Dr. Bhagwat says BJP needs chemotherapy and surgery but BJP says not needed!!!
As per Dr. Bhagwat BJP’s malady is very deep seeded!!!
Bhagwat has done a biopsy on BJP’s  two lumps (yes you guessed right) or what medically they call growth!!!
And he’s found malignancy in both!!!
So both the growths need to be surgically removed!!!
This is the Doctor’s advice but by the patient the surgery has to be approved!!
And if surgery and chemotherapy is not done the growths could cause BJP’s demise!!!!
So obeying Dr. Bhagwat’s advice would indeed be wise!!!
If BJP disagrees then it could be a kind of euthanasia and here this against the kanoon!
Prognosis is that this surgery for BJP would indeed be a boon!!!
And post surgery BJP will take some time to recover!!!
Say about four years after surgery is over!!!
However the patient has called the Doctor wonky or satkela!!!
Rajnath has commented so and has said aside 'bahut kuch hia maine jhela'!
This is indeed a first for BJP..... calling the RSS head as wonky or satkela!
Not becoming of a patient cum chela!!!
NCP says if it does not get what it wants it’ll only extend external support!
This will not be followed up in Dilli as in Dilli NCP got what it wanted as per a report!
And seems this time Congress wants the Portfolios of Home, Finance and Power!!!
It’s not the quantity but the quality of berths that is making NCP sour!!
In the end seems Sonia will get Pawar to relent!!!!
In this poll NCP should play second fiddle message by the electorate has been sent!
And bhanjaa Ajit Pawar’s heartburn is far from over!!!!
Okay temporarily his flag of protest kiya Ajit ne lower!!
Today he showed his resentment by not attending NCP's Portfolio meet!!!!!
Though Pawar had kept for him a seat!!
As one and half year of his being DCM approaches Bhujbal will start his ronna-dhona!!!
On impending DCM kursi ka khona!!
And believe me Bhujbal really knows how to cry and he has a face that comes to his aid!
He’s going to do everything to ensure that the handover to Ajit is stayed!!
Imagine Rajdhani was taken over by a Maoists Group that’s a TC ally!!!
So that is why after news of the take over into a rage Mamtha did not fly!!
Mamtha should realize ‘we are known by the company we keep’!!!
And what we sow we reap!!!
Pakistan ’s allegation that Indian funds Taaliban is hilarious!!
And if you ask me must have got the Taaliban furious!!!
Maybe this to tell the US ‘we are not using your money to fund Taaliban….. it’s theirs (India)!!!
And we all know for Paki statements how much the World cares!!
On a visit to J&K Mohna has said India willing to talk to any group for peace in the State!
Some say there's been a change in the stand of some groups of late!!
Let's see if anything comes out of this!!
Will they take up the offer or give it the miss!!
Pakis will do everything to ensure that this offer is given the miss!!!
In fact ISI to all the groups will let out a waring hiss!!
Confucius says....With export of terror curtailed nowadays!!
Blasts are taking place within Pakistan and for its deeds Pakistani public pays!!!
Adds.... Terror was meant for export only but now that exports have come down,
The terror outfits in Pakistan have become active in every Paki City, village and town!!

What is an asset?
Assets disproportionate or proportionate, is an issue that has captured more media space in Mera Bharat Mahan in the past 60 years than the GDP growth! This debate has catapulted the mediocre into Netas, MLAs/MPs/Ministers and Chief Ministers too. But the debate goes on and even its pitch gets shriller by the day. Why?
Do we consider some extra wealth(call it black money or whatever you please to choose) or that ingenuity of earning that wealth as the disproportionate asset? One can not remain without admiring the skills of a government servant(group A to D )acquiring assets disproportionate to his/her known sources of income, even when the CBI and the Vigilance wings keep a keen eye on the annual rate of accrual to the net assets of the employee. I have always wondered how it happens? More, how it happens so smoothly? So happily? I did not find the answer till reading the WIC Forum today. The answer is: it is the fifth "Purusharth". The other four are known to everybody(Dharma, Artha, Kaam & Moksha). This fifth purusharth is the only one not known generally--certainly in the ranks and file of the government servants. Otherwise there would not have been so many complaints/grievances posted on WIC and elsewhere. Many of us find it difficult to put up with the goings on in our organisations and feel ethically hurt. Resolutely resisting to compromise our integrity we simply pray for a change for the better. That is just a wish!
Therefore, it is suggested, that all those interested in their ethical health may take the CTT (Corruption Tolerance Test) and opt for a favourable posting, rather than cursing the authority consisting of those endowed with the fifth purusharth called The Corruption Purusharth !

An emotional outburst !
Which service do you belong to? There is a need to understand contribution of various services to pass a judgement on who is a deserving or undeserving service. I Am a member of CSS which was a vestige of British Rule and once known as Back bone of Secretariat. The policy makers in their wisdom decided to continue the service. Stoppage of Direct Recruitment in SO grade through UPSC is a matter of great concern to many senior level officers. Reason- continuity in decision making. About becoming DS on the verge of retirement, the credit can be given to bad cadre management coupled with interference by various vested interest groups. And my fiend , kindly don't compare the incomparable. Austerity measures of Govt. are universally applicable to any one related/ functioning under the Government. Reduction in pay scales compared to executive powers of the post, implies downgradation, which is resorted to in extreme cases in vigilance matters. Hence, demand for justice which is being considered in DOE.

Commonwealth games meant to take "Wealth" from "Common" man
To me Commonwealth games are meant to take "Wealth" from "Common" man to put in the pocket of a coteri. The amount of wastages is just too staggering with no financial control or protocol being followed for this huge spending. Mani Shankar Aiyar had a valid argument that can a nation where more than half the population is still devoid of basic amenities afford such luxuries? His views are quite public in nature and he is a gentleman who is unlikely to stoop down to those levels where to enforce his views he would deliberately delay the projects. Infact it is squarely the other way round where the coterie has delayed the projects to create an atmosphere of panic so that their misdeeds can be hided and money can be spent right left and centre without many questions being asked about it. The coterie has also been smart enough to also induct a few good people in the OCA to hide themselves behind thier credibility. Since the nation is now put into a catch 22 situation with no option but to host a successful games the coterie is having a good laugh. God only knows whether their misdeeds would ever come out in public or not?

Do not condemn 'bureaucracy' as a whole
No doubt, there are few bad fish, but by and large there are efficient, honest and hardworking bureaucrats. There is a close relation of mine, who is so very particular that in the rank of Joint Secretary, the person is punctual, regular, conscientious and would not waste even a minute of official time and would not even use the Official Telephone or Photocopier for own personal use.

System is rotten
Rules are twisted and interpreted for the parties who are fortunate, powerful or near to power centre or in a position to manipulate. For others, its so frustrating. They keep on hoping for a saviour to come who will provide due justice and be fair to these people.
