I am a regular reader of your informative site. However , I am disappointed to see the heading of your news item regarding Mr. Chidambaram trying to enforce some punctuality in the home ministry. I feel it is a commendable step and deserves better heading than what you have given which appears to be sarcastic about his being like a school principal. I request that this may be withdrawn by you immediately as it encourages the public(?) servants not to come in time and do the work of their masters (public). The step taken by Shri Chidambaram deserves to be emulated by other ministers to supruce up the administration in which lakhs of man hours are being lost due to lack of punctuality of officers and staff. I think you should apologise to HM as breaking rules should not be allowed in public services. I may make it clear that I am no fan of HM but if he takes the correct steps to wake up the bureaucracy then he deserves our support fully. Maybe next step he can take is to ensure that Group D staff wear uniforms provided to them which will give a better picture of government offices.

Aaj Ki Aawaz
At last portfolios have been announced!!!!
Some wins , losses, status quos and some out of the Cabinet have been bounced!!!
In Social Sectors Rahul's got his men in place!!!
Ministerial positions in Social Ministries Rahul's men karr rahe hai grace!!!
Only hope the tom-toming does not start before the delivery commences!!!!
And hope Rahul is on their backs so that complacent one's are shaken to their senses!!!
And what about only a fraction of disbursed amount reaching the target!!!
Because enroute very porous the road does get!!!
So Rahul has to work on the delivery system too!!!!
Because as of now seems in delivery there's always a slip between cup and mooh (mouth)!!
And what is wrong with multi-tasking?????
To Rahul this question many will be asking!!!!
What I feel is Rahul needs a break!!!
So in some holiday spot a break he should take!!!
Why not go to Wildflower ahead of Shimla and just chill out?????
And in the latter part of the holiday matters he should sort out!!!
Permit me to be a matchmaker… Rahul Baba aur Agatha Sangma ki shaadi????
Agatha is educated, okay looking, inclined to social causes and is seedhi saadhi!!!
Look at Amir Khan he's married an ordinary looking girl!!!!
A handsome man ka head kiya ek very ordinary looking girl ne swirl!!!
Females are years ahead of men in maturity.... at 38 they don't play with the XBox,
And neither at this age do they box!!!!
After Sonia gave some Italian facets to her next generation!!!
If Rahul marries Agatha she would give a chinky eyed Gandhi to the Nation!!!!
Imagine when Rahul's son takes over China would feel Indian Cheeni bro bro,
Fond of Congress even the Indian Commies will grow!!
After the second phase of swearing in Praful Patel was seen on every News Channel!!!
Individually or part of a panel!!!
He says in this stint his priority is to revive 'Indian' or whatever they call it!!!!
But he forgets that to run it into the ground in his previous term he's done quite a bit!!
Mallya and Goel let out a cheer on Praful's reappointment!!!!
And rest assured there is merit for there being generally an expression of disappointment!
And if all goes as per plan 'National Career' will be grounded and then gobbled!!!!
A plan I feel has already been cobbled!!!
Praful is the richest Cabinet Minister!!!!
Please do keep in mind he is just Pawar's assister!!
Chotte Mian to Chotte Mian Badhe Mian subhan Allah…… Pawar ki balle balle!!!!
People in the know say that in 'maal' Praful from his Boss is way thalle thalle (below)!!!
Confucius says…… Malai always comes to the top be it a glass, cup or pateela!!!
Yeh hai malai ki leela!!!!
Adds.... so though there is nothing official about Pawar's maal!!!!
A source gives a formula... Praful's worth multiplied by in politics Pawar ke jitne saal!!!!
Flash..... Stalin has been made Deputy CM.... Karuna has settled one more son!!!
And khulam khulla this nepotism Karuna has done!!!

Accountability of govt servants be clearly defined
Chidambaram needs to be complimented for his attempts to bring punctuality in the office and we sincerely hope he will succeed in his attempts .While there are many sincere staff, there are some odd ones who does not feel any obligation to the public interest. It is high time that accountability of government servants should be clearly defined and any violation should be dealt promptly .

Heart burning in CBI is justified !!!
Though complimentary to each other, there is poor chemistry between the Investigation and the Prosecution wing of the CBI. This is reflected in the poor success rate of this premier agency before the courts. While the investigation wing undertakes the tedious job of gathering clinching evidences, the job of the Prosecution wing cannot be under estimated. Effective presentation of cases before the CBI- designated trial courts ,Appellate courts and even the Supreme Court, is a significant exercise that is crucial to the final outcome of the courts' judgments. During my service career , I had personally followed up this case. It is understood that though the proposal for grant of 25% incentive to officers' of Prosecution wing ( on the analogy of similar incentive admissible to officers of Investigation wing of the CBI) was supported by DOP&T and its Financial Advisor to Min of Finance, the same was summarily rejected by MOF .Does this not amount to perpetuation of discrimination for no valid reason. DOP&T is headed by the PM. We have now a more experienced FM. I suppose, the UPA-II ( after electoral detoxification of UPA-I ) is considered more transparent, just and fair. May I request the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister through this website to intervene into the matter and remove all kinds of discriminations and anomalies under the existing dispensation .

Karnataka following UP
Karnataka is also following the UP government where getting the officer of their choice is more important than development. Why don't they understand shifting a officer within 6-7 months not only damage the efforts put for execution of different policy but also the hard work and effort put by the officer.
