Leading from the front CJI should have brought his Office under RTIs
ambit or range!!!!
In fact CJI resisting this sure does look and sound strange!!!!
After all Public should know about why and how Judges have been appointed!!!!
And when and why the CJI with their performance or work is disappointed!!!
Why should the Public not be allowed to find out the reasons for a SC
Judgement????
We are all humans and prone to unintentional or intentional
misjudgement!!
After all the CJI of India and SC are not National secrets that from
RTI need to be exempted!!!
And Devtas or Angels are not appointed as SC Judges who cannot
be tempted!!!
Without a doubt the Delhi HC Judgement bringing SC under RTI will make
SCs credibility rise,
In fact it can be termed as a decision thats indeed very wise!!!
However seems our Holy Cows do not want to be put under the RTI scanner!!!
And so in the HCs verdict have thrown an appeal in SC
ka spanner!!
Now the Ruchika case is with CBI and this sure has got many worried!!!
Because when it comes to the powerful CBIs track record shows
its got Justice buried!!
It was CBI that dumped the suicide abetment charge in the first place!!!!
To Rathods aid it sure did race!!!
Haryana Cops under Hoodas orders have tried their best to damage
the case!!!!
Dont know how in the morning Hooda sees in the mirror his face!!!
Jethmalani has already been Channel hopping and trying to show Media
is interfering in judicial process!!
Fact is Media just brought out facts that were not being considered
nothing more or less!!
Rathod should thank Manu Sharma as its because of him hes
not gone to jail!!!
And the aim is to use Rathods case to get Manu bail!!!
After all if somehow Defence is able to prove via Veena etc., that Media
got its story wrong!!!
Then Jethamalani will get working saying 'I said Manus trial was
a trial by Media all along!!!
Amar Singh they say got NCP to float well take Amar
balloon or gubaara!!!
Because for Pawar to allow this would mean Pawar ne apne laath pe kulhaada
maara!
So NCP just aided Amar so that he could bargain with Mulayam!!!
And now Amar has started saying in SP I'm still kaayam!!
NCP is not a house thats united!!!!!
Thats because post Pawar ambition of many a NCP leader has been
lighted!!!
Sule is no mass Leader and Ajit Pawar has his sights for the top job!!!!
And Praful toh already karta hai about post Pawar scenario sob!!!
Speaking of Pawar
.. hes washed his hands off the price rise
and says I cannot say when prices will fall!!!
Why now he did not take when there were signs of impending price rise
any call???
He was too busy with cricket, hay making and leafing thru catalogues
of cars!!!!
Or dreaming of increasing on the golf course his birdies and pars!!!
Nowadays Mohna too does not use his past reason for price rise!!!!
Because his statement that price rise was to benefit farmers
proved to be a pack of lies!!!
BJP is worried that the middleman and shopkeeper community
who were BJP fans have switched sides!!!
Theyve gone over to UPA and now behind UPA many a hoarder hides!!!
Laloo says that qualification to get an RJD ticket is one must have
gone to jail!!!
Jail is the criteria and one will not qualify one has got bail!!!
A applicant cannot say Ive got bail and there is the prospect
that Ill go to jail!!!!
No jail then you fail!!!
Of course Laloos not bothered about the reasons for a candidate
going to jail!!!!
Murderer, looter, rapist, corrupt etc., however lesser offenses will
fail!
After all what use for Laloo will be a person whose gone to jail for
travelling w/o ticket,
Or someone who went to jail because he did picket!!!
Or does Laloo feel politics is only for jailbirds!!!
And as per him others are unfit for politics or nerds!!!
Confucius says
. In fact in Laloos eyes the more heinous
the crime the higher the individuals esteem!
Laloo wants to win Bihar by 'hook and crook it does seem!!!
Adds
.. he feels threatening and booth capturing are the only ways
he can win!!!!
And thats why hes selecting candidates who can deliver a
sock on Democracys very chin!!!
Flash..... Amar and Ram Gopal's war is now moved to the next step!!!
Both are tacitly warning each other ' I know a lot about you so watch
your step'!!
When Amar says I know a lot but will take the secrets to the grave!!!
Rest assured a clear warning he gave!!!

