What People say about WHISPERS.I agree with B.P.Singh that WIC gives lot of advance information which is 99% correct. However this cannot be said against IB's in this regard. While WIC gives information about postings and promotions, IB operatives used to give all the information about a bureaucrat, corporate leaders in the shortest possible time. While IB operatives had to share responsibility for their news (reports), WIC enjoys journalistic freedom. Wish some reports from IB were published to give an idea of its operative's depth and commitment.

Aaj Ki Aawaz
Even Deputy Guv of RBI says inflation level is worrying!!!
But to curb inflation RBI is not scurrying!!

Instead it’s twiddling its thumbs!!!
As Indians inflation numbs!!

RBI should have stepped in and curbed ‘unnatural’ FII inflows!!
This is ‘speculative money’ and into the Stock Market it goes!!

Pranab Da in fact has said FII inflows should not be capped!!
He feels more money by the Stock Markets should be lapped!!

This huge inflow will only add to inflationary pressures …..the good Doctor knows!
But I think he refrains from commenting on FM matters as the rumour goes!!

The good Doctor or Mohna and Pranab Da are not too pally… cordial!!
In fact Mohna feels talking to Pranab is like an ordeal!!

One minute Pranab is cordial!!!
And the next minute he makes a face like he’s sipped neat lime cordial!!

One minute he’s cool and calm and the next minute he’s hopping mad!!!
And his temper is really very ‘bad’!!

And they say in Sonia’s presence Pranab is at his aggressive best!!!
Mohna’s patience on quite a few occasions he's put to test!!

Shiela Aunty says ‘ she was misunderstood to be a rock star’!!
Well by the looks of it she’s more like a falling star!!

She was a star after leading Congress to victory in Delhi in three consecutive polls!
But now all her boasts and claims are full of holes!!

CWG tickets have been sold but stands are empty….why????
Fact is tickets Public did not buy!!

From his ill-gotten gains Kalmadi bought tickets in bulk!!
Lest it’s said that ‘his chori has made Indians go into a sulk’!!

In Punjab the battle is on!!!
In the red corner is Punjab CM’s nephew and in the blue corner his son!!

Nephew had delivered an upper cut via ‘ I and Sukhbir do not sit down to discuss’!!
From the ringside ‘one of the second’s (helpers) started to cuss!!

Both son and nephew are girding themselves up for the battle ahead!!
And Manpreet may be forced to look beyond Akali Dal if matters come to a head!

Congress would grab him any day and it’ll also mean Amirnder’s stock will fall!!
And Amrinder could then concentrate 24x7 on having a ball!

And like any ‘blue blooded Neta’ even for Badal his pariwaar comes first or on top!!
So he’ll try his level best to make Sukhbir the CM like any doting Neta Pop!!

Confucius says… so if Manpreet does not want to go into political oblivion!!!
He should make his move now and not wait for ‘Baba’ (Badal Senior) to return to the pavilion!

Adds…. Because by the looks of it sooner than later Badal will do the needful for his son!
His wifey who is ill may say ‘make my son CM while I’m alive Hon (Honey)!!!

In BSF, communication needs regimentation

Army, NSG have a proper communication setup comprising of technical officers but in BSF it is not so seniors think it the most useless branch and ways to disbanned it. The technical officers here serve both in GD as well as communication. They are highly qualified and this gives complex to many. The post of IG (Comm) has been dissolved. As a matter of fact, communication needed a regimentation. Any country or force needs a proper communication set-up for their progress. If the department put obstacles in the set-up, then the officers loose interest and progress is hindered.Till1986-87 BSF had seperate technical batches of M.Sc and PHed., just to tell them that there is no need of their tech knowledge and this depart is useless. Thanks to the high minded bosses for this deterioration. There is one humble request to prove yourself and run tech depart. for two months without seeking any help.

IPS using para-military forces

IPS are using para-military forces as mere their kathputli. They bring changes in the forces according to their whims and fancies. They have brought dilution in the forces and among the officers. They were not able to improve their police force, then how can they improve our forces. Apna ghar sudhar nahi paye , dusre ka ghar barbaad karne chale. Please help me to open the eyes and ears of our government regarding the condition of these forces. All the major posts, departments and frontiers are given to these IPS. What do these people know about our forces? They come and distribute their contact numbers among jawans and junior officers. As a result chain and discipline are broken.

Apathy of administrative set up

In the current system, there is almost negligible chance to reach top echelon by an outstanding non IAS officers even in comparison to inert IAS officers. The administrative set up requires immediate attention to root out inefficient officers and promote excellence. We must do away with empanellment and CSB drama. This is totally non sense where 4 IAS secretaries look into the empanellment process that too in a day or so and recommend about 80% of IAS officers fit for that. We Indians are not the same what we say and what we do. There is a lot of double of standards.  Lets have the strength of character to do the correct things.

Bharat Kumar's aaj ki awaz is a great read !

What he says in his hinglish style is pithy, true and witty. Actually I began to see WIC because of this feature which made me laugh at times. But its placement at the end was perfect. The whispers about posting etc. should be placed first as was the case. That is more relevant to the name of your site. It will be better to restore the previous arrangement as many of your visitors have been asking for. Will it not be a good idea to have a laugh at the cost of persons Bharat Kumar picks up for his satire after reading about serious issues in the Forum?
