Aaj Ki Aawaz
Raj Babbar and Jagan could be inducted to the Cabinet!!!
And hopefully for all the problems hes created Bansal will be
made to hibernate!!
Azagiri is itching to be sent back to TN State!!!!
To stay out of TN the man sure does hate!!!
Any place where Tamil is not spoken Azagiri is at sea!!!
Sometime back he was in a tizzy as he wanted to pee!!!
Now no one understood what he said and hes not aware of the pinky
sign!!!
Was in a tizzy till somebody recognized his cross legged stance and
whine after whine!!!
There is some fine tuning required!!!!
And one or two Ministers need to be fired!!!
Take MS Gill the man seems to be oblivious of the catch up cost of hosting
the Games!
Hes too scared to even take names!!
Games will be held on time is all he says!!!!
He does not bother about the huge catch up cost that through the nose
the Nation pays!
All this time he was comatose to the delays taking place!!!
And now he says games will be held on time with his trademark
sly grin on his face!!
Okay as EC he did a good job!!
But as Sports Minister he gets a 'big blob' (zero)!!
Of course PC nobody wants a war but how about a covert tit for tat!!!
Or after saying well respond strongly hes throwing
in his hat!!
We are perceived to be soft on terror!!!
And this is indeed a very grievous error!!
If they can strike on Indian soil without the fear of an all out war!!!!
Then what are we waiting for????
Unless and until India does not give them a bloody nose theyll
keep attacking!!!
And only a response will send them packing!!
BJP attacking RSS is akin to a son attacking his Dad!!!
Really BJPs behaving like a bad lad!!!
Now BJPs only hope is it doing well in Jharkhand!!!
If not then a door for some kind of comeback ho jayega bandh!!
Yes Advani seems to now have applied Liberhan glue to his chair!!!!
Not for the Party but himself Advani does care!!!
They say he had a hand in building BJP and now hes a hand in making
it fall!!!
And BJPs comeback karr raha hai Advani stall!!!
In Jharkhand Khoda is banking on his Partys five seats making
him politically wanted!
He wants to change his status with Investigation Agencies from 'wanted
to unwanted'!!
And he knows if he becomes a King Maker then hell be able to wangle
this!!!
This huge opportunity he does not want to miss!!!
As of now because of the biggy Congress Neta hes keeping the hounds
at bay!!
The biggy has got orders passed to the hounds
. stay!!!
Dubai s real estate development is literally on sand!!
The mindlessly opulent and humongous Projects ne baja diya hai Dubai
economy ka band!
Dubai World which spearheaded Dubai s unnatural growth has debt
of 60 Billion!!!
And the total fallout will top a trillion!!!
The highest tower , the biggest Mall.... seems Dubai was on a record breaking
run!!!
And now its got a Company that's got a record debt ... 'well
done'!!!
A lot of Indians are working in the Dubai construction Industry and
will loose jobs!
And foreign exchange remittances from Dubai this will rob!!
India's exports will also take a hit!!!
To Dubai India exports quite a bit!!
Some Indian Companies will take a hit!!!!
Its wrong to say that in isolation India does sit!!
RBI says nothing to worry but adds that it's looking into the 'fine
print'!!!
So I hope you get the hint!!
Confucius says
..On shifting sands,
Dubai literally stands!
Adds... now the Dubai Arabs will reduce their haughtiness!!!
And will have to curb their 'naughtiness'!!!!
Flash.... Khoda's thumbed his nose at ED again!!!
And now fr Khoda's plight Ambika Soni has shown pain!!
Really one marvels at how our Neta's literally play with the law,
Humaare Desh ka yeh hai bahut badha flaw!!

IS INDIAN BUREAUCRACY WORST IN THE WHOLE CONTINENT ?
Yes, the Indian Bureaucracy is least efficient in the whole continents.
Who will responsible for it? No doubt, it is politicians. All parties
in rule and off rule need only partialised and corrupted bureaucracy.
It help the rulers to loot more the public money. But there ia a few
dared and patriotic bureaucratic person among this class. For example
in Kerala one Dinesh Arora IAS who has been recommended to post the
District collector to Kannur District by ECI of India during the byelection.
But his posting is objected by the ruling parties and opposition. Also
think the fate of Suresh Kumar IAS. Both the ruling and opposition parties
are united to spoiled his administrative efficiency. The people should
be more vigilant and react in accordance with the law of this Great
Nation

There was a posting in the forum on 18th November 2009 about "Double
standards of CVC". What do people have to say about this in the
context of the debate on "Whether the Indian bureaucracy is the
most corrupt?". Whether any more proof is required? May be some
bureaucrats would like to make study trips all over the world to make
a "comparison" with bureaucracies in other countries!!The
situation prevailing in the Power ministry vis-a-vis is perhaps the
norm and not an exception in the central and state governments. What
about the arrangements made for the VIPs who visit various parts of
the country in the guise of "study groups", parliamentary
committees etc? Are we all not living in a fool's world?

Injustice to Grade 'D' Stenos
The scheme of financial upgradation has been introduced by the Government,
as I understand, as compensation in the absence of regular promotion.
I have put in twelve years of service in the grade of Steno 'D' and
increasing my pay by only an amount of Rs.400/- to keep me at the next
grade pay, i.e. Rs.2800/- works as a disincentive rather than as an
incentive. I feel this is an injustice for all Grade 'D' Stenos.

UDCs of Central Secretariat treated in unfair manner
UDCs of Central Secretariat are treated in very unfair manner in central
secretariat while Assistants in secretariat enjoying both good pay scale
and best promotion avenue but UDCs are treated step motherly.

Parity between Stenographers of CSSS and field offices
The 6th CPC has recommended for complete parity between the stenographers
of csss and field offices. It had also recommended introduction of a
new post i.e. PSO in the CSSS hierarchy. Surprisingly, DOPT has implemented
the partial recommendation in regard to Sr.PPS and appointed them to
these posts. But one of the vital recommendations i.e. parity between
these cadres the DOPT does not seem to be taking any action for its
implementation. Wake up DOPT, don't be partial. All Stenographers of
field offices, pay heed to it.

Liberhan Commission's report is biased!
I agree with A K Saxena's views.An expenditure of Rs 10 crores was wasted
by the Congress party by keeping the Commission alive for 17 years.
The Congress party was involved along with the BJP in demolition of
Babri masjid at Ayodhya. The timing of tabling the Report in Parliament
just before 6th December ie the day of demolition confirms Congress
party's ulterior motive of getting political mileage out of it. The
Indian Muslims must see through this game.
