Its OK to have whisper twice a day, but in my opinion the second time whisper be given in the website only if felt very prompting and a value to masses in general. Small and normal state level, immaterial news if pertaining to an officer below the rank of Joint Secretary or unpolular politician, may not be essentially in second time whisper.

Happy Diwali
Apni pocket gareebo ke liye karro khaali.
The poor say 'paiso waalon ki hothi hai Diwali'!
'Paiso ke intezaar mein humm ne toh diwali janam se hai taali'!
Giving to those who already have is simply not done!
And remember Diwali is celebrated because over evil goodness won.
So when you booze and play cards remember whose side you are on,
And ultimately who won.
So that you do not become a donkey in the next birth you do not have to become one in this one!
But that does not mean do not have fun.
Celebrate so that you feel good from inside,
You feel from inside that you are on goodness's side.
Bring in spirituality into your Diwali,
Without HIS naam Diwali in actuality despite all the lights is kaali.
Happy Diwali once again,
May your Diwali be such that HIS blessings you are able to gain!
Bharat Kumar

Leave problem !
I have completed 24 years of Government Service and have 300+15 leaves at my credit. Now I am in a section where I have only S.O. and it becomes difficult to take leave at a stretch for more than 15 days. In the process neither the leave is allowed to be accumulated in my leave account or allowed for encashment and it lapses every time. Will the Government please consider to enhance the limit or allow encashment other than LTC?

DEBATE ON RETIREMENT AGE
Why not? With more & more youngsters opting for pvt. Jobs, it is necessary to keep government running.
Deoki Nandan dns1307@yahoo.com
It is important to increase the age of retirement to 62 as it will be a boon to both the government and the employee.
Vipul vipul_mathur20239@yahoo.com
No. This will be disastrous. Retirement age at 60yrs. is appropriate.
Happy Diwali,
