President concerned over delay in Judges' appointment

The President of India is said to have written yet another letter to the Chief Justice of India over the delay in appointment of Judges. This time, the president has reportedly also mentioned about Section 3 of the Constitution's Article 124 which says that the President was empowered to make a direct appointment of a distinguished judge in the Supreme Court of India.
