebrate and show these achievements
to their ministry secretaries to get appreciation.

Makhen has lost the election from day 1
Ajay Makhen will be contesting from New Delhi. This is a constituency
largely dominated by Government servants. No Government employee, upto
PB-3 as per VIth Pay Commission, will vote for him for the criminal
injustice done to them in the name VI*th Pay Commission. Also, Makhen
did nothing to solve the housing problem faced by Govt servants. The
waiting time for Government quarters is 25-30 Years. Makhen has lost
the election from day 1.

This is in relation to comments of IFSA Maharastra.

He was the best officer
I had the privelege of working under Sudhir Nath Saheb when he was Financial
Adviser HRD. In my service of nearly four decades in GOI, he was the
best officer, best person I have known. I have no words to express his
greatness and qualities. Many words said to me I will not forget till
my end. He was more a friend than a Boss. Even after my retirement,
whenever he met me in Shastri Bhavan, he was friendly, smiling and encouraging
.I find no words to express sorrow for the departure of this Great person.
Government of India and this country needed him. God give him peace
and give India and GOI many more Sudhir Naths.

This is Comedy Of Terror !!
The minute to minute changing Indian political climate is providing
some tearing and some hilarious comic moments and deserve a separate
categorisation under the generic name of Comedy. It may be called political
comedy or better a "Comedy Of Terror". There is hardly a journalist
worth her/his salt who has legged behind in penning some tearful or
hilarious piece on the Lalu-Congress or Congress-Lalu affair of recent
unraveling .But the traditional Indian comedy writing steals the show.
It is: Udaya Singh Ki Gaya Ganth Ke Bachhe Ko Bhi Le Gayee. Translated
into english it means that the cow that Udaya Singh (strongman) so benignly
left with the poor soul to feed his calf , has taken away even the poorman's
calf. Only the poor man did not understand the meaning of the kind gesture
of the strongman. That is his funeral !!!
Reminded of the words Bachha. The same that late Jagjivan Ramji used
when he claimed that he had closed the mouth of the bachha (Late Sanjaya
Gandhi) and left the cow ( Late Indira Gandhi) for others to do the
same. Congress (I) as it was then known, had the cow & the calf
as its party symbol.

A sigh of relief
At last a huge sigh of relief to me, and may be some sports loving and
patriotic people, when it was decided that IPL matches will not be held
in India. The cricket + business magnets has infact ruined the real
Sports ethos and trend due to huge money involved thru commercials.
How much manpower are lost in these cricket matches? Can India really
afford so much loss of manpower and valuable time? A true sports like
foot ball, Hockey, Basket ball, Volleyball and other individual sports
genere has gone in to oblivion. It is true that we don't have the desired
standard of sporting facilities yet whatever facilities we have that
have been usurped by cricket only. Even nook and corner, streets &
paths are not left out, where we can see children playing cricket and
breaking window panes of nearby houses and causing great inconvenience
to passersby. Shall we call it a sport? It is total disgusting !!

All kudos to Pranab Mukerjee
The IRS is cheering Pranab Mukerjee for his liberal views on the transfers
of officers. Spouses are hoping to join their husbands. Those with serious
illness in the family have an air of expectancy. Those on verge of retirement
are looking forward to a peaceful last posting. Those with seniority
but shabby jobs are hoping for a seniority based correction which was
selectively applied last year.
