Aaj Ki Aawaz
Now it's revealed that Krishna was trying to get reimbursement of his Hotel Bills!!!
MEA moved file after file for this and MEA does what the Minister wills!!!
MEA has been trying its best to get its Minister reimbursement!!!
But all the 'files' with an emphatic 'no' back to the MEA have been sent!!
And insiders say Tharoor was in the know but he did not put forward his case!!!
He knew the same outcome he too would face!!!
After all if Krishna got reimbursement then he too would get the same!!!
So he preferred not to involve his name!!!
Tharoor has taken the advice of 'the Holy Cow' and indicated he'll be careful when he twits!!!
And keep in mind 'the chair on which he sits'!!!
But I feel very soon this guy will start using his 'videshi wit'!!!
And you will get to read twits from The Twit!!!
Rahul's got Maya in a knot!!!
'Under her collar' she's burning hot!!
Rahul stayed in a Dalit home once more!!!
This has got Maya very sore!!
And Rahul had a bath in the open so now she cannot say,
That he's gone home and bathed in Dettol because in a Dalit home he did stay!!
What Maya really is angry about is that she'll have to compete with Rahul Baba?
And on having to stay in a Dalit home her heart says hai tobba!!!
Maya's lost touch with her past...what are dream luxuries for Dalits are necessities for Maya!!
Maya now comes in the Super rich bracket..... Maya ki maya!!
Imagine her expensive suits will get soiled and what about her khaana!!!!
She must be racking her brains to find for not aping Rahul a bahaana!!!
I've racked my brain and cannot think of an excuse!!!
So in the end I think she'll do what she does when she's in a corner…abuse!!
I have a question for Rahul Baba……he needs to let us know,
Why Congress's Mascot Kalawati gave up her 'post' and why into some other Party did she go?
Okay even if she does not file her nomination but she's made it known!!!
That her relationship with Congress has blown!!
So is Rahul Baba looking for a replacement to Kalawathi!!!
He should be careful because he could land up with a 'disguised Mayawathi'!!!
In the morning she'll agree to be Congress's mascot and in the evening she'll meet the Press,
In her undercover attire she'll announce Congress is a 'wolf in a friend's dress'!
Rice shortfall...... Sarkaar has just reduced the Basmati export floor price!!!!
And made way for export of non Basmati rice in the garb of Basmati rice!!
It's easy to understand the game that Sarkaar is playing!!!!
And this step deserves flaying!!!
Just chart out since the time Pawar became the Agri and Food Minister the price spurt!!
And the one who says she feels Aam Aadmi's pain refuses to feel Aam Aadmi's hurt!!!!
In Maharshtra if Congress NCP trip at the finishing line,
It'll be because of the price spurt that Congress NCP alliance will be paying the fine!!
Congress will try its best to pass on the price rise blame to Pawar!!!
But it'll not succeed in this waar (attempt)!!!
My prediction is Maharashtra is going to be a very close call…..MNS and Third Front,
BJP - Sena votes MNS will stunt and Congress-NCP votes ko Third Front will stint!!
MNS is going cause more damage than Third Front....so BJP-Sena will loose out more!
No wonders Raj Thackrey ko Balasahib is already calling 'chor'!!!
Ambani bros are back to their gas woes again!!
Seems Anil will soon be crying of a first….. no gas pain!!!
Usually gas gives pain but in Anil's case because of lack of gas Anil is aching!!!
And pleasure in this aching Mukesh will be taking!!
Confucius says….. when brothers turn into foes!!!
Then to new depths this animosity goes!!!
Adds…… blood turned into paani and the ones who played with one another now trip one another!!
As one brother tries his best to cause bother to the other brother!!!

This disparity is not new

This disparity is not new in the services. Through Engineering Services Examination Directly recruited Gp A officers of 1986 examination to MES are still in JAG grade (that too NFSG of STS). There is just no parity. Any body can put a spoke in the cadre review proposals also.

