Aaj Ki Aawaz

Digvijaya is back at the job he's been entrusted since Anna's fast at Jantar Mantar earlier this year....damn and bait Anna and his Team!!! Digvijaya's rantings.....who is Anna..... Anna is corrupt too....... Team Anna should stand for elections..... how can Team Anna dictate terms... Anna does not represent the People!!!! Fact is Anna in the eyes of the Public is one who took on Governments on corruption.... well I would not be surprised if UPA took the assistance of CIA and Scotland Yard to come up with some scum on Anna and some serious scum on his team... this would have been after all the Indian Investigative Agencies came up with a blank on Anna and useless stuff on Team Anna........ Team Anna's USP is their being apolitical and if they become political they'll sit on the same bench as Netas, that is why Digivijaya keeps taunting them to test the electoral waters.......Team Anna can dictate terms because UPA gave them the recognition.... who called them for discussions on the Lokpal Bill and formed a Committee with Ministers and Team Anna ...... Congress knowS Anna represents Public disenchantment with UPA and that is why UPA listens and talks to him??? Congress's unwillingness to let CBI become independent says a lot.... why do you think often CBI has been deciphered as Congress's Bureau of Investigation or Congress's Biased Investigation???? As India's Premiere Investigative Agency in all fairness CBI should be independent!!!! And when there is no reservation in the Judiciary why should there be reservation in Lokpal.... just a delaying tactic at the behest of Congress by Laloo, Mullayam and Paswan... who as it is are totally against Lokpal!!! Lokpal stunts their ethos!!

On all three occasions Congress has hoped every time Anna's fasted that crowds would deplete!!!

But crowds have gone up every time there's been by Anna fast ka repeat!!

There is a reason why Manish Tiwari is called Mr. Ludicrous!!!! He's got his eyes at becoming a Manti and his desperation for Lall Batti makes him go down to ludicrous levels to argue Congress's 'lost cases' in the People's Court!! CAG has used the factual way to calculate 2 G loss...... what was the profit made by those who sold their licenses , directly or via stake sale... and then it's a case of simple arithmetic!!!! If you recall Kapil Sibal had even said there was zero loss...... seems he just saw the zeros after 1,76 and concluded loss was zero!!! When Tiwari's busy Congress sends Renuka who has made 'rudeness' into an art... she does not use Tiwari's ludicrous route... she insults and disturbs those on the panel who question or reveal Congress.... derail and damn!! When she's busy Congress requests either of the Vinods.... Metha (Outlook) or Sharma (HT) to represent Congress.....they've made deception into an art......they try to show they are arguing on merit but very soon you realize they are in Congress's corner!!!

All of them are on Her Majesty's Service!!!!

Two want Ministerial Berths and the other two want RS nominations for their service!!

Will Government fall if PC goes????? I recall at one time Sonia had issued strict instructions that PC's decisions should not be questioned!!! Such power cent percent rises to the head and it did in PC's case too and he became even more haughty .....and insulting too!!!! His pinnacle of haughtiness was the 'Chewing Gumgate'.....and then started his downslide!! He's tried to stand up and show he's there but has had to sit down!!! PC's a Lawyer and he knows the hopelessness in his case. He knows it'll be untenable for him to continue as HM if CBI has to question him... Mr. 180+ IQ is no fool and I'm sure he's working on various levels.... how to get around CBI questioning MOH , who 'physically' controls CBI ... though technically CBI comes in DoPT!!! He's working on the Opposition too... after all as MOF and MOH he's got material for..... hinting, soft and hard ......arm twisting!!

But as of now writing on the wall is PC will have to go!!!!

He's working on .... he continues in Cabinet and to some other portfolio he does go!!

PS.....all the 2 G accused who have got bail want to travel overseas..... why? One by one they will apply for permission.... relaxing and banking holiday!!! They say after Balwa's release Pawar was deliriously happy...its anyone's guess why Balwa had Pawar on his Jet to Dubai..... there is definitely a connection!!! Ex Debonair Editor Anil Dharkar has said 'Anna is not an intellectual'..... yes one is an intellectual if one is the Editor of a Magazine ,Debonair, that's USP is Ladies posing 'nangoo pangoo'.... Vinod Metha too was the Editor of this magazine at one time!! Good one's.... Russia wants to ban Gita as it thinks Gita contains teachings of S.M Krishna and they say Mukesh Ambani wants to buy stake in TV 18...... CNN IBN's name will be changed to... Reliance Fresh News!!

Why take Central Service officers in Secretariat?

Why should Central Service Officers be taken in Secretariat for they are appointed for their specialist service. They should leave such services for CSS as these services are approaching their dooms day for induction of specialist service officers. Do they take people from other services in their so called specialist service.

The Crusade

The Crusade (WIC 20.12.2011)alludes to and throws up an eternal dilemma. While no web-site via inter-net may be recommended for solution, perhaps search within via inner-net may help to clear some confusion and induce a measure of comfort (comic relief!). We are inextricably involved with and tied down to a complex maze of dysfunctionalities that we have ourselves created and which we have also come to firmly believe in. Perhaps, sustained introspection on a wide range of mundane matters in the manner implicit in the poet's outpourings and not instinctively sermonizing Chiku about "right" and "wrong" based on our differential (hypocritical) standards may provide some clarity. Needless to say public policies also require concurrent critical evaluation based on more objective criteria coupled with more effective & efficient execution by competent persons best suited for the purpose. However, there is no cause for despair at existing state of affairs and/or to be assailed by nagging feeling of guilt at our (dysfunctional) acts of omission and commission performed before Chiku. We are a product of our surroundings. However, our choices are entirely our own. Therefore, let us shed sentimentality, be wise and exercise 'feasible' choices in full awareness without being fearful or apologetic. Chiku is intelligent and understands!

All Central government depts have huge IT wing

All Central government departments have huge Information Technology wing which are mostly headed by non technical officers even though work is outsourced. Instead of keeping ITS officers sitting idle & being paid, can these officers be gianfully redeployed in such departments instead of keeping them idle. Perhaps no planning has been done before repatriating ITS officers for sitting idle. It is also worth mentioning whether those responsible for repatriation have failed to anticipate why ITS officers are not willing to opt for BSNL/MTNL & can anyone be held responsible for such decision costing crores of rupees pm.

No person is interested in going to hospital

The case of reference of CGHS patients to the private hospitals arose in order to avoid rush at Government hospitals. No person is interested in going to hospital be it be the CGHS beneficiary. A CGHS beneficiary is also not interested in remaining the air conditioned rooms of private hospitals. He/she makes the life of their family members miserable by saying 'mujhe jaldi ghar lekar chalo'. The Government is spending money towards paying the salaries of CGHS doctors and the other employees. It is also incurring expenditure in maintaining the infrastructure of hospitals, medicines and diagnostic tests. Government will only benefit from free reference of their employees to private hospitals. Rockland hospital opted out of CGHS ring only because their bills were not being settled in a time bound manner. Alternatively, in bid cities like Delhi there should be a separate hospital for CGHS beneficiary only. You double the CGHS subscription. No body will mind it.
