Aaj
Ki Aawaz State Elections...... Congress 03 and
Opposition 00, And believe me Mohnas the real hero!!! Despite Chautala's
optimism in Haryana Congress will form Sarkaar!!! Guv will call leadng Party/pre
poll Alliance though from last time Congress ko padhi hai maar!! People have
voted basically for the Central Sarkaar !! In both Haryana and Maharashtra
people rated local Sarkaars as bekaar!! People tend to get attracted when capably
and with vision you lead!! Mohna is perceived to be doing so and also Man
with no greed! Kudos also to Sonia and Rahul Baba
..Rahul for not
taking over till hes capable!! Sonia for handing over the reigns to someone
who is really able!! And then Ma and Betas NGO mindset has also worked!!!! Why
do you think Rahuls home stays has got the likes of Maya irked?? On
the local level in Maharashtra and Haryana Congress did not win, It was the
Opposition that did it selves in!! It was Centers performance that did
the job!!!! If it had been only on State Governments performance Congress
karr rahi hothi sob! Hooda was in a tizzy at one stage, And at one stage
flew into a rage!!! Then his mood improved! But short lived this proved!!! Because
by the time all the Haryana results came in he had a scowl on his mug!!!! Seems
the verdict ne kiya Hooda ko bug!! This vote is not for real estate fixated
Hooda Sarkaar its for Sarkaar in Dilli!! Its clear on account of
anti incumbency Haryanvis had become towards Congress chilly!! And now its
clear that had INLD and BJP combined could have come out tops!! Anti incumbency,
combining vote banks and Chatualas sops!! Results bear out Chautala demanding
seats ka major share!! Because pretty good INLD ne kiya fare
.. poorly
BJP ne kiya fare!! BJPs Goyal aka Chaatwaala says BJP did not ally with
INLD on account of the larger picture!! Emerging as an alternative
to Congress in Haryana apne aap ko BJP karti hai picture!! So BJP suffers
from some vision defect because the picture is not what it sees! The real picture
shows that BJP has to ally if the throne in Haryana it wants to seize!!! And
may I add here INLD ran a fantastic FM campaign!!!!! Really brought out the
common man's and farmers pain!! Like the ad in which someone shocked at the
high price of Dal, Says ' kyaa iss dal mein ghee diya hai daal'??? High
Command needs to re-look at its Hooda for CM statement!!! Because results ne
Hooda ki image ko kiya hai dent!! Okay Congress has broken a record and come
back to power!!! But Hooda is not the man of the hour!! Hooda was just fixated
with real estate and forgot about the drought, crime and inflation! He wanted
land prices in Haryana to be the highest in the Nation! In Maharashtra without
a doubt MNS factor did damage to BJP-Sena!!!! In 15 seats in Thane and Mumbai
BJP-Sena ko MNS ki wajah se padh gaya lena ka dena! Its now time for Congress
and NCP to merge and stop the bickering in the Maha Sarkaar! Its because
of Congress and NCP Ministers bickering that governance ko padhi maar! Truth
is Maharashtra Congress Leaders are wary of merging!!! Though for a merger
they themselves have been urging!! In politics when it comes to seats and berths
its not more the merrier!!!!! The less the claimants to seats and berths
the situation is cherrier!!! Now will MNS make Shiv Sena loose
on Mumbai Municipality its hold??? Will Shiv Sena in the Mumbai Municipal Polls
be knocked out cold??? BJP shows its a Party totally at sea!!!! From
the reactions to its debacle in Maharashtra this is what we get to see!! BJP
says
.The EVMs are faulty and pro Congress but EC is not to blame!! So
is BJP putting the blame on BEL without taking BEL's name??? BJP also says
Media is to blame
. how and why???? ECs order on pre poll
psephology did anyone in the Media defy???? And Advanis dream of making
a comeback with Maharashtra has been dashed!!! Lost out in Maharashtra and
in Haryana BJP has been literally bashed!! Now Advani may pin his hopes on
the Jharkandh polls!!! Only saving grace is Advani did not lecture us wringing
his hands and 'making in our verdict holes'!! Confucius says
. The winners
gloat and the losers give excuses!! The winners go about thumping their backs
and the losers become recluses!! Adds
. now Netas and Public in
all three Sates are hack to their old relationship, Public tries to catch the
Netas and they give Public the skip!!

We do not owe any responsibility, whatsoever, of the views of our surfers as they

a particular set of officers enjoy the benefit of allotment of higher types in
their youth by virtue of quick vertical promotion, the not-so-lucky lot looses
the battle in geometric progression (nay, retrogression) and only gets the same
benefit in their grey-hair era. B K Jain Directorate of
Estates is partial Directorate of Estates, without any apparent reason
also transfers a house from one pool to other. In this month C-1, Tilak Marg which
was till now in GP has been changed to TP even though there were claimants in
GP for the house and the house figured in the available list for the last two
months in GP category. The whole exercise appears to be for the TP people, by
the TP people. It is also seen that a number of houses are actually physically
lying vacant but are not being offered for allotment for months. No reasons ! There
are occupants who have retired for more than 6 months and even more than a year
but still occupy such houses. Is any action being taken to expedite vacation or
mere penal rent is sufficient which they would be willing to pay. Raj CAT
website not updated The Judgements page of the website of the Central
Administrative Tribunal is not being updated for the last more than two months.
Earlier, they used to maintain this site robustly. Perhaps NIC and CAT are perhaps
not comfortable with the level of transparency. They probably want to turn India
into a banana republic and take us all to the stone age. R K Agrawal Fate
of CBI officers ? What about officers who are promoted in CBI. First
they face CVC, then ACC. Both sleep with files. Prakash It is incorrect In
Meghalaya, there is one cadre and one ex-cadre post of DGP. Two officers of DGP
rank are available namely WR Marbaniang and Kulbir Krishan) but the state government
has been posting additional DGs as officiating DGPs. Sine the MHA
has objected the state government is trying to create a new ex-cadre post to promote
one of the ADGs . The state has had as many as 5 DGPs in the last
9 months. Dr Bahi Strengthening the Information Commissions
Almost all Central as well as State Information Commissions are retired
IAS officers. This trend should be changed and new young force be trained specially
for this purpose. This would be first step towards strengthening the Information
Commissions. Lokpal Jangir DEBATE ON RETIREMENT AGE Yes.

rightsaidruma@yahoo.co.in The enhancement of retirement age of government
officials will, certainly, an adjustment with the economy besides keeping the
experienced and healthy minds of Government Officers at the level from Assistant/Section

extension of government officers till the age of 62 without any hitch and second

job? Let's ask the Govt. to change the relevant rules and establish Electric Crematoriums
near Govt. office complexes so that these old horses, who cannot stand on the
two feet God has gifted them - but greed make them run on their toes, die in harness
leaving a scope for their children to put a claim for Compassionate Appointment,
