Aaj Ki Aaawaz
Mantris are reacting like spoilt brats to the austerity drive!!
At a Cabinet Meeting their objections home their tried to drive!!!
Pawar said ' How does a fat man fit in a middle seat'!!!!
And Abdullah said 'Cannot fit in economy seat as I have long legs and big feet'!!!
Well both are filthy rich and can afford to pay for an upgrade!!!
Sarkaar pays for Economy fare and the upgrade money by them is paid!!
Pawar is used to Five Star culture ...demanded as a necessity this should be treated!
And so should not be included in the austerity drive he said getting heated!!!
Pawar has got so used to Five Star living!!!
That in rage he was literally shivering!!
Anand Sharma demanded more money during overseas trips!!!!
Fact is with his new found importance the man has still not come to grips!!
For one year they are not willing to give up their luxury….. shame!!!!!
If the trappings of power are reduced they feel lame!!
After all how can they travel cattle class????
Sher kaise kha saktha hai ghas????
Mr.Pawar we are not responsible for your ballooning girth!!!
And also please do remember you were not 'silver spooned' at birth!!
They forget that once they lived ordinary lives and would have given their right hand,
If they could live the lifestyle that they live today…. opulent and grand!!
Sharma talks of an increase in allowance and there was a time he'd have backpacked!!
Time when money and power he lacked!!!
They all just want to be spoilt rotten!!!
After all a plum position they've gotten!!!
This spoiling is part of the fun!!!!
Do you think to serve the people elections are won????
People are forgotten once election victory is declared!!!
Then people lament 'arre right from the start for us they never cared'!!
One of the reason's they want security is to keep people and them apart!!!
And for this the Security very effectively plays its part!!
Austerity also should mean Sarkaar cuts down on self praise ads!!!
On this self praise Sarkaar has been spending wads and wads!!
Jet Management has the tacit support of the Minister of Aviation!!!
Some say this problem is Goyal's own creation!!
He has a plan and creating this turmoil was step one!!!
Very effectively this was done!!
The Pilots were instigated and now they are the bad guys!!!!
'Me hearties very soon you will get the answer to your why's (why should he do this)'!
SP has announced a five day war on BSP Sarkaar!!!
And Maya has said 'orange topis' will disappear from the streets before day chaar!!
If she's fixated with statues SP was fixated with 'Bachchan and Ambani'!!
So its stance that SP is with the people does not hold paani!!!
Should Congress allow a person who has hyped matters to this extent to get away!!
'Congress will break up in due course in AP if Jagan is made CM' quite a few say!!
And if he gets to be CM he would have thumbed his nose at High Command!!!!
Jagan's ego and ambition needs to be put in remand!!
And to be fair to him he could not stake claim without the hype he made!!!
But seems too fast and rashly his cards he played!!
Akalis are brainstorming in Shimla…… or are they just sucking to Pappy and Sonny!!
Sonny trying to look 'very statesman like' looked very funny!!
His cousin Manpreet has been labeled as Akali's Jaswant Singh!!
That is because an issue that can affect 'money making' into public domain he did bring!
Fact is of the subsidies doled out in Punjab not even 8% reach the target!!!
And richer and richer by the hour Ministers and Officials get!!
Akalis feel Manpreet is hitting them in their paapi pett or like they say in Punjabi tidhi!!
Whereas Manpreet 'gall karr raheya hai sidhi' (talking straight)!!
Confucius says…… on a land that is so fertile and people so hardworking Punjab Politicos are a curse!!!
And mind you Punjab is cursed with the worse (Polticos)!!
Flash..... SC has given 6 hours to Maya to stop her Parks and statue projects!!!!
The Bull has bolted and now the barn door is being shut and this dejects!!
All this time she was merrily wasting money and SC allowed this to go on!!!
Should have taken suo moto notice and asked her why this was being done???
And Pandher being let off means justice has been hoodwinked!!!
With the Nithari murders the man without a doubt is linked!!!
In the end he was shown as a lech who was prone to having a good time!!!
And the servant was made the sole accused of this henious crime!!
They say a powerful Punjab Congressman came to his aid!!!
And Justice was stayed!!!
CBI 'delivers' again!!!
And the blindfolded Lady holding the scales winces in pain!
Pawar's builder pal has been raided!!!
Taxes to the tune of 350 crores he has evaded!!
Rumored that he is a 'stockist' for Pawar.....and in election Pawar will need 'supplies'!!
And Pawar will of course say this all is a pack of lies!!!
Now Pranab Da has clarified that Ministers can travel by First Class!!
First class travel for Public ke Das (servants)!!!
This should show Public that our Mantris waste our money and also inconvenience us,
But when it comes to them being inconvenienced they create a huge fuss!!

Austerity and atrocity

The Government on the one hand preaches austerity but expects its citizens to be philanthropists. I am against the 1% interest subsidy being extended to the House Building Loan seekers. The subsidy to be given is from my income tax also. Why should I share the burden of an unknown person to own a house. Reduce the interest rate instead. Those who can afford to pay 20 lakhs can bear the burden of few more thousands. Build and give free houses to the downtrodden who have no regular income. We have seen that the waiver of agricultural loans benefited mostly the rich farmers. The ordinary folks who borrow from money lenders to cultivate in their small units are still suffering. The policies should be framed to reach the really needy and not near and dear ones.

Why extension be given to anyone ?
Why extension be given to anyone when there are immediate juniors to replace him? Why block anybody's way? What I have seen is that people get extensions and their immediate juniors get retired because the post is occupied by some proven cunning person. Are they not capable enough to man that post? Why shouldn't they be given chance. The fact is the person getting extension is more wile than calibered. There should be total ban on extensions. I remember a person was called one month after his retirement and he got extension for next five years making his juniors to retire in agony. That person is still working on that post.
A Visitor
Pranab Mukerjee has told two ministers to vacate their five star accommodations, at the instance of Ms. Sonia Gandhi. This only shows a fake concern for saving tax payers' money and hypocrisy. While asking ministers to save petty amounts for public consumption, Sonia Gandhi is encouraging the ministers in the Government to release advertisements in the newspapers worth hundreds of crores on some frivolous grounds, with the sole objective of showing her picture in the advertisements and to promote and glorify herself whereas she is not part of Government at all. All this is done with tax payers' money.

No need of giving extra benefit
No need of giving any extra benefit as financial benefit from the 2003 select. UDC / Assistant do not do any concrete work. I suggest that even the grade pay of the UDC should be cut down to 2000.

DEBATE ON RETIREMENT AGE

Extension of service on year to year basis should be allowed to efficient officers till the age of 65 yrs. Increasing the retirement age to 62 yrs for all employees regardless of their performance should not be encouraged. Decision in this regard could be taken after thorough scrutiny of service records and obtaining recommendations of their superiors.
H G Upreti hgupreti @yahoo.com
In the organization where the expertise is steadily dwindling and where the attrition rate is high, the age may be raised to 65 years. In other areas, where generic skills are considered adequate the age may be lowered to 55 years.
Arun Kumar arunksaksena@gmail.com
The time you reache the age of 62, it is expected that you will expect the retirement age to be raised to 64 and may be so on.. Who will think for the young generation getting ready to take over after acquiring professional degrees, completion of courses etc.
PKPGE bk@yahoo.co
Retirement age should be 62yrs
