SC questions PM ' Raja ke maamle mein why the delay'??
Don't tell me SC is not aware about the message that to PM his Boss did relay!!!

Though as the message was off the record so its 'hearsay'!!!
But then what did PM's Boss say!!!

Boss said ' on account of numerical compulsions cannot annoy DMK'!!!
' Don't Mess with Karuna'DMK...... code used DMK ke maamle mein DMK!!

But then why did Mohna try to justify Spectrumgate'?????
And then he's also kept mum on CWG-gate!!!

Of course I'm sure had his Boss not reigned him in!!!
Dono Raja and Kalmadi ko Mohna karta pin!

But then some would say why did he not do what a honest man would do????
By taking Raja's side his honesty why did he shoo???

Because he's become a prisoner of the trappings of power and so he toed Boss's line!
He knows Boss will remove him the minute he shows 'not toeing her line' ka sign!!

Chalo I understand Congress's compulsion when it comes to Raja Spectrum waala!
But what is it that made Congress delay action on Kalmadi Games waala????

Sonia needs to understand that this delay has made Congress's image take a beating!!
Rahul roars on corruption but when it comes to action Congress is seen bleating!!

The only way to get to the truth and make the guilty pay in the Spectrumgate!!
Is let the investigation be done under the purview of SC and on this please do not wait!!

Yeddy says ' My sons and I have done no wrong'!!!
How often have we heard this song!!

Fact is Yeddy is proving to be BJP's weak spot!!!
And rumours in Karnatka says ' now for generations funds Yeddy's got'!!

But do not expect any action from BJP… BJP will say this all is Congress's doing!!
And when Congress is in the corner on corruption at BJP it starts booing!!

Funnily our Netas try to justify one wrong by another wrong!!
And this is what has been going on for long!!

That's why corruption flourishes here!!!
Because the corrupt simply know there is nothing to fear!!!

Even when they are caught red handed they are able to slink away!!
Like if they are caught on camera ' that's a camera trick by my foes' they'll say!

Confucius says… In India if you are a Neta the law tailor makes itself for the Neta!!!!
And for his near and dear like his biwi, beti and beta!!

Adds…. Neta Ji is above the law!!!!
In our Country this is the biggest flaw!!

Rich India and poor Indians?

As stated by one of the Swiss Bank Directors " Indians are poor but India is not a poor country"
What a joke and shame on we, Indians!
He further adds to our knowledge - 280 Lakh Crores of Indian money is stacked (deposited) in Swiss Banks by various (Chor, decoits, corrupt, shameless, characterless, Deshdrohi) Indians.
Amazingly this money can do wonders for India i.e.
* This money can be used for a taxless Indian Budget for next 30 years!
* This money is sufficient for providing/creating 60 crores jobs for unemployed Indians!
* This money may be sufficient for connecting every Indian village to Delhi by a four-lane Road!
* And think What can't be done (with this huge sum) for bettermrnt of India?
Definitely this money is not stacked by poor rickshaw pullers, a Farmers, Labourers, Common Men, poor Indians or by Middle class Indians.
This is the money deposited by corrupt Politicians, Businessmen / Businesshouses, Government officials etc. at the cost of poor Indians.
First we fight Invaders, we fight with British (both external enemy), now we are fighting against an internal menace "CORRUPTION". This is the high time, please rise against this menace of Corruption.
Please rise, be aware, try to reduce corruption, appreciate good and honest and condemn the bad and corrupt, Slowly we all can make the difference and part of a good, corruption free India.
CIRCULATE, MAIL & FORWARD this message, as much as possible, to create awareness regarding corruption and corrupts and let the India be aware about facts.

IRS the best suited

Where ever IRS have worked in or outside department they have proved that they are best.
This is due to the nature of job they handle from the first day in service. Ms Manju Madhvan Member Finance in DoT is exemplary in this regard.

