Ki Aawaz So Senas sticking to its stand IPL
mein Aussie ban, That means for another attack the terror groups will
plan!! Like during MNIK release for IPL all the security will be
diverted, And into a blasting opportunity this will be converted!!! What
will be MNSs stand??? Will it give SS a helping hand???? Down
Under Aussie cricket Board has taken note of the Pune blast!! And doubts
on players safety have already been cast!! Though Aussie Board has
said its a call the players themselves will have to take! So
collectively decision the Aussie players playing in the IPL will make!!! If
Sarkaar wants all this to end
.. hold emergency Mumbai MC elections
in a week!!! And let the crescendo before the IPL peak !! And
by the time IPL will start the froth would have settled!!!! On
Aussie participation in IPL SS will not get nettled!! That is because
SS does not take up issues from the heart or dill!!! Its either for
some electoral gain or so that pockets they are able to fill!!! Yes
its anti MNIK stand was the only one that deserves praise!!
But here too
as Sharukh has Congress leanings red banner on MNIK release it did raise! And
the Pune bomb blast has had its effect overseas!!! Advisories by US, UK
and Oz issues travel only if necessary please!! The aim
of the Pune blast was to make the IPL a domestic circuit! By making videshi
players withdraw IPL ko karro short circuit!! My take is let the Aussies
play but during their stay we should tell them we are hurt!!
From hotel
Staff to stadium staff with them should be abs curt! Do not applaud
any of their achievements during the game!!!
Let our silence shout 'shame
shame'!! Sajjans bail plea has been rejected and hell
do what he did in the past!! Surround himself by thousands of his supporters
so that Cops cannot get past! Hes going to put up a human shield
to protect himself from getting arrested!! This mode in the past hes
already tested!! You too must be wondering that on price rise why
are Sonia and Rahul mum??? Does Congress feel its a non issue or simply
to take on Pawar it has no dumm? No doubt spending power in rural
India has gone up!!! But this take that this inflation is benefiting
farmers is one big gup!! The additional income the farmers
have made!!! To keep in step with rising prices the meager additional income
is being paid!! Yes in the past from buying certain food items they
would have had to abstain!! But this time their additional income is coming
handy and thats the gain! They see their additional income
is being used up to eat!!!! On inflation farmers bhi apna chest karr rahe
hai beat!! Did Congress feel that whatever is used in their kitchens
farmers grow??? Just hearing the prices of oil and dals brings sweat to
every farmer's brow!!! And then we know the farmer benefit has been
miniscule!!! Its the hoarders, middlemen and retailers profits joh
karr rahe hai prices ko fuel! Ghadkari is going to reveal his vision
in Indore!!! Will he jolt BJP into action or will it be came, ate
and walked out of the door? Gadkaris problem is his face
and girth makes him look like a happy go luck guy! His dead seriousness
no one does buy!! He gives the Laughing Buddha look!!! First
to correct his own image high time some steps he took!!! Like he
should get hold of Narsimha Raos photo and ape the pout!!! The look
that tells everyone you I doubt!!! Learn from Pranab
Da how to throw interviewers off the track!!! Pranab Das past interviews
Gadkari need to track!! And he should try to ape Vajpayees
oration and mindset!!!! He should go to Vajpayee and become a student and
maybe some tips hell get! And what he should keep away from
is Advanis ways!!! Hell be better off if from Advani and his
style away he stays!!! Really feel so sad for the Ma and Pa who lost
son and daughter in the Pune blast!!! Their anguished cry must be 'gone
so fast'!! Really feel like going there and offering them my shoulder
for them to cry!! I'm sure hearing the news no eye must have been dry!! Confucius
says.....they should take solace that Sharukh has twitted and sent his condolences
(sic)!!! On his return he should have rushed there to meet them had he been
'in his senses'!! Adds.... Because had the Cops not been diverted
for My Name is Khan!!! This grief this Ma and Pa would not have to bear
or karna padtha sahaan!! Bharat Kumar aaj_ki_aawaz@yahoo.com

We do not owe any responsibility, whatsoever, of the views of our surfers as they

MINISTER AFTER DR. MANMOHAN SINGH? I think Pranab Mukherjee may be first choice
of Madam Sonia. Vinod Kumar vinod_khokar_29@yahoo.com Why does
Gujarat not produce more IAS officers? Why does the Gujarati not leave
his language, state, customs behind and work as an IAS officer in Bihar/ UP (though
the Gujarati does leave his shores for the USA)? Why do people from Bihar/ UP
leave their state/ customs/ language behind and go to serve in Gujarat? Because
Gujarat does not believe in education. Why? Because, education, though seen as
a panacea in Bihar and UP, actually is no panacea at all. It takes years, a lot
of inputs (expenses, hard work) and in all the time it takes to get a doctorate,
one can build up an industry (Dhirubhai Ambani did not have a doctorate). Gujarat
believes in enterprise, initiative and entrepreneurship and hence does not believe
in working for others, Bihar and UP (as also the Marathi Manoos) believe in a
stable income (though low),less work and low risk and hence root for service.
Those who believe in service will spend years in obtaining an education, taking
examinations year after year and ultimately join the service class. Those who
believe in enterprise will work hard and create wealth. Gujarati are practical.
They would rather not waste years and join the IAS at 30. They would rather put
up a factory with the seed money that would have gone into education and taking
the Civil service Exam year after year and become a millionaire at 30.Why is Gujarat
far more developed that Bihar or UP? Because of the misplaced stress on education
in UP and Bihar. The other reason is the absence of law and order in UP and Bihar.
Since there is a lack of law and order, business and commerce can not flourish
in these states. No one can think of starting businesses in Bihar and UP but for
musclemen/ politicians (others would be kidnapped for ransom and murdered in the
absence of payment thereof). The only opportunity out of a benighted existence
is to keep studying, work hard and leave these states to join the Gujarat cadre
of the IAS! Arjun Mallik Present method of selection for
IAS is incorrect IAS is the backbone of our countrys administration.
The present method of selection purely based on written exams and an interview
do not really assess the persons suitability for the job. One can see more
than 50% of these officers becoming misfits wasting away their time in innocuous
posts in state secretariats unwanted by every body. While some officers considered
efficient and good, dumped with many departments, others enjoy their life, some
not even coming to the office in the afternoons. Just like in the defence officers
selection there should be a psychological analysis of the candidates to find out
their potential and suitability to hold such posts. More over the importance given
to reservation has damaged the prestige of the cadre. Some of the castes though
socially and financially better off than the so called upper castes have used
their political clout and managed get into reserved classes and are garnering
all the vacancies at the cost of real backwards. Half a century of reservations
have not benefited the real backwards and they also suffer due to the inefficiency
of officers selected as per the present practice. Free training should be imparted
to candidates from socially weak sections of the society to prepare them for the
examinations, but no reservation should be made in the examination itself. Candidate's
mental out look, attitude etc should be given sufficient importance by a psycho
analysis. N K Nair
