Aaj
Ki Aawaz India gave Congress a verdict that was very
decisive!!! However in Government formation Congress has funnily turned indecisive!!! Seems
now High Command is trying to sort out the internal demands for Kursi!!! And
it's for the Kursi that Congressis do High Command ki chaaplussi (sycophancy)!!! Now
it's rumoured to keep the old lot happy Governors are going to be announced!!!!
Not being included in Mohan's A Team many faithfuls felt that their chaplussi's
been 'trounced'!! Maybe Sonia wants Mohna to lower the bar
Mohna
is majoboori ka dossra naam!!!!! After all for coming to power he has to pay
some personal daam (cost)!! So Mohna will have to tone down his 'educated'
and 'not tainted ' demand!!! And orders for this have come straight from High
Command!! Sonia also wants to balance the State representation in the Cabinet
some States are overrepresented!! And this by other States is being resented!! Rebellion
and protest run in Mamtha's khoon!!! This is the objective of her joon (birth)!!! Now
she says that Railway's will be run from the City of Joy!!!! With Railways
Mamtha is going to literally toy!!! She thrives on being 'off the path' track!!!
And to move out apna boriya pistar always rakthi hai pack!!! And when it comes
to PM she is 'out of control'!!!! She's going to play to the hilt her rebel
role!!!! What she needs to do is what Laloo did
let Officials run
the Ministry!!!! And then like makkan the Railways will run and why is no
mystery!!! Then she can have her rebel jollies and take credit for Railways
performance like Laloo did!!! Only requirement
.. from Minister karr
doh Railway Ministry ko rid!!!! By the time Azagiri's term comes to an end
he'll be able to spell Ministry of Chemical & Fertilizer! A technical
step though he's not going to end up any wiser!!! He's here so that Stalin
gets to run TN and there's no power overlap!!! Family squabbles in TN Karuna's
tried to cap!!!! He too needs to do what Laloo did and give Officials a free
hand ands enjoy his stint in Dilli!!! And try to keep his trap shut or he'll
let the cat out of the bag ' Mantri ji is abs silly'!!! Viewing the quality
of this Ministry Rahul should keep away from it!!!! But in Parliament in the
back benches he can no longer sit!!! The feeling is that after Captaining Congress
during the election, On being the non Playing Captain post election he's made
his selection!! I still feel once this Government gets into the groove Rahul
should take a Cabinet berth!! However as of now berth pangs continue and Government
ka nahi ho raha hai birth!!! In US they say Uncle Ben will soon be going on
a Dollar printing binge!!!!! And Commodities excessive Dollars will unhinge!! My
feeling as Stock Markets fall commodities will rise!!!! So going short on
commodities is unwise!!! Oil has the potential of going above 70!!! Though
oil is available aplenty!!! Confucius says
... next round of uncertainty
is just around the bend!!!!! And again into a tizzy markets its going to send!!! Flash.....
Mamtha has taken over as Railway Minister in Kolkata ......but she has a excuse!
Cyclone excuse kiya Mamtha ne use!!! Mohna Ji get ready as Mamtha is going
to be a pain!!! And Nation will sigh ' not again'!!!

Do not fall into gameplan of Congress party I agree with comments by some
of the readers that 'whispers' is somehow trying to promote the congress party.
The most recent indicator is the needless opinion-seeking as to who can be the
competitor of Rahul Gandhi. Rahul G. is so junior and inexperienced that to
keep talking about him as if he is a big leader is only to promote him in a subtle
way. Even within Congress party, there are many people against whom this boy cannot
hold a candle. Wish Whispering would not fall into the gameplan of the Congres
party to promote the image of one person by constantly keeping him in news.
r swami Increase retirement age to 62 years for
. Instead
of all this clamouring about whether to increase retirement age or not; a best
solution would be to increase it to 62 for all officers of the rank of full Secretary
to the Government of India; all Chief Secretaries to state Governments and other
officers holding this rank. This would well serve the need of the Prime Minister
of having with him for another two years the best top level talent which he is
very comfortable with; and which was initially the purpose which he had in mind
when the retirement age increase proposal was being discussed much earlier before
the elections. This would also set to rest the allegations of promoting mediocrity
by increasing it for all and sundry; as only the best officers reach this level
both at the centre and the states. Later, this can be evolved into a well structured
new retirement policy like in the Armed Forces where every higher rank has a higher
retirement age; upto 62 (presently, which can be brought upto 65 later) for full
General/equivalent. Thus providing greater incentive for better performance at
every level uptill the top. This can be done immediately by a cabinet decision.
I would request you to expeditiously forward this proposal to the Hon'ble PM,
mentioning of course, the writer. Manish Chandra Throw more light
on retirement age issue I happen to be a new reader of you site whispersinthecorridoors.com.
It has been a different experience going thro your site informing about various
activities in and around us. I could also see some whispers about retirement age
of govt. employees which was seen as one of the possibilities being taken in hand
by the new UPA govt in the centre. I would appreciate some more input in this
regard as the matter had been almost at final stage in its previous regime. Looking
forward to hear from you. Vinod Mileage for Senior Officers Officers
of the level of Secretary were allowed Staff Car for private use, for which they
were required to pay Rs.500/- per month. After the Sixth Pay Commission, Officers
of the level of SAG and above are entitled to a Transportation Allowance of Rs.7200/-
per month which increases with the release of every DA instalment as DA is payable
thereon. Most of the officers, for various reasons are compelled to avail the
Staff Car for "pick up and drop from residence" and are forced to forego
the Transportation Allowance of Rs.8780/- p.m. at the present rate of DA. I am
sure many of them are compelled to use the car for their private use also. As
they are foregoing a huge amount, the Govt. should favourably consider allowing
certain mileage, say 500 Kms. per month, for their private use. Otherwise they
would be only tempted to commit a technical violation and use the car for personal
use clandestinely!! V.K. Iyer Is S M Krishna aware? Your
item on Nirupama Rao mentions her chances are bright because of her husband being
from Karnataka cadre. But you must know that her husband is considered the right
hand man of BJP chief minister B S Yedyurappa. Is S M Krishna aware of this? A
