Aaj Ki Aawaz
Raja ki wapas ho gayi baraat!!!
It was like day during raat and now its just raat (night)!!
After all as long as Raja was Mantri his baraat was on!!
And now even the banda baaja and baraatis (trappings of power) have
all gone!!
What did Pranab Da say to Karuna that made Karuna relent????
And then only 'resign' message to Raja was sent!!
Seems Pranab Da advised Karuna 'Raja's resignation will calm things
down'!!
Otherwise Opposition will take to streets in every village, city and
town!!
Congress tried its best to make a 'mountain ka molehill' on the 2 G
-gate!!
But it seems the CAG Report sealed Raja's fate!!
Rumours abound that lion's share went to Karuna and Raja just 'filled
his pockets'!!
In the case of regional Parties a minority share Party's Minister in
the Centre pockets!
Lion's share should go to the Party or the Party Boss!
And if this is not done the regional Party Boss takes it like a personal
loss!
In fact regional party Bosses are always checking out!!
If the Party's Mantri is not giving Party a major share of the spoils
then he or she is sorted out!
Regional Bosses do this also to prevent any Partyman from becoming too
big!!!
If this check was not kept their own graves Regional Party Bosses would
dig!!
Laloo knew what each of his Party's central and State Mantris were making!!
He had tabs to know how much ghoos his Party's Mantris were 'taking'!
And if the Mantri was depositing less than required with the Party!!
Which in RJD's case is Laloo then Laloo would 'bust the Mantris Ministrial
party'!!
Manpreet Badal is not floating his own Party but going on a Jaago Punjab
Yatra!
His SUV's tyres getting punctured all the time there is every khatra!!
Cousin Sukhbir will use every book in the trick to derail this Yatra!!
And thereby put Manpreet's poltical career 'full stop ke maatra'!
But then there is a school of thought that says in actuality this is
a play (drama)!!
Both are hand in glove and Congress both Sukhbir and Manpreet are trying
to waylay!
Akalis have a religious agenda and Congress has a financial one!!
So via Manpreet's 'financial agenda' 'in Congress will be done'!!
Confucius says
Netas put up a patriotic front to hide their unpatriotic
deeds!!
Over an unpatriotic slash they put a patriotism ki bandage but under
it the slash wound bleeds!

Watch dog ?
One is bewildered by the argument given by no less a person than the
Law minister of this country that CAG cannot question the policy of
the Government. Why not if the policy is framed with the purpose to
defraud the national exchequer as was done in the 2G spectrum case.
CAG is a watchdog of national finances-a constitutional watchdog. How
can they question his authority. It is troubling to see that one more
institution is being undermined by the corrupt mafia. They have already
made the Finance irrelevant by making financial Advisors from IAS rather
than the four finance services viz.IAAS, ICAS, IDAS and IRAS. The officers
from these services are recruited through the same Civil Services Exam
and after allotment to any of these four Finance services they get trained
in the principles of financial concurrence with the very first lesson
that 'a prudent man will spend the public money as his own'. It is they
who should man the FAs' posts at Joint Secretary and Additional Secretary's
level. But no, IAS-wallahs are repository of all wisdom. Even FAs' posts
are given to them mostly and what do they do? What the then Secretary
Telecom explained the other day in response to his predecessor's whistleblowing
that he had no option but to go along with the minister as the relationship
between the minister and secretary is very 'tenous'.Wah,what a defence? But
that is what the bureaucrats at senior level are doing.Helping their
masters in corruption, sharing the loot and also ensuring a post-retirement
job.Incidentally when the upright lady officer who was Member(Finance)
in the Telecom Department at the time of 2G spectrum sell-off sought
voluntry retirement since she did not agree to be a party to this wrong
doing why was she allowed to go.Those who agreed to her going are equally
guilty.Who was her successor?A finance man who i learnt has been awarded
with a post -retirement important post.Maybe at the recommendation of
Raja.It is getting rotten and rotten all around and that too under a
Prime Minister who is perceived to be honest.

off
Vinod Thapar
It happens only in India. !
Just amass huge wealth through Scam with pocket full of money.
Kalyan
Spectrum Scam
The Government should ruthlessly punish the corporate and lobbyists
who gained from this scandal. In Madhu Koda case, Koda was jailed but
nothing happened to the industrialists who paid bribes to loot the nation.
Whispers should expose and shame all such private sector criminals.
The officers who colluded need to shamed too. Simultaneously the ones
who stood up despite the enormous pressure like the then Secretary DoT
(D S Mathur), Member Finance (Madhavan?) and the present CAG need praise
and felicitation.
