Aaj Ki Aawaz
You have to clear your Hubbys name Madam President!! After all he
is in Rashtrapathi Bhavan a resident!! His being indicted in a
land grab case cannot termed as private!! After all the one who
has been indicted is the Presidents mate! And to say 'land
was wrongly transferred to his name' is making Public guffaw!!! If that
had been the case Court would have mentioned this flaw!
Abs true is the adage that in Indian politics wherever you scratch youll
find dirt!! But this allegation on the Presi's hubby India ki image ko karta
hai hurt!! Madam and her hubbys hope is this too will pass
away!! After all public memory is too short they say!! Many
are upset with Justice Nirmal Yadav literally getting away!!! Whats
happened in this case many flay!! CJI has a lot of answering to
do!!! Because now at him many in the Legal Fraternity boo!! The
feeling is that CJI was instrumental in this Judge getting away!!!
They say Justice in this case by CJI has been shown bahar ka way!!!
However CJI says CBI did not ask for the Judge's prosecution......passing
the buck?? Anyway the concerned Judge from 'facing the music' has been able
to duck!! Another example of the upholders of law being above
the law!! Or you can say law getting hit by enforcers of the law
right in the jaw!! Pity in our Country both enforcers and
upholders of law are above the law!! In our Democracy this sure is a huge
flaw!! Theres a 50-50 chance that there will be a double
dip downturn!!! And now very soon it could be the chance of the second
phases turn!! In such a scenario oil will fall again!! Or
you can say oil prices will wane!! And when Mohna has predicted
a fall in inflation too!! So hiking oil prices would not in the interests
of the public be right thing to do!! After all in the end
its all about the Public'!! Public forms a major part
of Republic!! Mohna ji itni kya hai jaldi oil prices badhane ki????
Itni kya hai jaldi inflation ko more chadane (rise) ki???
For its Indore jamboree BJPs using the katroa to collect money!! Sure
looks and sounds funny!! Why dont they have a chaat get together
in Dilli???? Spending so much for nothing sure sounds and looks silly!!
Ghadkari does not impress one bit!! In the post of President he sure is
a misfit!! His oration is bad and his demeanor is equally bad!!
For BJP I really feel sad!! Basically CBI on Tytler did a CBI!!!
Cleared Before Investigation or CBI!! With Congress in power
the case was botched up and witnesses shoed away! When the lover is
the Kotwal then why be scared dont they say??? Tytler
egged on mobs to avenge I. Gandhis assassination!! And this is not the
first time that CBI is making a budhu of the Nation! How do people
decipher CBI???? Connot Be Impartial or CBI!! Sonia knows Tytlers
role!! And I hope shell keep him away with a barge pole!!
One of the biggest causes of people taking to terror is injustice!!!
Why should they pick up the gun if they get justice????? Pranab
Da is working on the Budget and I hope hes got my sandesh!! Morn, afternoon,
evening and night he should eat sandesh!! With the hope that hell
churn out a Budget that all will consider sweet!!! And hopefully
the Budget inflation and downturn blues will beat!! Confucius
says
.. this Budget should be the base for the ones to come!!! And
please do not caste your greedy eyes on peoples income!! Adds
.
Yes apni Party ke social capitalist agenda pe you should stay!! And on Governments
own wastage special attention please do pay!! Flash.... Now Sharukh
is twitting away to glory!!! Is he in his way trying to say sorry??
Like Sharukh twits ...Balasahib and Udhav misunderstood what I said!! Then
rather than twitting why did he not speak to them instead??? Basically
he politicized IPL by demanding Paki players inclusion!!!! And now he says Balasahib
and Udhav drew the wrong conclusion??? Sharukh needs to sit and
think!!! Because to every patriotic Indian of unpatriotism Sharukh does
stink!! After 26/11 if we still play with them bat and ball, It'll
be like to the terror organizations 'India will take more' we'll be giving
the call!

MINISTER AFTER DR. MANMOHAN SINGH? NO vacancy No vacancy of PM for next
4 years at least! Favourites and dis-favourites can change place in that much
time. M P Suresh mps1990@hotmail.com Who will be next PM? Since
nowadays politics is a good business for politicians and various parties, whoever
be the PM be it an human being or other than human being, it is not in the interest
of a common citizen of our country who are trying to save themselves from rising
inflation etc. S P Sharma SP@e.mail.com Justice Delayed
is Justice Denied Civilization begins to progress through many ups and
downs. Now we have reached to, the culmination of civilization. Justice
and the Judiciary are the inevitable results of that civilization. But the
present day society is a victim to the dilatoriness of the process of justice.
People unfortunately fall victim to injustice. About one-thied Indians
are very poor and illiterate as well. They come to the court to get justice by
paying their hard-earned money. Here we need a sense of confidence in the courts
to maintain the fabric of ordered liberty for a free people. We should keep in
mind that people come to believe that inefficiency and delay will drain even a
just judgment of its value. In addition to opening new Courts and increasing the
number of Judges at different tiers of Judiciary, there is a need to increase
the number of working days also. In 2010, the Supreme Court shall be working for
190 days out of 365 days. The holidays for the Judges would be 175. This needs
a review keeping in view of the pending cases more than 50,000 in the Supreme
Court only. The total pendency of cases at different courts in the country would
be about three crores. V. Kumar It is nice move Mrs

it, that 17 year old molestation cases are reopened due to media pressure whereas
