Aaj Ki Aawaz

Trickery is in NCP's bloodline!!

And every NCP Leader takes a check of his daily intake before at night he does dine!

Praful was the one who created a lobby and said fares were unrealistic!!

Now with his tacit help airlines have made their fares 'realistic'!!

Now Praful is shamming and saying ' no … no…. this cannot be done'!!

Fact is Private Airlines and Praful are one!!

SC now says to Mohna Raja was rude!!!

Raja basically did not take Mohna to be The Dude!!

The Dude or Headman…… for Raja Karuna was the one!!!

Rumoured that he gave Karuna lions's share ….. ratio was 9 is to 1!!

Nine shares for Karuna and one for Raja!!!

Karuna got the share of the Raja!!

What's the CVC waiting for?????
SC has already in a tacit way shown him the door!!

Congress is just being pig headed on issues that are dragging its name in the mud!

Already by a couple of feet less ho gaya hai Mohna aur uss ke Boss ka kadh (height)!!

Why such an aversion to JPC and CVC ki exit mein delay or derri?????

As if JPC's have not been appointed in the past and why allow CVC who has stamp of hera pheri!!

Vir Singhvi's association with HT has been modified!!!

But 'logical conclusion' in Barkha's case NDTV has defied!!

Buck stopped at Barkha's table and it's causing on her table a stink!!

She's shown in the Raddia Tapes her Congress link!!

But then NDTV or the Baba Logh Channel ka haath hai Congress ke saath!!

Its bias shows in NDTV ki every baath!!!!

BJP has to realise fielding Advani to make statement is not good for BJP's image!!

He ends up doing BJP damage!!

I'm sure his recent appearance on TV for BJP has made BJP's ratings fall!!

'One step forward and five steps backward' iss ko karte hai call!!

Manish Tiwari called Opposition 'Maoist supporters'!!

And BJP called Congress ' Q's porters'!!

Tiwari's Boss Diwedi gave him a piece of his mind!!

For a few days Reporters Tiwari ko nahi karr sakenge find!!

Singhvi is already in the doghouse and now Tiwari is in one too!!!

Dono ka Spokesman waala kaam aur apna Spokesman waala kaam Janaki will do!!

Confucius says….. if there was an award for lying it will go to Spokesmen of Indian Political Parties!!
'Lying with a very straight face' smarties!!

Adds.... Smarites because they have to have the gift of the gab!!
And sheer lies with a very straight face they have to blab!!

Former CVC'S silence is baffling ?

Even assuming that P J Thomas, by his own admission, has a clean conscience, his name remains at the centre of a grave controversy. This is a disqualification for his continuance as the CVC. The GOI which, due to compulsions of coalition politics, is not prepared to sack him or ask for his resignation, has to explain as to how a chargesheeted officer like Thomas was given vigilance clearance initially by Pratyush Sinha the ex-CVC before former's appointment as Secretary (Telecom). The GOI is in a bind. In these circumstances, will the former CVC demystify the position in the interest of Good governance and Transparency? His studied silence on this sensitive matter is a riddle inside an enigma wrapped in mystery.

CVC Appointment - Consequence of outsourcing governance to the IAS

The appointment of the CVC by the high powered committee only goes to show that the politicians are now outsourcing key decisions to the IAS and are rubber-stamping the decision of the IAS cabal. There are countless number of injustices perpetrated by the IAS on other civil services and on the public. Their self aggrandizing behaviour is being unchecked by the politicians. IAS get houses on appointment in Delhi while other services have to wait for more than 20 years; Secretary positions are completely cornered by the IAS through biased and self serving rules; IAS officers have foreign trainings to the USA at different stages of their careers while they block similar training for other civil services, the list goes on. There is no sense of meritocracy at important levels of policy making. The only criteria seems to be that the appointee is from the IAS. Nothing else matters. It is not surprising that governance and the quality of public policy is degrading. When will the ministers take back control and introduce a genuine meritocracy ?

