MERA DESH MAHAN

My countrymen let us examine some facts.

1. Money lost in illicit financial outflow since independence $ 462 Billion - Action taken by governments: A half hearted effort to ask Swiss banks details of the money.

2. 2 G spectrum scam $ 40 Billion : Action taken: CBI raiding the home of few accused after only 2 years of scandal, SC only asking questions and no judgements and PM saying JPC not required ( read the diary has my name ) . And yes a SC retd judge given the post retirement job to investigate.

3. Commonwealth Scam $ 1.7 Billion : Action taken : CBI inquiry and the Boss is ruling party politician so only his cronies are raided. No attempts to recover the money by the government.

4. Jharkhand money laundering by Chief Minister: $886 Million : Action taken : CBI still investigating. A tribal Chief Minister sent to jail for sometime. Why bother more its tax payers money not personal funds of ruling elite ?

5.Housing loan Scam $ 221 Million : Action taken : CBI inquiry is on ..... its small scam .... will not effect the banks ... cover up dude !

6. Adarsh Housing Scam : Less than $ 10 Million : Appoint some retired judges who can probe it. Don't make too much fuss close aids of Congress high command has benami flats in the building.

Impact we are only 87 out of 178 nations in most corrupt nations and if we slip few places no big deal ! We are born to rule and swindle this sonay ki chidiya.

Jai Hind ....

Thank You Suresh for your honesty and dedication to journalism and the nation. You make us proud.

Aaj Ki Aawaz

Rahul comparing LET with Hindu Terror to a US Diplomat was an error!!!

And that too when officially India was informing US about Pakistan sponsored terror!!

So that is why US was taking our cries against Paki sponsored terror so off handedly!!!

Because the US took his politically motivated answer as Rahul speaking candidly!

Well this Wiki revelation will cause Congress to gain with majority minority!!!

But it will cause a lot of ill will with the majority!!!

Rahul was wrong in airing his personal opinion to a Diplomat!!

What did he tell Obama when next to Obama he sat????

What yarns did he spin to Obama at the Official do (banquet)!

Maybe he told Obama that Hindu terror is responsible for 26/11 too!!!

That is why I had said Rahul should be kept away from Banquets of the Diplomatic kind!

Because he is no one in the Government and he just has politics on his mind!!

Mohna told US that for India Maoists and Paki sponsored terror are cause for worry!!!!!!

India's genuine worries Rahul's incorrect statement did bury!!!

Yes US was right in its analysis that Rahul was becoming sure footed!!!!

Now US Embassy must have sent a cable to 'next election Congress will be booted'!

Kanimozi says ' despite raids DMK Congress bond will not break'!!!

Basically it's for power and self preservation's sake!!!

DMK simply cannot afford to break ties because in the run up to TN election it wants to be in power (in Delhi)!

And it knows the price it will pay because of 2G if relations with Congress do sour!!!

CBI's monumental lethargy in CWG and 2 G is now on record!!!!

In the history of any Nation's Premiere investigative Agencies this is a record!!

Its being said in the coming months Markets in emerging economies will fall by 30%!!!!

And in India's case the scams will also dent!!!!

Imagine if Radiia tapes are to be believed in road projects as ghoos 15% is lost!!!!

To get the order this is the cost!!!!

Of course this amount is incorporated in the Project Cost!!!!!

In other Ministries too though in varying percentages to ghoos money is lost!

Confucius says...... why do you think they say many marvel at how does India run????

God runs India is the oft repeated pun!!!

RTI

"DATE WITH RTI" COMPLETES TWO YEARS

Joint penalty on PIO & Deemed PIO

Information regarding the rent fixation and related issues were refused to the appellant. Mr. S. K. Nigam, PIO, stated that the assistance of Mr. A. K. Pasi, was sought under Section 5(4) of the RTI Act for providing the information. Mr. Pasi, the deemed PIO, provided the information "As the matter is subjudice in the court of law the information cannot be supplied at this point of time." The CIC noted that this was a denial of information without giving any reasons as per Section 8(1) of the RTI Act. While accepting that the denial of information was made by the deemed PIO, the CIC held that when a completely frivolous denial of information is made, the PIO must also share the blame. For a delay in providing the information of over 100 days, the CIC imposed the maximum penalty of Rs. 25,000/- jointly on the PIO & Deemed PIO.

Comments

The CIC has held that the RTI law holds the PIOs responsible for all decision on matters of law and officers whose assistance is sought under Section 5(4) basically share the administrative responsibility of providing the information. Most PIO's tend to act like
Post-offices, collecting information from the deemed PIO and transmitting them to the appellant. This order would be a wake-up call.

WHO ARE MORE CORRUPT-POLITCIANS,BUREAUCRATS OR JOURNALISTS ?

Politicians, Bureaucrats and Journalists are all equally corrupt. They have crossed all the limits and can sell our country for their benefit. They all should be hanged in presence of citizens of India.

Bala

This is in reaction to Yasah Pal Verma's response to who is more corrupt. He should not say that the entire nation is corrupt. You must have heard the name of Nripen Chakraborty the Ex-CM of Tripura. He entered into the CM bungalow with a tin trunk and after remaining in office for 10 years came out of the bunglow with the same tin trunk. How many CM's are like him ? There are a few hard core honest people existing in our society. Our people will say they are mad. I have come across an IAS officer Taradutt, now in cabinet secretariat, very honest officer. If all will be like them there would be no problem in the society as there is enough for everybody's need but not for their greed.

Politicians stealing from housewives budget

I fully agree with Gujral. The corrupt politicians are stealing from the common man and filling their coffers. And it amazes me that why politicians don't talk about getting this money back to the government treasury. They want Ministers to resign so that they can occupy those positions. Why has Rahul Gandhi not spoken up against the corrupt? Why can't he name them and ask publicly the government to punish them. His great grand father had done that as Prime Minister during an election visit to Madhya Pradesh. He and Mrs Gandhi, whom we all voted to power, are giving an impression and creating a perception that this was done at their behest. We need to square meals a day please don't steal it.

Ethics and honesty

Khanna congrats! A great opportunity to learn ethical life from your minister Kapil Sibal but he alone cant change the things. Our value system is so poor, that until many such ministers are brought in to make a change which Mrs Sonia Gandhi and our PM both want. They have to bring a new good team without bothering of any body. I find Devi Dayal, a member of Congress party and retired IAS, as one such person who will join hands with him. I am running a small college but I want to invite your minister to show as to how ethics are to be taught to students.

After 5 years I shall provide a good group of groomed students to share with Sibal, Manmohan Singh and Mrs Gandhi. She should not budge under any pressure and under any greed like making Rahul PM. This will spoil her image.

I am writing through this corridor because I don't find any other channel fitting as far as ethics and honesty is concerned.