WHETHER MEDIA TRIAL OF FORMER DGP SPS RATHORE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN
OTHER NATIONAL ISSUES ?
Yes Media is doing good job
Yes. The media is doing an excellent job. People in high positions should
not be allowed to circumvent the law and make life hell for normal law
abiding citizens. He should be given an exemplary punishment.

Media trial is building up public opinion
The so called media trial is in fact building up public opinion against
outrageous and brazen use of state authority to subvert justice. The
media would not have taken up the case had all concerned acted fairly
and promptly. Hence the state functionaries should ensure that justice
should be seen to have been delivered.

Lets first take that issue to its end (Justice to Victims) then others
will follow...

No trial:only duty
The media is not trying Rathore. Media being the fourth Estate is duty
bound to bring the truth to public knowledge. If it fails to do so,
it fails to justify it's very existence. Is the allegation an attempt
to silence the media? The black deeds of the Emergency also fetched
the media brickbats like "malacious/tendentious/biased" etc
reporting. The Emergency would never have ended were the media "embedded"
as was the "committed" bureaucracy. Rathore will always remember
Ruchika whenever he touches his own daughter, since both were classmates.
He exceeded his call of duty by torturing Ashu the same way a young
man was tortured in Kerala during the Emergency. Instead of bothering
for the media, he should come out with the truth and end this unseemly
debate. It need not be repeated that all candidates for the IAS etc(now
Civil Services) are inspired by idealism and a sense of duty. It is
the rough & tumble of Indian democracy in practice that turns them
into just the opposite. Unfortunate, but Indian democracy has evolved
only to this level! All serving government servants must remember that
making compromises in public services can turn them into objects of
public approbation. The media is only our watchdog. It is better to
keep them watching you in the manner of "nindak niyare rakhiye,
aangan kutee chhabaaye..". If Rathore owns up the truth even at
this late stage, he can prove the mettle of public servants. For this
he will need to be stronger within himself & not seek advice of
his advocates only!

Media highlighting things is okay as far as journalism is concerned. What
is troubling is," How and when did the President and the CJI give
oath and appoint media as Judges." Justice is the purview of the
judiciary and cannot be obtained through yelling.

Ms Sudha Pillai is excellent
I being an officer working under Ms Sudha Pillai for long time, can
assure that her calibre of working and nature to get the work done from
the subordinates is so attractive and full of enthusiasm that she must
be made Cabinet Secretary despite any criticism from the bureaucracy
on the ground that her husband is a Home Secretary. She deserves the
post and if considered, she should be made Cabinet Secretary by superseding
others even.
I wish her alround success in her life and say best luck to her.

Killing of Indians in Aussie, worrisome
When Graham Staines, the Auissie missionary and his children died unfortunately
in Orissa, more as an accident than as a deliberate action, the entire
white world rose in unison condemning India, Aussies going to the extent
of threatening to severe diplomatic ties with us. But now when Indian
students are being brutally treated, racially abused and murdered in
Australia, we have a foreign minister squeaking around, his deputy twittering
away and a PM who keeps his head above the clouds. And what is our all
powerful Congress Chair person, who was much concerned with attacks
on proselytizing missionaries do, remain as a ghost in 10 Jan path incommunicado.
The dignity and respect any citizen gets in a foreign country depend
on the strength, credibility and courage of his Government and its ability
to protect its citizens. Going by this Indian lives are the most expendable
thing in the world.

Pathetic condition of our governance
Vicky is probably not aware of the basic problems which the BSF cadre
is facing. Every body would like to get top most posts in BSF not having
seen the plight of BSF cadre officers/Troops. What a pathetic condition
of our governance ?.