Cong has a history of tampering with constitutional institutions

Congress was never known for its respect of constitutional institutions and it has a bad history of tempering with most of these in a systemic manner. However in its present avatar as UPA II it is succumbing to its lowest ever with appointment of a tainted CVC, appointing a known loyalist as CEC, playing with the powers of CAG, mocking the Parliament, and questioning the wisdom of Supreme Court of India. Never ever in the history of independent India such a constitutional crisis has been witnessed and where it will take our democracy is a difficult question.

Rahul is the boss ?

It is a clear reflection that Rahul Gandhi had taken himself as the boss and is watching the ministers. This way what he will achieve ? He has simple task to serve people by stopping the contaminated vegetables/oils and eatries in the urban areas. The people in urban area bear with a lot of dirty food and contaminated vegetables/oils/milk and fruits. They are most exploited lot who pay for all these things and get all poison. What Rahul has done or proposes to do for this? Vote bank politics never gives any service to people or country. We are here to vote for those who atleast provide the better and best food without chemicals and contamination. My feeling in India is that we are not living as per the normal times. These times we daily face the Chikenguniya/viral fever/pain in legs and other such virals. Is it going to help the present UPA government in getting back to power in Delhi? What a great risk with the lives of people of Delhi suffering a lot of virals and no normal food. Socho vote bank.

Whom can we trust?

The events of last week left one numb with shock. While Wikileaks has been the undoing of what was the most powerful country and which acted like a monitor to the world, our own Radia tapes made us look foolish in believing that we are a country with largest democracy in the world where the Government is of the people, by the people and for the people. In fact it is a Government of the bribe-givers and bribe-takers run by lobbyists who have a hand in the appointment of ministers and bureaucrats. Here is a most powerful lobbyist and a woman at that who had the whole set of persons, who matter, in her pocket, who decides even the structuring of debates in the parliament and in what order the M.Ps from a particular party should speak. She even decides the nature of arguments and the way columns by prominent columnists are written. She is behind news which we thought were true but fabricated. What a sick society we have become. We do not know whether a given policy, news or decision is in the interest of the nation or to benefit a particular industrial house or houses. While such lobbyists and their clients make hundreds of crores, the poor Aam Aaadmi in whose names and by whom those who form the government, get elected lives 15 to 20 in a filthy, windowless room with no access to basic sanitation facilities in a dilapidated building which collapses like a pack of cards killing several of them like the one in Lalita Park. Are we not ashamed?

Aarti Khosla

Yah, because every one is an IGP with so many senior slots showered on the pampered service, each looking after one and a half Police Stations worth, with elaborate personal staff looking after them doing nothing much when the nation continues to get looted.

Stale news ?

Regarding Foreign postings of IRS IT officers, I wish to point out that the decision was taken two years ago when PK Misra was Chairman and Member Investigation CBDT. P Chidamabaram had cleared the file then. A few people have already been posted at places like Singapore. Your news report appears to be stale!

Swapan Mehra

Suitable Lt. Governor for Delhi

In a summarised way, I wish to say that the Lt. Governor's post must go to a bureaucrat who hails from Delhi and must be above 65 years of age besides having thorough experience in various fields like administration, finance, and could understand what could be the area of auditable essential well before the action plan is chalked out and finally implemented. A little unbiased, political connection of that bureaucrat will surely pay him success for himself and for the Central and State Government too.

Government must do some R&D work in picking up suitable bureaucrat having maximum age of 80 years of age with innovative knowledge and sound health and minimum 63 years not below this. The terms of Lt. Governor Delhi must not repeat

to any person beyond 5 years.

HS Bhalla

No action ever

Apropos Swarup's letter on Jagan Reddy, I can say with certainty that no one including IT ED or CBI will conduct any enquiry or action against him for his wealth. Half of the loot his father made had gone to the ruling 'High Command'.