I don't agree
Criticising the constitutional provisions means he does not have faith in our Constitution. Such type of disgruntled lot must be fired immediately before it harms the society. Senior CPO officers are not capable enough to command these forces. Such officers can only think of themselves as when they'll become DIG/IG or Additional DG, they have nothing to do with junior officers/ Subordinate officers or constablery. They even don't have guts to put up grievances of juniors to the Anomaly Committee set up by Government of India. I have so many friends in all CPO's. Main issues of urgent concern are 1. Stagnation in BSF. 2. No pension after 01.01.2004 3. 2nd-in-Command of CPO's needs to be put in Pay Band-4 as all their counterparts of armed forces and civil are put in PB-4 leaving 2IC's of CPO in PB-3. 4. GD officers cadre need to be made Organised Cadre , it's a mockery of system that Doctors of CPO are organised cadre, whereas who runs the force, laydown their lives for country in the line of duty i.e. GD officers are not organised.
Only wayout of all these problems is IPS entry at start level in these forces. Let there be only two belt force i.e. Armed Force and Police. At least at that time i.e in future no CPO officer will live in East India Company Raj and would be treated as Indians by Britisher's Commanders.

Shashi Tharoor controversy ?
The Shashi Tharoor controversy has more to do with his mention of holy cows than cattle class. Who is the Holy Cow in question? Why cant the Holy Cow have a good laugh ,read mooo, instead of jumping over the moon?

Names of eligible officers not being forwarded
Names of eligible officers are not being forwarded for empanelment for Joint Secretary under the central staffing scheme. As a result there is a surplus of SAG officers requiring a posting in Delhi. Giving officers the choice to be empanelled for the post of JS under the Central Staffing Scheme would lead to better Cadre Management as more officers can be adjusted in Delhi. Currently a posting in Delhi at the SAG level in Railways has become very difficult.

DEBATE ON RETIREMENT AGE
Looking into the capacity to work more and enhanced average life of a person it desirable to raise the retirement age to 62 years like that of Judges, Scientists and teachers and particularly to over come the financial burden to the Government.
O N Mishra onmisra_2007@rediffmail.com
Yes.
D P Sharma dpsharma.55@gmail.com
Retirement age should remain at 60.
K S Sood soodks@rediffmail.com
Retirement age should be 65 for civil servants. Government doctors are fit enough to do surgery at 65; judges write 500 page judgements at 65; professors teach mathematics at 65; scientests do research at 65; ministers decide policy at 65++; So what is it about civil servants that they cannot work till 65. The file is with the Prime Minister who has to decide along with Sonia Gandhi & Pranab Mukerjee. Civil servants are waiting.
Singh dpsingh@nic.in
No, Age should not be raised to 62 as it would increase burden of unemployment.
S Prakash sprakash4@yahoo.com
Yes, it should be 62 years and it may be optional if the person is willing to continue after 60.
H S Arora hsa_1787@yahoo.co.in
I fully support 62/65 years seeing the improved health condition of employees. The experience of those retiring can be better utilised which otherwise the private sector is benefiting. The government is spending huge amounts of taxpayer's money on training and developing manpower which must be utilised for government work.
Debasis Saha dsaha1958@gmail.com
Yes, retirement age should be 62!
A K Tiwari aktwri@gmail.com
Retirement age should be increased to atleast 62 years as there are people in public service continuing working even after 70 years.
T C Sharma tc_sharma@yahoo.com
Yet again this discussion has come up for good. The retirement age should be enhanced upto 65 yrs as an officer is at his peak from his 55th year and above and when he is about to be free of his family and other obligations. One more factor comes into account is the rise in standard of living and average age of an individual which has considerably increased due to increase in availability of better medication and hospital infrastructure.
Rajesh Sharma rajhydro@gmail.com
In my opinion, even corporate sector feels the age of government employees be considered for enhancement keeping in view the shortage of expertise in various levels in Government.
