Najyot 'Jackass' Sidhu was slated to join Big Boss!!!
With his absence of 90 days Amritsar's Voters with him are already cross!!
If he had gone into the Big Boss's house he'd have been missing again!!!!
And I'm sure Big Boss house members would have run out on account of auditory pain!!
The man is loud and crass and a show off to the core!!!!
Just mouths one- liners he's mugged up and stored in his mental store!!!!
Imagine an MP willing to get himself locked in for two months for a TV show!!!
In MP's book of misdemeanours a new low!!!
Pathetic seeing a Congress MP tear into chicken in the name of Dalit home- stay!!!
Something every viewer ne karra hogaa flay!!
This Dalit home - stay could have been endearing if it came from the heart!!!
Genuine concern and drama baazi can very easily be set apart!!!
Rahul how can you expect Netas who become MPs to live it up give up their aisho-aaram?
For them giving up their aisho aaram is haraam!!!
Rahul should have shortlisted Congress Netas for Dalit home- stay!!
Due diligence being undertaken would have been the right way!!
Hope Maya has heard of charity starting in one's own ghar!!!!
And as per reports Maya 'ne apna ghar liya hai bhar'!!!
So when she starts a drive against corruption she should start with herself!!!!
And also with her Head Elf!!!!
And these kind of Bees keep a cut apne aap ke liye!!!!
Minimum 20% of joh 'Party' ke liye liye!!!
And in some cases the Worker Bees keep it all!!!
20% retention ko loyalty charge karte hai call!!!
100% percent is 'apna bhi kabhi kabhi sochna chahiye' charge!!!!!
And ammount in such cases is very large!!!

Government cannot tell India Inc., 'pay packets that are huge should be cut'!
Kursheed please rethink your statement futta-futt!!!
Government can tell India Inc., to play a 'social role'!!!
Kursheed 'soch ke boll (say)'!!!
Leave it to India Inc., to effect belt tightening and using the money to play a social role!!
Kursheed can make it clear to India Inc., that now there is an unspecified and unwritten social toll (tax)!!
Haryana's 11 Ministers and CM travelled to Kanyakumari from Haryana everyday!!!
An unbelievable fuel bill Haryana Sarkaar did pay!!!
See the pilferage ……… a fortune must have been made by the overbilling!!!
At most one tank full everyday the cars must have been filling!!!
Rest was billed but not filled!!!!!!
Via the RTI this can of petro guzzling worms has been spilled!!!
Sonia you need to tell Congress Mantris to practice austerity in taking Sarkaar for a ride!
Expecting them not to do this at all would be foolish as they will never abide!!
In the austerity drive tell them to cut fuel and power bills by twenty percent!!!!
And make it known to them that 'saving account sheet' to High Command has to be sent!
Confucius says……. Sonia has her limits and will not go beyond a certain point!!!
Cardinal rule…… trappings of power should not disappoint!!!!
Adds……. if power does not leave a sweet taste in the mouth then what's the use or power?
And austerity measures will be leaving in the mouth of our Netas a taste that's sour!!!

Readiness for Commonwealth Games

While our airport and other games facilities are getting ready there has been no effort on the part of Government of NCT (Shiela Dixit) or MCD to remove the encroachments, expand the roads that are bottlenecks. It makes no purpose to build swanky airports, if the passengers are to get stuck at Mahipalpur, Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj or Nelson Mandela road. It is high time the Government takes immediate steps to widen the roads leading to the airports.

Sell Air India
there is a fresh argument to sell our family silver ( AI). It is perhaps a good idea to consider this option now. the strategy should be to hand over controlling stakes ( 51%) to a private player, who can restructure the airlines. GOI should keep 26% stake and mandate three things with the new owner
1. All existing routes must continue to operate for another 5 yrs (Will ensure that there is no political crisis, if flights to of our state capital is stopped)
2. Will ensure there is NO LAY OFF of existing employees ( subject to the condition that duties and roles, designations and perquisities of existing staff incl pilots can be changed by the new management )
3. Air fare should be governed by market forces and not by extraneous factors ( thus for any unviable route, the air fare would be much higher, rather than it being cross subsidized).
This has the advantage of getting the best out of this ailing airlines. It also has the advantage that Government could make a political choice of ( waiving airport and other taxes including fuel surcharges etc) to all the airlines including Air India, if they desire that flights should operate in any particular sector ( say North East or any other state).

Global Health and scientific Governance
It is important for India to recognize that it needs to play a more proactive role in Global health and scientific governance, as it is presently a marginal player. This is important in areas of scientific research, medical research and education, public health policy, procurement policy and procedures of medicines and equipments , vaccine and related issues . global fund . The efforts should be to identify bureaucrats/technocrats and expose them to workshops, conferences and short term assignments with international agencies ( UNESCAP, WHO, UNFCC, UNEP, academic and research institutions across the world. China, Brazil and other developing economies have been working on this for sometime and we need to be aware that our bargaining power , at the global level has to go beyond the realms of normal diplomacy and into hard core medical and scientific hard bargaining

DEBATE ON RETIREMENT AGE
Yes, I agree that retirement age of Government servants should be raised to 62 years. As the life expectancy of general public has increased this should be done and moreover Government will also have some breathing space keeping in view the cash crunch and recession.

R V Nathan tnr_rvn@live.com
Retirement age to be kept as 60 years. It should not be brought down to 58 years, according to the wishes of the Ministers concerned to appease the masses and to take political mileage of a political party.
Bhowmik bhowmik@yahoo.co.i n
The retirement age should not be raised to 62 years.
K P Lall kplall1951@gmail.com
Make a stop to all the discussions on retirement age. Keep it as 33 years of service irrespective of the maximum age subject to fitness. This is disadvantageous to me. Even then it is OK. Let me also go without promotion which I am dreaming of.
Prasad sreesayee@indiatimes.com
There should not be any age for retirement. All the Government servants should be allowed to work till their death so that their experiences can be utilized.
Meeran A S asmeeran2002@yahoo.co.in
As health standard & longevity has improved, the retirement age needs revision.
