It is a very good site to pour out one's grievances. I would like to request that the leave encashment policy should be extended when any one goes on leave or on tour also. This will facilitate many needy government servants. And the money can be put to real good use. Will the government please explore the possibilities to accommodate this request?

All about Pakistan Bureaucracy
In  a landmark judgement delivered by the pakistan supreme court on wednesday  the promotion prders of over 50 senior officers including the PM's Principal Secretary Nargis Sethi issued by PM YR Gilani in September 2009 have been set aside. PM Gilani had issued orders promoting 56 officers from Basic Scale 21 to BS 22 in disregard of other 267 officers who were eligible but not even considered for the promotion. Accepting the petition filed by some of the officers thus ignored, the SC has relegated the promoted officers back to BS 21 and directed that all eligible officers be considered without any bias or discrimination. The court's order apart from shaking up the existing top brass of Pakistan's bureaucracy shall obviously have long term impact too.

Soren says ‘mujhe hai bhoolne ki bimaari’!!!!

‘And then by my vote BJP cut motion nahi haari’!!

After doing the needful to save his skin!!

Now BJP’s confidence again Soren and his son are trying to win!!

Jharkhand is a scam ridden State!!!

And rather than proverbial 8% it has a zero rate!!!!

Which means that rather than 92% being siphoned off in Jharkhand it is 100%!!

Like you all saw in Khoda’s case how and where the money went!!

It was literally ‘khoda pahaad aur nikla scams ka pahaad’!!!!

The man was making money like there would be no tomorrow or ‘dhadaa dhaad’!!

For 2G Raja says he followed the adage ‘ first come first served’!!!

He now boasts ‘early bird gets the worm and from this we never swerved’!

Though by what is being alleged the actual line was at his door!!!

And the selection was made on basis ‘who brought more’!!

Of course Karuna will put all the pressure he can to stop Raja’s sack!!!

And even threaten ‘ Let Raja stay on or I’ll get Balu back’!!

To expect Mohna to sack Raja is like expecting sun to rise from the west!

And Mohna does not feel that because of Raja his honesty is on test!!

Though many will agree….. how can a honest man overlook dishonesty????

Mohna will say because of my majboori please do not doubt my honesty!!

Rs. 30,000 crore…. this is being estimated as the Country’s loss!!!

And Raja could not have eaten all this and its being said major chunk went to ‘his Boss’!!!

Maybe Karuna will change his wheelchair and get a state of the art one!!!

After all if one cannot enjoy one’s wealth what’s the fun????

So he'll get a Ferrari Wheelchair.... one of those advanced chair's!
That can even run up flight of stairs!!!

And wheelchair will be controlled by voice command.....only Karuna's voice!
Armed with a chemical potty with a water and tissue paper choice!

So he can pee pee and poo poo on the go!!!!
And automated perfume spray so when he's doing it no one will come to know!

In Bhutan Mohna met Gilani and practiced his salaam!!!!
Don't know to what they raised the jaam (cheers)!!!

Pakistan is not willing to mend its ways!!!
Till Pakis do not do so India is not willing to talk ... at least this is what India says!!!

Is India talking to Pakistan despite its vow not to do so till Pakistan mends its ways???
Is it doing what Uncle Sam says????

Confucius says...... when one sits with a sworn enemy to talk!!!!
One should never be like a sparrow but be like a hawk!

Adds... with the enemy one does not indulge in shayri even if enemy is a Mirza Ghalib fan!!
When Mohna meets Pak leaders he must impose on himself 'shayri peh ban'!!

Flash..... Soren has offered BJP ' Chief Minister will be of your choice'!!
' I'm sick and so I voted wrongly' Soren says in a mock feeble voice!!

No one wants an election and so maybe BJP will relent!!!
And say Soren ne kiya hai repent!!

Corruption growing in geometric progression
In reality corruption is growing in geometric progression. It has attained a well structured organised crime pattern with powerful patrons. Postings are like market product for babus. Postings are sold by power points as a mechanism of unconstitutional power derived out of constitutional powers and provisions. we need to create mobilise a proactive rather reactive independent agency with no influence of politicians, bureaucrats. mass proactive hunting of elite corrupts should be the agenda. secret service be engaged to conduct a survey of assets acquired by elites directly or otherwise and their legitimate source. Two in one system ie dacoit as well as ruler or thief as well as public servant should not prevail in the country.

It’s a pity

It is pity that Ravi, JS is only caught while most of them are involved in such things. He was not smart but naive to be caught. Corruption has spread the web over bureaucracy. Those who are not caught manage to get the top post though their extravagant life style is known to everyone. It seems that it will take at least 2 generations to bring actual transparency and accountability in public life

Worst of eccentricity

Suhel Seth's article on IPL in the TOI of 29th April brings out the worst of idiosyncrasies of the man in cold print. Whether an average Indian should find his estasy in 3 hour of glam-sham-thank you mam kind of cricket managed by obvious launderers or should he be better off in getting assured measures of bijli and paani is some thing Suhel Seths of the world would not like to answer. Voyeurs as they are. And to boot, Suhel Seth dubs Sashank Manohar a plumber, when Seth looks no better than a rhino.

Revert back to old entry age

To bring back glory to the central services like IFS,YAS etc Government should revert back to 22 years-25 years entry age. There should be a psychological analysis of the candidates like in the defence forces. In Army officers are commissioned at the age of 20 and they are given chance to lead the soldiers as seen in the Kargil war. The candidates should be caught on the formative age itself and not after mentality is fixed as a revenue inspector or a forest ranger or contractor.
