Keeping his friends in power
Actually this man would do anything to keep his friends in power. He himself is a beneficiary of loyalty, compromise, errors, psycophancy, hard work, sincerity and cool ambition. His name in man Mohan Singh. The PM of India. He is willing to suck up to Paki's to any limit just because he would be one. Don’t forget that all his loyalty to 10 Janpath was due to his ability to abuse another would-be Paki, LK Advani. He is history now, courtesy him. Rest assured, he will bring on our head another catastrophe in name of bhaichara with Pakis. He got a sentimental novice, Shiv Shanker Menon as his henchman. Hail 10 Janpath.

Reveal information even  without RTI

All information that is not classified as Secret in the interest of National Security or does not impinge on any citizens right to confidentiality, must be available on the Government website freely for every Indian to browse without having to apply under RTI. That then would be true RTI and transparency. Why should one have to stick out one's neck by divulging own identity to derive information which should have been made public by the Government?

Cooperation to stop misuse of Tax payers money sought

In the Union Budget of the Country, several provisions are made for Office Expenses, organising Conferences/Meetings/Seminars and salaries of employees.  The tax payers money is misused by the Ministers and Bureaucrats in the form of mishandling of office perks & facilities over the entitlements.  The Government is soon going to bring out a 'Whistleblowers Act'.  I am a retired bureaucrat and throughout my career in office led a simple & honest life. During my last posting - a very senior and important/lucrative one - I interacted almost on daily basis with the Cabinet Secretariat & other infrastructure Ministries/Department. I have already collected through RTI Act a number of cases of misuse of office perks & facilities. I would request all who are interested to forward me cases along with necessary proofs of misuse of office perks & facilities.  Thereafter, I will file a PIL to see to it that 'misuse of office perks & facilities' in this country is put to an end.  This will lead to spending of honest tax payers money for productive purposes, energy conservation and lessening of environment pollution (less use of government vehicles).

CSSS officers are not able to manage their affairs

The officers of CSSS are said to be mere domestic servants of the officers to which they are attached.  As a CSS officer I am ready to have a pitched battle with any of CSSS officer on the issue of preparing draft, notes, mathematics and intelligence test.  The Ministers and Senior Officers of the Government of India have been sanctioned certain level of personal staff strength.  Just because the CSSS officers are not able to manage their affairs they take additional staff of Group 'D' level and Group 'C' level to manage their affairs.  This is totally illegal and against rules.  If somebody files a PIL on the issue of overstaffing by the Ministers and Senior Bureaucrats in Court and the latter takes action, then you will find how the CSSS officers bite the dust.

Who is Tom Jose?"

I think, he is terribly miffed by Saxena's revelations about the grabbing of important positions in the Government by certain officers belonging to a particular community and a State. Tom Jose appears to be an imaginary creature created by Dr Mehrotra of this website. Let Jose reveal his identity, if any.
