Aaj Ki Aawaz
Laloo’s told Ghadkari ‘ I’m going to the people’s Court’!!!
People are sick of all this crap and will say ‘apne aap karro matter sort’!!

Though what actually Laloo means is he’ll get his goons into the act!!
And as if they are the Public they will act!!

‘BJP means Bharatiya Jokers Party’ says Laloo!!
But then Laloo is a proven Joker or maskara and one who is very chaloo!!

Laloo and Mulayam exemplify what is wrong in the Indian political domain!!
Are Indian Politics bane!!

At a Delhi wedding Karuna saw how Advani and Sonia greeted one another!
And he rued how he and Jaya cannot even see the sight of each other!

Fact is he and Jaya have let things go so bad,
That just the sight of each other makes them go mad!!

In the South basically both adulation and hatred is done to the hilt!!!
Just to one side they cannot just tilt!!!

In Delhi personally Netas come to each others aid!!!
And especially at marriage functions animosity is stayed!!

Diggy in recent times has been a controversy a day kind of man!
Seems he gets an order from above 'which fire to blow out and which one to fan'!!!

Today's fire is so called Hindu terrorism and BJP and RSS's link to this terror!
In Ghadkari's language Diggy is High Command's tenacious terrier!!
Cabinet reshuffle is expected by May end!!!
Ramesh ko back to Party work Sonia and Mohna could send!!

I feel there is a chance that in the reshuffle Raja will be shifted!!!!
But DMK's hold will continue this Ministry as to DMK this Ministry has been gifted!

Mulayam made his ' 21 MP offer' to Congress with an eye on this reshuffle!!!
And then he's also looking to settle in his family a scuffle!!!!

Chavan has announced 'Mumabi has just one month's water supply'!
To water saving measures Mumbaikars refuse to comply!!

If the monsoon is delayed then Mumabi will go Shimla's way!!!
And through the nose for tanker water Mumbaikars will pay!!

Talking of Mumbai brings Shiv Sena to mind!!!
A new ground for his annual darshan cum spech Balasahib will have to find!!

Shivaji Park has been declared as a 'silence zone'!!!
Or he could deliver his speech in a whispering tone!!

Though by the way Shiv Sena is going he may not want to undertake his annual do!!!
'Give his Party workers Darshan with what mooh'???
Isn't it funny that when Sensex falls Dollar rises and when it rises Rupee rises!
The artificiality in the value of of the Rupee hope the Government realizes!
Its the billions that have come into Stocks which have made the Rupee rise!
Letting your currency appreciate because of FII inflows is unwise!
The fair value of the Rupee is 47 versus the Dollar!!
But because of FII inflows the Rupee looks taller!
Confucius says..... hot money comes in fast and out faster it goes!
Comes in trickling and like a gusher out it flows!!

Yes, it is a fact that very few and lower in merit list join Indian Foreign Service due to the fact that it is less powerful vis-a-vis IAS, IPS, Indian Revenue Service and there is lesser scope of corruption.
Kishore Dudani
Deputy Secretary (Rt)

Why should IFS be the top most service choice?
The shift in preference of civil service candidates is a welcome change .It is indicative of the fact that the lure of foreign postings is going away. It is also good to see the topmost civil servants wanting to serve within the country in the IAS or IPS. Instead of enquiring into this, the move should be encouraged and further welcomed

Castiest India
It is unfortunate that educated upper caste are opposing caste census when they practice strict caste rules for marriage and for favouritism where an euphemism of merit is used. Why Amitabh didn't get his son married to a Dalit or Adivasi but preferred global beauty? Urban media is being used to promote interests of 300 million strong consumer elite who are not from BC SC ST at the cost of 900 million . At least the civil servants should stop being hypocrites and psuedo-nationalists. Constitution of India recognised caste as powerful weapon of mass annihilation, then why are you campaigning against the spirit of constitution? You are shamelessly opposing reservation in private sector. You are shamelessly opposing the admittance of caste discrimination in international fora, yet you go scot free by subverting the constitution of India, Will God forgive your sins? just because you know english and claim that your caste is Indian? Do you mean that BC SC ST are not Indians? It is high time that you accept existence of caste discrimination both at village level and even in urban areas. An IAS officer who held top posts in UN for over decade when he comes back to his cadre, he is denied promotion along with his batch mates just because he is a Dalit. An IPS officer is prevented for taking charge as DIG of a range from a Brahmin DIG just because he is a Dalit. A Dalit customs commissioner is kicked out of custom house in 8 months period just to accommodate a Brahmin commissioner who was convicted for 7 year rigorous imprisonment by High court and suspended for 5 years in the past. This is castiest India. You will subvert every rule of law to uphold the ancient Shastras. You may not admit but those of BC, SC and ST who suffer will demand caste census. Even High court has permitted.

Kudos to DOPT
These comments are from a CSSS official. Can anyone confirm how many PPS/Sr.PPS/PSO really sit late when required and if at all they sit why do they pressurise Steno D/PA to accompany them when they are getting hefty salary. Apart from this are they prepared to take dictation. You also must know that a steno D at present is a adhoc-steno C after 20-25 years and he has no chance of becoming a PPS/Sr.PPS/PSO. Moreover, because of increase in the posts of PPS/Sr.PPS/PSOs; we steno D/adhoc Steno C are stranded where we are but when it comes to work or posting our experience is being misused. In fact, they are many Sr.PPS who when asked to take dictation or asked to come on holidays and sit late frequently, they immediately send a note to the Admn section asking them to prepare a roaster for this purpose. First, you persons should learn to know what is responsibility and then try to teach your subordinates.

It is fallacy
It is fallacy to assume that caste has ceased to be relavant. It exists everywhere and is throbbing. Just because someone says he or she doesn't believe in caste does it mean its vanished forever. One must be living in a fools paradise to believe this.
Anita
No. Never!
The government should, instead, bring All India Judicial Service and should give a very serious thought to improve the quality of the judicial system in the country. There is a crying need to do it.

A welcome move
It's a welcome move. Let's hope this university will enhance the standards of education in Defence colleges. Incidentally, I have my experience of working at one of the Defence Colleges of the country. With my experience, I feel such a university should be manned by eminent civilian professors.
Dr V K Mohapatra
Justified
Enhancement of age of High Court and Supreme Court Judges is quite justified keeping in view that up to this age, the judges will be very prompt in taking decision, as my opinion, gathered thru judiciary decisions.