Points for IAAS

well done Arti Khosla, you earned several points for IAAS and other services. Did you forget the IRS, the premier finance service which is earning you your salary.
Incidently the lady officer whom you mentioned and who disagreed with A Raja and therefore allowed to take voluntary retirment was an IRS.

'Ineligibility" the criterion for promotion under corrupt government!

85 of the 122 applicants for the 2-G licence have been found 'ineligible' in the CAG inquiry! It doesn't surprise at all. This is the practice in promotions under the CSS, the affected officers know it: whether it is the empanelment for the JS or AS or Secretary level. Panels are not drawn in naked violation of the government orders for bringing out the panels on 1st July annually. For 5 years at a go panels are not drawn, but when the same corrupt system doles out favours to the ineligible, 5 or even more batches are bunched together in a particular year's panel. Sometimes officers are made to wait for 5 to 9 years for their postings, because they refuse to pay the price the rajas of corruption demand, but when corruption casts a kind glance at its favoured ones, they are promoted in situ en masse. So an officer doesn't get his/her well earned promotion for more than 5 years but another gets it 5 years earlier. That is RULE OF CORRUPTION.(Can a DSMathur be the role model in this stark reality?). Promotions are an insignificant issue in this context, because the main issue is failure of the constitutional machinery. Corruption in one or two cases can be dealt with effectively by the long arm of law, but when it becomes the system of governance, it leads to chaos and anarchy. How many inquiries can be conducted when scandals are blowing by the day: CWG, G-2, Adarsh, Sugar, rotting grains, IPL, and now the loss of almost 100 lives due to collapse of an illegal building in Delhi. It collectively proves only one point and that is that the society pays the price in the form of life or property due to corruption and that corruption is nothing but failure of the constitutional machinery. How are the citizens concerned whether the defence estate deptt or the Maharastra revenue deppt are responsible for Adarsh malignancy or whether the MCD or the CM or the Police or the Lt Gov or the M/o Urban Development are responsible for the loss of life of approx 100 citizens or whether the DOT or the PMO or the Fin Min or the Law Min are responsible for the G-2 malignancy or whether MSGill or Jaipal Reddy or Kalmadi or Shiela are responsible for the CWG mess. The citizens know only one authority:G O V E R N M E N T! All the specified ones are simply wings of the government. It is the primary duty of the government to ensure that all its wings work according to their assigned duties in accordance with the rules. If the government fails to discharge its primary duty it is called "failure of the constitutional machinery". Unless the people show moral courage and elect a set of good people, they should not complain of ghotalas or mahaghotalas or tragedies! That the ministers and highest civil servants do not perform their duty as per the law has been illustrated by the culpability of the highest civil servant of the country , i. e. the Cabinet Secretary, who have consistently failed to bring out the panels in time regularly as laid down in the law(it only symbolizes the malady afflicting governance at all levels in the country). If it were only about panels alone, it would not have been discussed here, but it goes far beyond that: could anybody deny that D S Mathur would not have shared his anguish with the cabinet secretary? Is it possible? Was it not the bounden duty of the Cabinet Secretary to intervene effectively as the bridge between the Executive and Administration? The people would like to have his version. Or did he simply tell Mathur"I have not heard you"? If it is to be only "Yes, Minister", then why waste national talent by appointing civil servants as cabinet secretaries --instead go in for Political Secretaries and all your troubles will be over as they know how to fix problems.

Arti Khosla batting for account services

Arti Khosla, being an officer of one of the account services is justified to bat for these services. But for gods sake don't recommend these to be experts in finance matters. There is another service IRS which is an expert on financial matters. Most of account service officers don't even know how to read a balance sheet, how will they interpret the finances. That is why they are many time raising bogus audit objections.

Retitred persons

It is not a new thing. These are in practice in other organisations also. The in -office chief continues with the facility to retired as his own future planning. Visit bungalows of retired heads of other orgs, one can easily find troops guarding their false ego.
