Aaj Ki Aawaz
Karuna says Raja is a Dalit and so higher caste Parties are out to get him!
Seems Karuna thinks we are all dim!!

Maya too had played this card when she was in a fix!!
With sheer chori jaath she did mix!!

Congress because of numerical compulsions has its hands tied!!!
Yes Mohna in due course will say ‘to remove Raja my level best I tried’!!

Because he knows the allegations still stand!!
Raja’s made money and Mohna and Congress ki image ka bajh raha hai band!!

So here BJP comes out as more ‘sensitive’ to allegations of ghoos!
From the same Ministry for allegations of ghoos Mahajan was cut loose!!

One must not forget at that time in BJP Mahajan’s clout!!!
But despite this he was shifted out!!

Maya may ask for her Royalty from Raja!!
‘I’m the Queen of Domain Dalit  so Raja apni royalty le ke mere paas aaja’!!

Otherwise she could say ‘ Raja is a Dalit of the Dalda (fake) kind’!!!
Or some excuse to say Raja is a fake Dalit she’ll find!!

Hooda could not control the Khaps and now Dalits have been killed!!
They say by High Command as ‘inefficient’ Hooda was billed!!

He ran to his ‘newly made chum’ Diwedi to plead his case!!
Diwedi first advised him to wipe off that smug smile on his face!!

He even pressed his ‘firefighter’ Venod ‘Manu’ Sharma into duty!!
This firefighter does not use water but money and that’s his fire fighting beauty!

This firefighter’s motto is ‘sabh se badha Rupiya or money’!!
Though ironically it could not buy a reprieve for his dear sonny!!

By the way why is Hooda’s son not filing his NAV despite Speaker’s directive?
Has the likes of Laloo and Khoda for company and now shares the same adjective!

I do not need to describe Laloo and Khoda in one word!!
Now Hooda’s son is part of this herd!!

Ajmal Kasab will be sentenced to death!!
But will wait in Jail like Afzal Guru with baited breath!

Now he will go to SC in appeal!!!
And SC will uphold Special Court's verdict I feel!!

His Vakeel will say ‘He's a foot soldier and his handlers are enemies of the Indian State’!
Ultimately it will be President who will decide his fate!!

He will represent....  why are you hanging the mailman????
‘On shooting the mailman isn’t there via an adage a worldwide ban’?

Congress may use his case to score brownie points!!!
And in this area Congress ‘never disappoints’!

Or for all you know all of a sudden he could fall ill and pop off in jail!!
Divine retribution for those wanting him to hang and for his ‘sympathizers’ no reason to wail!

Or despite the security someone will shoot him and even get away!!!!
‘Some aggrieved person shot him’ or his handlers liquidated him Sarkaar will say!!

Confucius says ….So all those baying for Kasab’s blood will have to wait!!!
Its not the Court but politics that will ultimately decide his fate!!

It is a hogwash !
The argument that AIS officers should receive faster promotion because they join service later than Armed forces officers are hogwash. The qualifications for joining the civil services is the same as that for joining the executive cadre of the armed forces. Which is a degree in any discipline. And there are several excellent civil services officers who joined in their early twenties. A glance at the civil list, reveals officers born even in 1986, who joined in 2004. Indeed, until some decades ago, the age limit for joining civil services was set at a max of 25 years, same as defence services executive cadre. Defence services officers should not be at a disadvantage simply because some persons choose to spend the best years of their youth repeatedly taking and failing an examination, and that is a fact. No one is forcing these persons to join civil services at a late age. They should have joined earlier, and if they couldn’t, they should not have joined. One can’t have ones cake and eat it too!

Nothing can be farther from the truth
This is regarding an observation that army officers can not be compared to CPOs. I am not sure which organisations the reader had in mind. It seems fashionable to refer to CPMFs as CPOS. Nothing can be farther from the truth. GOI specifically calls organisations like BSF, CRPF as 'armed forces'. These organisations do very little policing. they do not investigate. they do not take prisoners. they do form an interface with public. what they do is to guard borders. Their actual nomenclature is Para Military Forces. Despite the name there is very little para about it. When it comes to harshness of terrain of deployment and unforgiving working conditions they are more military than military itself. Most arms of the army, why even the so called queen of the battle, Infantry is not pushed or tasked to the extent of these organisations. It may not be very palatable to friends in Olive Green but the truth is these organisations deserve more recognition for their sacrifices.

The power of Social Reform vs Judicial Reform
There cannot be any system that can handle 40 lakh court cases. One needs to look at the cases, why they have been filed? Are the corrupt and wily used the courts to delay justice? Have innocents not been heard by the executive?
The answer also lies in getting the youth and children sensitized to the need to HONOUR THE RULE OF LAW. The schools and colleges need to emphasize that, the media including mass media must be equally sensitized to it .
Having said this, the Government(s) must have its redressal mechanisms in place, so that civil matters do not come up to courts
The judiciary needs to look at how they can improve the civil justice and criminal justice system. Perhaps full scale computerization, so that records properly maintained, orders are passed more quickly.
Lastly, punish the corrupt judges or lawyers. I am not aware of many CBI cases against judges or top government lawyers
