What
people say about us !
Really superb.
P P Kalra
Aaj Ki Aawaz
As of now CBI is Party in Power's 'Navratna'..... Jewel!!!! No Political
Party worth its salt would like an independent CBI!! There was no doubt
in many minds that Congress would ultimately not allow CBI to become
independent or give partial control of CBI to Lokpal!!! Lokpal without
an investigative wing in like a 'Post Office' and because of 'The Great
Leader's' intervention and if his Party has its way, Lokpal will be
a Constitutional Post Office!!! Congress says that how can the Judge
undertake investigations....well than in that case how can those whose
corruption CBI is supposed to investigate control CBI??? Maybe Congress
has its inputs and calculations that it'll be able to checkmate Anna.....
but I do not feel so!!!!! Congress's unwillingness to let go off CBI
has brought back memories about the misuse of CBI in the Bofors case.....
blatant misuse of CBI by Congress!!! I hope Sonia realizes that Anna
and Opposition are not like Manmohan Singh who bows to her every diktat!!
Sonia in her 'ishtyle' has ordered Anna and Opposition to accept
Congress's Jokepal!!
Fact is corrupt would never like a Lokpal!!
I think it's now time for Team Anna to close ranks! Congress's Dirty
Tricks Department is working overtime!!! Sibal, Tiwari and Renuka have
been put on standby to damn Team Anna and Opposition in Media.... also
outsourced this to some Journos too.... Congress's friendly Media too
has been requisitioned to underplay Anna's upcoming fast! Canards will
be spread..... objective give Team Anna a bad name and hang the Lokpal
Bill Team Anna is demanding..... if in the process they 'get hanged'
.....even better!! Brokering a back channel deal is not out of the question
now !! Sonia's been advised that 'in front of Government's might achche
achche have come to their knees!!!
Hope Sonia's heard the adage.... live by the sword die by the sword!
Same goes for those who conquer and plunder misusing 'oral and printed'
word!!!
Please do not get taken in the periodical bounces in the Sensex
and Nifty!!!! The bottoming out process in well underway!!! Quite some
time back I had said in my column that Market would fall to 12000! Gold....
well an analyst says that as long as Uncle Ben heads The Fed gold will
remain high..... but fact is gold will lose its sheen and may do it
even when Uncle Ben heads The Fed!! Land and Real Estate will fall next
year.... in Metros fall will be to the tune of 30%!! So where do you
invest..... jokingly someone mentioned .... buy US $ in cash and stock
the Dollars in your locker..... by end 2012 you will find these Dollars
would give you much more than what you could have earned in interest...
Disclaimer: Illegal!!!
Some are hoping and praying Right to Food Bill becomes a reality!!!
The pilfered money will ensure stocks, land and real estate do not
become a slow down casualty!
Sad but true.... Courts are now interfering in an area where Courts
have no business to interfere and should keep away.... religion!!!!
In Russia Court is sitting on Judgement on Gita and in India Court is
sitting on Judgement on the Sehajdhari issue!!!! Amrinder sadly is gung
ho on Court's recent verdict as he has an eye on the vote bank!! And
then we all know Congress's anti Sikh stand!!!! If I recall post Blue
Star so much poison was injected in the system that every Sikh was looked
upon as a terrorist!!
Christianity is safe and so is Islam!!!
Both will not be meddled with as for obvious reasons both are close
to heart of Congress's Madam!
PS..... Joke in Delhi.... Sonia has 20 billion plus reasons to be
against a strong Lokpal!! Now even Rahul's barber uses Swamy's name
to make giving Rahul a haircut easy... till now only PC's barber used
this ploy!! Cabinet Ministers owe AI Rs. 435 crores..... Maharjas ow
money to ex Maharaja who is now a bikhaari!! Farroukh says Media creating
hype on China.... now what is he up to????

Its a wonder that most of the foreign institutional investors (FIIs)have
been carrying on their 'Buy'
recommendation on real estate stocks, despite a meltdown in the stocks.
Media companies too are on the 'Buy' list, though a number of them are
suffering losses. FIIs have maintained a Buy report on companies like

Senior Railway officers worried
Honest senior Officers of Railways are worried regarding their chances
of becoming General Managers and above, due to the flip flop being adopted
in empanelment and promotions by the Railway Minister and Board. There
are severe manipulations in ACRs and other records to derail the worthy
officers. It is evident from the recent proposals which have been recommended
by Railway Minister to PMO/ DOPT that intentions are not clean and they
are driven by funding to TMC at Kolkata. Consistency is totally lacking.
What happened to Rajiv Bhargava for ME, opposite is happening to A K
Khanna for appointment as Financial Commissioner. Most cases are in
the similar boat. It is high time that PMO calls for explanation and
impose penalty on guilty as this is clear form of corruption.

DEBATE (1)
Politicians calling Bureaucrats "Sir" is perfectly in order.
Not every politician need do this. It is a relative equation, where
the Politician might be giving value to the person and not to the position.
The politician must be a person of propriety and stature who wanted
give due respect to another individual. Nothing wrong in the salutation.
I do not say everybody should do it.

DEBATE (2)

CGHS beneficiaries
Govt. is very much insensitive to the cause of private hospital opting
out CGHS. Without any prejudice Govt. should analyse why private hospitals
like Ganga Ram are not treating CGHS beneficiaries and now Rockland
is opting out. These hospitals have been provided land at very subsidised
rates for teating poor patients also but now even CGHS beneficiaries
also do not have the access. CGHS beneficiaries are at receiving ends.
