Third plus fourth front may form new Govt-next election after two years
Political scenario in the country remains murky, like never before, with no single political party or combine starting with an advantage, as the nation inches closer towards general elections to the 15 th Lok Sabha. As the country moves to a decisive phase there is still no clarity about which party or combine would form the next government or who will become the new Prime Minister of the country. The situation has become more confusing with the fragmentation and de-fragmentation among the major alliances - the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) led by the Congress, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the third front led by Left parties.
Political compulsions forcing realignment of forces in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh between Mulayam Singh Yadav's Samajwadi Party (SP), Lalu Yadav's Rastriya Janata Dal (RJD) and Ramvilas Paswan's Lok Janashakti Party (LJP), once sworn enemies of each other have added to the confusion.
However, feedbacks reaching us from different parts of the country suggest that no political party or alliance will get a majority or even get closer to that magical figure of 272 Lok Sabha seats. In the scenario, the third front comprising of the Left parties, Telgu Desam Party (TDP), Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), Biju Janata Dal (BJD) and others along with support from the proposed new front (fourth front) of Lalu, Mulayam and Paswan will get somewhere closer to that mark. Thus the initial reports suggest that the next government would be a mixed government formed by the third and fourth front along with outside support of the Congress. This experiment may not last long and the country may witness mid term polls in about two years time.
Ego clashes leading lack of understanding on distribution of tickets between Samajwadi Party and Congress in Uttar Pradesh, Congress and the RJD in Bihar and the PMK walking out of the alliance has dealt a big blow to the chances of UPA getting back to power. Same is the situation with the NDA, the BJD that left the alliance cannot be compensated with Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) of Ajit Singh and Assam Gana Parishad (AGP) that has joined the alliance. Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar though restive as of now may prove troublesome for NDA in the post election scenario. In such a condition neither the Congress nor the BJP are in a position to dictate terms and ask support from the third front partners to support their government.
What Bureaucrats think about the formation of next government at the centre?
The general elections are round the corner and the bureaucrats have started making their own assessments as to who would rule the country in the days to come. Whether it will be the Congress, the BJP or the respective fronts - UPA and NDA - lead by these parties. Will it be a third Front that will govern the country? We tried to elicit the views of bureaucrats across the country. They feel …………

PSU staff has a very valid point
The staff working Government of India (GOI) run public sector undertakings (PSUs) has a valid axe to grind against GOI officers & employees as their pay revision has been slow & they do not get any pension benefits. Earlier, unlike the present there was not much of a gulf between pension benefits to government officers & employees & the gratuity that PSU staff receives at the time of retirement. However, it has now widened many folds. Is the GOI going to do something about this aspect or not? This question is widely being debated in all PSUs.

CBI under instructions was itching to give Tytler a clean chit!!!!!
After Mr. Q's farcical acquittal now CBI's dug for itself a deeper pit!!!
Both Sonia and Rahul know about Tytler's role in the genocide!!!!
So what is making them take his side????
Like the adage haathi has different teeth to eat and show!!!!
To their humaneness pitch their giving a ticket to Tytler is a humongous blow!!!
Now they say Tytler was given a ticket as CBI gave him a clean chit!!!
But ticket was given before the clean chit so this excuse simply does not fit!!!
People know the 'Kodnani' of 1984 genocide has got away!!!!!
And electorally in Punjab and Delhi Congress will pay!!!
Congress cares little for its image!!!!
Tickets to those with blood on their hands and a match fixer are doing to its image damage!!
I feel Advani's debate idea is really good!!!
But seems to debate Congress is not in a mood!!!
What is Mohna so scared of?????
Is it at him being Sonia's puppet Advani will scoff???
In fact by not picking up debate gauntlet Congress's image is taking a beating!!!!
Looks like Advani is roaring and Mohna is bleating!!!
At present only UPA and NDA have declared their PM candidates!!!
While others say their candidates will be declared at later dates!!!
So debate has to be between Advani and Manmohan Singh!!!!!
Don't know why in this Advani Sonia ko karr raha hai bring!!!
I feel Mohna is underrating his debating skills and is dithering from a debate!!!
He should pick up the gauntlet and ask Advani 'let me know the place, time and date'!!!
In my opinion now BJP and Congress are running neck to neck!!!!
If you ask me now Congress is behind by just a speck!!!!
BJP started its election exercise some time back!!!!
And in this Congress karr rahi hai lack!!!
In the end it's going to be how well BJP does in four States and what all India average Congress logs!
That is why now I say only by a speck in front of Congress BJP jogs!!!
Congress's biggest problem is it lacks grass root Netas!!!!
It needs Netas and not Netas who are Netas betas!!!!
BJP on the other hand has grass root Leaders but has lost its old discipline culture!!!
Uncontrolled ambition tends to make a person into a vulture!!!
After 'Bhay Ho' BJP should show tranquility in NDA rule and 'Chain (reace) ho' ko karre use!
After all for being responsible for turmoil BJP Congress ko karr rahi hai accuse!!!
In AP Chiranjeevi is giving Congress and TDP nightmares!!!!
But in then end he will have to take a call as he cannot hunt with the hounds and run with the hares!
Karuna they say has become very jumpy !!!!
And also very grumpy!!!!
He's seen the writing on the dewaar!!!!
And knows in the upcoming election DMK ko padhne waali hai maar!!!
Confucius says…… Netas basically tend to read the writing on the wall!!!!
But its hope against hope that they refuse to take the call!!!

Retirement benefits to PSE employees
Average age of an officer in PSEs is 50 years. Average post retirement life span of officer or his dependent is 20 years.
Thus average service life left is 10 years while average retired life left is 20 years. During retired life a person is more vulnerable, including the health and financial concerns.
Therefore in pay revision, appropriate focus should be on benefits to retired employees.
It is noteworthy that for govt. employees, pay revision committee increases the pension of already retired employees also. These quantum increases are in addition to regular DA increases in their pension.

Rajju Bhaiya and RSS
Somehow my hand goes on e mail, when 70 years old. And your this site only other day, well certainly it interested me a lot. I am cousin to Rajju Bhaiyya. I was told that it was only wish of his was enough to be implemented. Now things have become more democratic, well also that you mind RSS. We mind BJP. Somehow when I was present in last yatra of Rajju Bhaiyya. Well he had lot of wisdom but less diplomacy. I am sure present changes will be certainly for good. I conclude.

Why contest from more than one constituency?
There are some candidates who file their nomination papers for two constituencies and if elected from both the constituencies, he or she has to give up one. Though constitutionally there is no bar to contest election from more than one constituencies, but each and everybody who contest election must know that election process is a very costly affair and the State bears huge expenditure for arranging poll of the seat vacated by one parliamentarian. So, it is an appeal to all the candidates who contest election not to contest for more than one constituency.
