Aaj Ki Aawaz
Karnataka Guv has asked Yeddy to prove majority again!!
So for Democracy there's bound to be more pain!!
BJP needs to introspect too!!
And see how Yeddy has flushed propriety down the loo!!
In the meanwhile CMs of eight BJP ruled States have called a meeting!!!
War drums they will be beating!!
The battle cry is ' Congress is in eject mode'!!
And for this they feel Congress appointed Guvs have been given a 'eject
code'!
Hansraj 'Q' Bhardwaj is a Neta whose bent the law to please Madam High
Command!
To the extent that in the Q case he put 'law' into remand!!
Kalmadi is now getting what he deserves to get!!
When he enters any public place with jeers he's met!!
Recently he was at a restaurant and youngsters took him to task!!
'Kitna paisa banaya' Kalmadi ko the youngsters did ask!!
After trying to browbeat them with his security he beat a hasty retreat!!
For the eyes of any patriotic Indian a treat!!
Seems either love affairs abound in the CWG Village or Escorts are making
a killing!
To be ' arrangers or providers' Delhi Government was more than willing!!
I'm being polite and not using the terminology used for 'Escort arrangers'!!!
Who for monetary reasons indulge in a kind of 'matchmaking between total
strangers'!
Please in our culture as hosts this is not what is done!!
Overboard to please the visiting teams Delhi Sarkaar has gone!!
How about in the Tourism Athithi ad if Amir Khan admonishes a Papa!!!
Who on seeing a foreign tourist making passes at his beti creates a siyaapa????
Amir admonishes the Papa ' follow Delhi Sarkaar's example'!!!
On your beti's izzat for promoting tourism please trample!!
Badal Junior wants for cousin Manpreet 'a booting'!!
Whereas Papa Badal wants just 'within the Party nephew Manpreet gets a
hooting'!!
Badal Senior believes in what Lyndon Jhonson followed on dissidence!!
He felt keeping the dissident 'in the tent' made more sense!!
As per Jhonson 'it is better the dissident stays inside and pisses outside'!!
'Rather than dissident is thrown out and standing outside he pisses inside'!!
Amar Singh yearns for B Big to 'throw him a lifeline'!!
Whenever he calls up Big B's mobile after a few rings busy ho jathi hai
line!!
Amar Singh needs Big B and he wants to remind him of the days he came
to Big B's aid!
But Big B says ' by staying with Amar in Singapore during his illness
my debt I paid'!!
Confucius says
.. Dost dost na raha
.. Amar ho gaya akela!!!
Now he's going about trying to hitch to some Party 'apna politics ka tehlla'
(moving shop)!!
Flash
..Both Yeddy and Bhardwaj deserve the sack!!
Yeddy in CM dharma and Bhardwaj in Guv's dharma have both shown that they
lack!!
BJP wants Bhardwaj to be recalled and Congress wants in Karnataka BJP
to loose the gadhi!
BJP says Guv and Congress ne 'hadh ki'!!
Yeddy's made his pile and Bhardwaj's made his pile too!!!
Both have treated their 'power' like it's a 'milch moo' (cow)!!

ICS officer dies at the age of 104
The doyen of Indian administrators worldwide, Professor Samuel Martin
Burke (1906-2010), died on 9th October 2010 at the age of 104 of old
age. He was the oldest living Indian ICS officer. He was perhaps the
only Indian ICS officer to have 4 careers - as an administrator, judge,
diplomat and academic.
He belonged to the 1930 batch of the ICS and was allotted to the Punjab
cadre. After service as a Deputy Commissioner he was a District and
Sessions judge for many years. Because of his impartiality as a Christian,
he was selected as the Chairman of the First Election Tribunal of the
Punjab in 1946, to adjudicate between rival claims to seats following
the elections of 1946, that returned the Muslim League to power in the
Punjab.
At independence, he quit the ICS but was immediately recalled by Jinnah
to join Pakistan's foreign service where he initially headed the India
desk in Karachi. After that he served in the UK and US as Counsellor,
as Minister-Plenipotentiary and Envoy Extraordinary to Denmark, Finland,
Norway and Sweden, as Pakistan's Ambassador to Thailand and finally
as the High Commissioner of Pakistan in Canada.
He quit diplomacy in 1961, at the age of 55, to become an academic and
was Professor of South Asian Studies at the University of Minnesota.
He retired in 1976, at 70, and settled in UK where he lived for the
next 34 years. In retirement he wrote seminal books on Pakistan's foreign
policy, the history of India's independence, a biography of Akbar and
the definitive biography of Jinnah. He published his last book at the
age of 97!
His passing reduces the number of Indian ICS officer still alive to
less than five. There are also less than 5 British ICS officers still
alive.

Gill should himself follow first
The Sports Minister Gill wants Generation Next to occupy positions in
sports associations but should it not apply to himself. He is a old
worn out hat, most despicable behaviour in front of the media and who
does anyone forget his words he used during the preparation of the commonwealth
games vis a vis marriage preparation. He himself is a dead wood, his
log should be cleared first.
Narasimha Sastry
Pak held hostage
Pakistan is suffering and will continue to suffer. Its people are left
to fend for themselves, a country where only their foreign service and
ISI do a good job- of propaganda against India and getting aid (to be
used against India), and of fomenting trouble/ engaging in cross border
terrorism in India respectively. Amazing how the whole country is held
hostage to the army and the ISI. Verily, hate destroys those who hate
more than those whom they hate.
Arjun Mallik
IB follows diktats
Yes IB should not and had not kept watch on individuals except in cases
when directed by the Government. Yes ruling party is the Government
everywhere and whether it depends on IB or not is its privilege. The
IB operatives do what they are ordered to and that they have done that
sincerely. Well for giving incorrect information, IB operatives were
not dismissed but were punished by being posted out to remote areas,
sometimes in the fag end of their career. If M.K.N had given open information
on Bofors scandal, then there was nothing wrong. Chinese Intelligence
depends 97% on open intelligence. While other services can claim credit
openly, IB ops. could not do so because of security restrictions. That
is why it is said "They die unwept, unsung and sometimes uncared."
