Aaj Ki Aawaz

Rathod needs to be explained the difference between a smile and smirk!!
And difference in his adversity and Nehru’s needs to explained to this jerk!!
The man is alleged to have been the reason why a minor girl took her life!!!
So it’s indeed pathetic so see a smirk on his mug and a smile on the mug of his wife!!
It’s alleged he used to sit on the sidelines and ogle at young girls at the tennis nets!!!!!
They say his security on ‘which lass he had a fancy for’ took with each other bets!!
Most expect CBI to let him off the hook!!!!
From what CBI did in the case in past this is what it does look!!
All that we can do is ask sawaals and not allow this issue to recede in from the ‘front page’!
So till Rathod is not made to for his crimes a relentless ‘war we all need to wage’!!!!
CBI says Buta Singh was not in the know about the antics of his ‘Lovely’ sonny!!!
To those in the know this will sound hilariously funny!!!
Lovely could not have done what he’s being accused of without Daddy’s ‘yes’!!!
So in my opinion Buta is very much a part of ‘the mess’!!!
After saying he cannot predict price fall Pawar changed track!!!
And said prices ‘will back’ (reverse)!!!
Traders have made a killing at the cost of the Farmers and consumers have borne the cost!!
But seems on Sonia and Mohna the message is lost!!!
The Opposition should get together and take out Pawar’s ‘kaala chittha’ via a White Paper!!!
India’s Food woes ka this man is the real shaper!!
Now he says prices will come down… maybe hoarders have been told!!!
50 % of your stocks by so and so date should be sold!!
Of course this would lead to a stepped fall in prices of ‘kitchen stuff’!!!!
It’s said hoarders hold so much stocks which if released all food woes this release can snuff!!
And in my opinion every hoarder will have Pawar’s photo on his Office wall!!!!
With this lot Pawar walks tall!!
Tytler’s got himself into a fix in Bihar for caste typing Congressis in Bihar!!
Wherever Tytler goes problems cannot be far!!
Sajjan is being charge sheeted and Tytler should be next in line!!!!
On humanity both are like a fine!!
Aussie Government and Police are in denial or there is another possibility!!
Both are in cahoots with the Ku Klux Klan element in Aussie Society….not an impossibility!!!
Now they’ve attacked a place of Worship!!!!
Seems emotions they want to whip!!!
If Indians respond then they feel the Aussies who do not have a Klu Klux Klan mindset!!!
Charged up they too would also get!!!
And our MEA is too timid and MEA's second in command is in a World of his own!!!
Why our MEA literally speaks on this issue in a subservient tone!!!
The man should be diplomatically roaring!!!!!
In fact when he speaks on the issue it looks he finds the matter very boring!!
I’m sure if Amrinder and Rana Sodhi were to decide on Punjab’s next Guv!!!
Both would in unison say … for Punjab Guv’s post N.D. Tiwari we’d love!!
Guv’s posts are to be filled!!!!
And for a Guv’s jobs Shivraj and NSA’s Narayanan are being billed!!!
Confucius says…. Guv Houses should not be made into Old Age Homes or Vices ka Den!
In fact in Guv Homes we should have ‘worthy apolitical’ from various walks of life women or men!
Why get a Neta into a post that is supposed to be politically neutral… Confucius adds????
Netas tend to 'rubber stamp' their Party's fads!!!

