Aaj Ki Aawaz
Did Congress even make a whimper on the start of the Mauritian route.....
no???? And then who was the Papa for the illegitimate entry vehicle
into Indian Stock Markets.... Participatory Notes?? Chidambaram through
the most perfidious financial derivative called Participatory Notes,
something unheard of and unprecedented in World financial history, allowed
red (drug, terror and looting Nation) and black money to enter India's
stock Market!!!! By mid 2011 PNs accounted for 60% of FII investment
in India!!! The Rupee rose .... artificially high levels!!!! Cries that
Rupee was rising on the back of hot and illegal money went unheard!!!
Today the Dollar's rise.... partly because every action has an equal
and opposite reaction.... hot money made the Rupee rise and now partly
responsible for Rupee's fall!!! Another crow's feather in PC's cap......now
PC is accused of conflict of interest.... PC was lawyer for a Hotel
Group and as HM he is accused of getting FIRs against Hotel Management
closed... of course knowing PC he's covered his tracks.... like in 2
G his 'treat matter closed note and next time go via auction route'!!!!
Swamy is already in Court to get PC included in the 2 G accused list......
here it is not case of then FM's connivance with Raja.... knowing PC's
crooked brain its being alleged that PC was the mastermind of 2 G scam!!!
PC ki karro chutti!!!!
With half the Cabinet as it is he is 'kutti' (not on talking terms)!!!
Laloo and Paswan want Government to take its time on coming up with
the Lokpal Draft...... Laloo is now begging Congress for favours and
Paswan wants to join Congress..... so it's obvious they are mouthing
what they feel 'would be music to Congress's ears'!!!! Fact is Opposition
and Team Anna seem to agree on many issues ..... PM coming under Lokpal.....
CBI..... and class C and D officials!! First and foremost Congress needs
to recalculate the number of employees in the C and D category.....
not the numbers that Congress is mouthing!!! Without a doubt Congress
wants Rahul to now grab the credit for Lokpal..... in fact if Team Anna
allows this Congress would move on this Bill in a jiffy.... Rahul Gandhi
Lokpal Bill!!! Fact of the matter is the Nation has to be thankful to
Team Anna for its fight against corruption!!! UPA showed its true colours
when there were demands to water down the RTI.... UPA is allergic to
anti corruption measures and freedom of expression.....and now with
the onslaught UPA's become .... Useless and Paranoid Alliance!!!
Rahul Baba you cannot steal Anna's thunder!!!
And do not try to Ape Anna or Public will say Rahul Baba is behaving
like a bunder (monkey)!!!
Sorry but the adjournment motion on black money was just noora kushti!!!
White paper on black money showed our Political establishment's intention
in black and white!!! Advani aka Mr. Mujhe Smaran aatha hai.... spent
more time on his Yatras!!!! Manish Tiwari as usual gave half truths
and tried bamboozling.... has he got the elusive account statement of
Hassan Ali.... and if he's got it why is UPA hiding it from us!!!! Pranab
Da says 'I cannot send the Army to get back Tax Haven money'..... other
Nations have sent Armies of 'investigators' to unearth money of their
citizens!! And why should the HSBC accounts not be revealed..... which
treaty is he talking about.... this info was got by France via a 'rogue
Banker' (as per the Swiss)..... there is no Treaty that covers this
info!!!
And moneys held by Politicians is not Black Money... its looted money!!!
Terming is as 'tax avoidance money' is indeed stupid and very funny!!
PS........After the budget Sonia called Manmohan, Pranab and PC. She
asked them to get into the next room. In the room was a small spoon,
a coffee cup and a bucket . There was a huge black bath tub full of
water and the room opened into the beautiful garden of Sonia's house.
They were asked to empty the tub without spilling water in the room.
The person who performed best would get to be India's next PM (if MS
won he'd get an extension). Immediately Pranab became jubilant and said
'I know if I will use the spoon and cup to fill the bucket to empty
the tub and bucket by bucket I will water Madam's garden!! Then Manmohan
Singh said, 'Forget about my heart problem...... for Soniaji I can lift
the bucket itself carefully and carry it and water Madam's garden....
bucket by bucket'. PC turned around laughed at both of them, and put
his hand in the tub pulled the plug the whole water in the tub emptied
without a drop spilling out. He is a master in emptying and his attention
is always focused on emptying, whereas the other two were distracted
by the garden and misplaced loyalty to the owner of the garden.... whereas
PC's loyalty is to himself only!!!!! Sonia should rethink her implicit
faith in Chiddy and her ' obey Chiddy order'!!!

Pakistan : Shuja Pasha's secret Arab visit
triggered memo to Mike Mullen?
American businessman of Pakistani origin Mansoor Ijaz who has been at
the centre of the infamous memogate scandal has now revealed that the
fear of a military coup in Pakistan expressed in the memo allegedly
handed over by him to US General Mike Mullen was not imaginary. In fact
the ISI Chief Shuja Pasha had on 6th May this year visited some Arabian
countries and discussed the coup with some senior leaders there. Ijaz's
claim has not been contradicted by the ISI or the ISPR of Pakistan.
Incidentally it is a matter of record that Shuja Pasha had left for
a 'secret visit' abroad on 6th May details of which haven't been made
public by the GHQ or the government of Pakistan.

Verma, Chairman SAIL said that SAIL sources 10 million tonnes of coking

Rahul's stature was enhanced by his polite behaviour
Once Rahul Gandhi, who was already an MP, was talking to me at Rashtrapati
Bhawan event when I was only a Joint Secretary. He kept on addressing
me as "Sir" despite my mild protests. Still when I addressed
him as Sir, he immediately requested politely that he need not be called
sir! To many around us, his stature was enhanced by this decorous and
polite behaviour. Discipline is important. But Navin Patnaik upbraiding
a Minister for calling an IAS officer Sir only shows his pomposity and
bloated ego.

RTI
Should the Property returns be disclosed?
The applicant sought the copies about the movable and immovable property
returns of an IAS Officer for a particular period. The PIO consulted
the officer in terms of the provisions of Section 11 of the RTI Act.
The officer objected to giving the details stating that the property
file returns is purely a personal matter and is not related with any
public activity or interest. In line with the view taken by the CIC
in numerous decisions in the past, the Commission upheld the decision
of the PIO not to disclose such information. The CIC has consistently
held that the immovable property returns filed by officers are their
personal information and should not be ordinarily disclosed. Section
8 (1)(j) of the RTI Act exempts such information from disclosure. The
CIC observed that in recent months, on their own several state governments
have published the immovable property returns filed by the All India
Service officers in their respective websites. Therefore, the Commission
directed the CPIO to ascertain from the State Government of Uttar Pradesh
about this and disclose the information to the Complainant provided
such returns have already been published by the State Government.
Comments
Immovable Property Return (IPR) of a government servant is a personal
information and is not liable for disclosure under the RTI Act.
