Aaj Ki Aawaz

Army Chief’s (Health) category has been downgraded on account of deafness in one ear!
Defense Mantri could say 'pull back' and 'attack' COAS could hear!!!!

In the Armed Forces Health Category is sanctimonious!!!
And our COAS is no longer fit to command is obvious!!

There are many Officers who could not be promoted on category grounds!
And many of them in desperation did Defense Ministry ke rounds!!!

COAS should represent to Defense Mantri ‘mujhe active command say karro maaf’!!!
'And hand over operational charge to the Vice Chief of Staff'!

Because if he continues he makes a precedence for those facing category downgrades!!!
Court would be a viable option now for those who fail the category grades!!!

If the Army Chief can Command despite a category downgrade!!!
A Maj.Gen facing category downgrade will say similarly ‘Commander I should be made’!

Reports says Noble Laureate Pachauri’s has been indulging in Glacier Astrology!!!
They say his 2035 glacier melting theory is just fakeology!!!

Reports also point out to him indulging in fear mongering for gain!!!!
And Pachauri needs to respond with facts to wipe off the stain!!!

MOSs have represented to PM ‘Cabinet Mantris are keeping us idle or vela’!!!!!
They lament ‘we stand idle in this power ka mela’!!!!

Idle mind is Devil’s workshop and so it would be prudent to allot them kaam!!!
Or MOS meaning Minister on Sleep-mode should be new title or naam!!!!

Modi’s example needs to be followed!!!!
Funds mobilized by his appearances or gifts given to him are not ‘personally swallowed’!

The money lands up at some Charity’s doorstep or in the CM’s fund…clap clap!!!
What a nice chap!!!!

Amar Singh’s politically is now a lightweight!!!!
Veer Singhvi had in his analogy and said ‘Mulayam will not let him go just you wait'!

Veer Singhvi is a foodie and so he should be able to gulp down what he had dished out!
His political analysis has been afflicted with gout!!!

And they say the final straw ‘that broke the relationship’ was Jaya’s re-nomination!!!
For what … so that she could wave out in Parliament Note of Rs. 500 denomination!!!

Seems Amar was told there are only 2 seats and Jaya would be sent to RS again!
And so Amar enacted resignation drama or resignation kee feign!!

He thought by the resignation drama he’s get his way!!!!
And ended up being shown ‘bahar ka way’!!!!

Shivraj Patil is taking an entourage of 150 for his swearing in!!!!
What does he think ‘an election kiya win’?????

Baggage will show how many in this entourage will stay back???
In this entourage kitno ne for an extended stay kiya hai boriya bistar pack!!!

Hope he’s not bringing his tailors along with him to stitch togs everyday!!!
For his ‘kapda fixation very dearly he had to pay’!!!

Telengana is back on the burner with suicides on the rise!!!!!
If Telegana is acceded to there will be suicides form those who do not want cut in AP’s size!!

Me thinks UPA has got itself into a fix!!!!
You now ask PC on Telengana and he emits ‘hics’!!!!

Confucius says… Let the people of AP decide and if 'break up' proponent Kashmiris demand the same way!!!
Then as it involves a ‘breakup’ with India entire India should have a say!!!

Flash.... Now Pawar has given the green signal for milk prices to rise!!!!
Continuing with him as Minister for Agri and Food and Supplies is unwise!!

Sonia should bear in mind that its Congress that's getting a bad name!!!
For the price rise and for Congress not kicking Pawar out public is saying 'shame shame'!

Pawar has single handedly changed this Nation's habits of eating!!!!
And on the food front from roaring now India is literally bleating!!!

India is now handicapped on the food front!!!!!
For God's sake karro Pawar ko shunt!!!
Bharat Kumar

WHETHER MEDIA TRIAL OF FORMER DGP SPS RATHORE IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN OTHER NATIONAL ISSUES ?

There is no need of media trail of Rathore at this belated stage. I always felt that media is always reactive and does an approach for some time and forget an issue later.
Ravi
Pushing a teenage girl to suicide, and systematically destroying entire family aftermath is a national issue. It relates to social fabric of country. Media has done right thing by highlighting the related issues.
P S Mehra
Trial should run concurrently along with other pressing national issues.

De-recognition of teaching malls !

The news of HRD Ministry withdrawing the deemed university status of 44 privately run institutes, is the first pleasant news of the year2010.So it seems. It was music to the ears. My compliments to HRD Minister for this bold step. Kapil Sibal’s no-nonsense approach to tackling corruption in his ministry merits to be followed by his colleagues in other social sector ministries particularly the Min of Health! This is a wake-up call for Ghulam Nabi Azad. There have been stories galore of granting deemed university status to hundreds of private medical colleges by his illustrious predecessor on ‘unmentionable’ considerations. I am sure, Azad will spare no efforts in clearing the decks of his ministry. I had expressed my views about these unethical practices being followed in HRD and Health ministries , on this website last year. I am glad that concrete action has finally been taken by Kapil Sibal with the approval of the PM and the UPA Chairperson, Sonia Gandhi. Fair enough! The compulsions of coalition politics cannot be overlooked. But, should the matter be allowed to rest here? Surely not! What follow-up action is required now? There is a need to probe the roles of corrupt bureaucrats in the HRD and Health ministries .In the case of HRD, the names of Veena Singh(Arjun Singh’ daughter) and her spouse V P Singh, were revealed for appropriate investigation. Ends of Justice would be met only after the roles of these individuals and the bureaucrats concerned, are investigated to logical culminations and appropriate penalties imposed. Details of bureaucrats, who were close to the power that be, during the regimes of Murli Manohar Joshi (NDA) and Arjun Singh( UPA-I&II) and who were considered co-sinners, are well known in the corridors of Shastri Bhavan. What is required is the Political Will. My appeal to both Kapil Sibal and Ghulam Nabi Azad is : Please do not leave the job half-complete ! Granting deemed university status to private institutes by unfair means without conforming to UGC norms, is a serious matter.

Lower Division Clerks suffering

Since 1959 Lower Division Clerk has been suffering and while all the grade has upgraded twice or thrice after independence. Lower S Division Grade has been down graded after all pay commission while other Group B/C/A service officers have been always granted upgraded pay but LDC was downgraded to Peon while there are three tier examination. All the benefit have been taken by others. after sixth pay commission an anomaly committee has been constituted but perhaps they also not thinks about the future and service condition of LDC/UDC in Central Government.