WHETHER MEDIA TRIAL OF FORMER DGP SPS RATHORE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHER NATIONAL ISSUES ?
This is related to Media Trial and Reporting. I will ponder upon two news items. One is naturally on SPS Rathore case. It seems that Media (basically Delhi based so called National Media)is hell bent upon to send Rathore to gallows and not ready to hear any counter argument. Rathore is guilty of molesting a girl. So he should get punishment for it. But just because he smiled on punishment he should be charged for abetment to sucide is beyond any reason. I am surprised that about Beena, Aradhana adn her father says that she was governess only and not wife. Whereas Ruchika's father does not know about any Beena. What sort of governess she was where only Anand Prakash knows her and not SC Girhotra. I am surprised no Media channel tried to find out the truth (because may be here lies the real reason for suicide. We must condemn Rathore but he should get punishment for his offence only and not that you have to create FIRs just so that your ego of punishing him satisfied. And by the way why is media bothered so much about his smile? They can not digest that a person is still happy when so much of Media (they consider themselves GOD nowadays)is against him. You must be remembering teh case of Narendra Modi. Media still could not digest the survival of Modi despite the onslaught of media.
The other case is the death of Tamil Nadu sub-inspector. Media is so much against teh Ministers who were standing there and calling on their mobiles the ambulance. But surprisingly no body criticise the Cameraman/Journalist who was shooting the film instead of helping the policeman. He should also be framed as guilty but how can a journalist be guilty. Also we are not aware about the actual condition of the Sub-inspector at that time. May be his lower potion was so much wounded (the picture on TV is blurred)that it was not possible for a common man (without any knowledge of first aid ) to handle it. May be if he was shifted in car without ambulance help, he could have died as lower portion was so injured. Sometimes injuries are so severe that only experienced doctors can attend an accident victim. We expect Media to provide true picture and not just score points over politicians (who in any case are discredited).
S K

In Ruchika's case the Haryana government and law enforcing agencies protected the culprit and harassed the victim to the extent of driving her to suicide! That can happen only in a banana republic. It was media's duty to protect the constitutional rights of citizens and prevent degeneration of our democracy to a lawless society.

First among equals: Who is is behind the move to circumvent empanelment guidelines?
While the point number 8 of the guidelines for Joint Secretaries empanelment issued by DOPT clearly says that review of empanelment should not be done in individual cases but together for the whole batch, eyebrows are being raised at the break neck speed with which empanelment review file of Madhukar Gupta (Rajasthan:1985) is being processed right now. Rumors are agog as to which powerful entity is behind this push that is causing heartburn among Gupta's batch-mates.
A person getting MACP on 01/09/2008 having Grade Pay increased from 2400 to 2800 and an increment. If that person gets a promotion to Grade Pay of 4200, by Interview to a post which is not in the general line but technical, Will that person get another 3% increment while fixation ?

Punish the Ministers
The two TN ministers who watched police inspector die before their eyes should be charged with homicide and immediately thrown out. These shameless creatures are still clinging on to their seats like leaches. They have no right to continue and enjoy at the expense of general public if they cannot save a brave officer who died before their eyes and in full view of a host of policemen. What is the CM waiting for

Govt should address retirement age issue
Your website keeps on flashing the whisper of increase in the retirement age off & on. It is high time the Government transparently addresses this issue once and for all by fixing the retirement age of ALL Classes(IAS,,IPS,IFS, judicial and other public servants including the MPs, MLAs) uniformly at one level. This will ensure transparency and reduce collusion of the public servants in looting the public money with the elected representatives of the people. At present, if not for direct financial gains, the public servant connives in the hope of getting further extension in service or appointment to some Commissions or Governors or to join the politics after retirement with the nexus he developed during the service. Let this age be one (may be 60/62/65/70 years)for all so that there is no temptation for anyone in the public service. This will be a single largest preventive measure to reduce corruption in this country, though may not help the vested interests of public servants/ politicians but will definitely help the delivery of public service and reduction of existing network of graft prevailing in the system

Stop this brazen practice
After seeing the accolades being rained on some officers,I feel that the august columns of your esteemed site should not be used(or can I say misused) to promote the carrier of some individual officers, how ever eminent they may be. I think the Editor should put a stop to this brazen practice .

Instructions not followed
Union Minister for Law and Justice Veerappa Moily's instructions are not being followed by his team of Legal Advisers/Additional Legal Advisers while giving their opinions to various Ministries/Departments of the Government of Inda. In fact, Moily had categorically mentioned in his recent speech that no appeal should be filed by the Government of India if the similar judgment has already been implemented. He had also said that the Government of India should act as a 'Reluctant Litigant'. We happened to see some news items published in national dailies that the Law Ministry is employing advisors who are suffering from severe memory loss who may not remember even their names. Imagine the quality of opinions given by those legal advisers on the basis of which various Ministries/Departments are filing their appeals in the Supreme Court/High Courts/Tribunals. I appeal the Minister may kindly see that his ideas are implemented by his team so that the Government of India will really become a 'Reluctant Litigant'.
