Laloo is now Congress's mascot for its 'Damn Team Anna' Mission!!!
Laloo for his own sake is anti a strong Lokpal.... in fact he's against
even a Jokepal!! Mulayam is on the same page as Laloo!!!! Team Anna
has always maintained that it's the Parliament that has to pass the
Lokpal Bill..... but isn't it the right of every citizen to put pressure
for what he or she feels is good for the Nation??? Congress's Dirty
Tricks Department is working overtime....... now the latest one is that
Anna went AWOL as a soldier..... Beni Prasad Verma a Rahul flunky has
made this allegation..... it is a blatant lie but then Congress is known
to make wild allegations against its foes!!! Manish Tiwari had even
called Anna corrupt!! Congress is now beating Team Anna with........
who are Team Anna to dictate Parliament...... and Team Anna should stand
for elections!!! Congress gave Team Anna this recognition by engaging
with Team Anna...... Congress did not even bother to make the Opposition
a part of the panel that Government nominated to discuss the Lokpal
Bill with Team Anna...why???? What happened to Parliamentary supremacy
here???? Gandhi ji never stood for an election so what's wrong with
Team Anna being an election free pressure group??? Why Congress is so
anti giving up control of CBI is well known!!!! And now Congress has
deployed a new strategy..... give Sarkaari Lokpal (read Jokepal) a try......
we'll fine tune the Bill later!!! What a joke...... because Sarkaari
Lokpal (read Jokepal) does not need fine tuning but an overhaul!!
Quarter measures will not be able to fight the Battle against ghoos!!!
Sarkaari Jokepal is made in such a way that Battle against Ghoos Sarkaari
Jokepal has to lose!!
Now Pranab Da says ' FDI Bill still in the works'!!!! The joke doing
the rounds is Congress has to keep hopes of FDI alive , otherwise it
may have a return 'something' it got for plugging for FDI in Retail!!
What Congress is selling to us is the 'honeymoon period in Big Ticket
retail' and those who know how Big Ticket Retail does work are demanding
checks and measures to ensure that post the honeymoon period the 'rollercoaster'
that Big Ticket Retail takes both suppliers and buyers is made into
a see-saw!!! Please do keep in mind Big Ticket Retail is not into philanthropy
as is being made out by the Big Ticket Retail Lobby (includes Congress)!!!!
Anand Sharma's knowledge is as it is very shallow and his 'pro Big Ticket
Retail' talk is based on his 'guided tours in Walmart... front end only'!!!
I hear Pranab Da has his apprehensions but for the sake of Congress
he has suppressed his apprehensions.... I say this because whenever
Pranab Da is not totally convinced about something when he talks on
it, he has a look on his face that 'people have after they've eaten
something very bitter'!!! When it comes to our PM .... he's out and
out in favour of Big Ticket Retail.... he knows US tests a Market with
Pepsi , Coke and then McDonald..... and when they want to take over
a Market then Walmart and likes are Unlce Sam's foot soldiers!!!
FDI is Foreign Direct Intervention!!
And how US achieves this I've explained US's Coke, Pespsi, McDonald
and then Walmart convention!!!!
PS.....Happy Birthday Vajpayee ji.... Today the Social Sites are being
asked to expunge material that hurts religious sentiments.... soon Congress
will say Sonia's a Demigod and ask what Congress feels is offensive
to her should be expunged!!! And then Demigod Junior!!! Lord Meghnad
Desai has not let us know about his connection with Gaddafi's son....
I think he should to this before he lectures us on TV shows! Diggy lambasted
Anna as a RSS flunky because of a pic of Anna with Nanaji Deshmukh.....
on Social Media now there are pics of Nehru taking salute at a RSS parade.......
Diggy's photo with a RSS functionary.... Mullayam and Kalam's pic with
Nanaji!!! Merri English sometimes hothi hai Japani (not English) but
rest assured my Dil is Hindustani!

Who brought Gandhi family on front ?
They are not the Government but fighting battle with Anna Hazare on the
corruption issue. Who are the persons who brought Gandhi family on the
front and why?
Has Sonia Gandhi scored a political goal?
Another theory says -Sonia Gandhi - by claiming the Lokpal Bill as fabulous
and historic - wants to score a political goal, for the poll bound UP.
Now she has armed Yuvraj Rahul to say that we have brought a Lokpal
to fight corruption, OBC quota for minorities and we will bring food
for you. Will this kind of strategy work to save the Congress's sliding
fortunes?
Anna's few minutes of fame ends?
Will Anna's rigid stand on Lokpal make a difference in the five poll
bound states? Will people listen to Anna before voting ? Will Anna remain
relevant after the bill is passed? These are few of the questions that
are being asked with great curiosity in the political circles these
days.
(DEBATE-CONCLUSION )
Anna effect derails work implementation
The Anna effect has created a fear psychosis among the corrupt bureaucrats
with the result that several projects and schemes including those meant
for the welfare of people are languishing for want of initiative at
the higher level. This was the conclusion of a debate conducted by the
whispersinthecorridors.com titled 'Lokpal Bill and Bureaucracy' recently.
Whispers has asked "The debate on Lokpal Bill and the subsequent
anger and protests across the country led by veteran Gandhian Anna Hazare
has instilled a fear of accountability among the bureaucracy. How should
the bureaucrats react to the situation?" and the majority of respondents
felt that since the government officials have become extra careful,
even many important works have taken a backseat.
And the fear about the adverse impact of Anna Hazare (Lokpal bill)
on 'mega projects' is not totally unfounded. In the absence of 'speed
money', the projects could slow down temporarily due to fear in taking
rational decisions. The institution of Lokpal will check, if not stamp
out, inflow of black money - into the realty sector and social sector
schemes - that is being misused as a corpus for bribery. Though, the
Realtors, as private players, will not come under the ambit of Lokpal
bill, their nexus with corrupt government functionaries will get exposed.
However, some of the respondents said, "Only the corrupt should
fear Lokpal Bill". The Anna effect, according to him, has created
a fear psychosis only among the corrupt bureaucrats by enhancing their
accountability. The corrupt Ministers alongwith the public sector executives
handling projects are also feeling immensely threatened by the impending
Lokpal Bill. The nexus between the corrupt political Executives and
bureaucrats is an open secret. No Minister can indulge in corruption
without the collusion of corrupt bureaucrats and vice versa.
Let the performance of bureaucrats/executives be assessed in relation
to physical and financial progress of government projects. Greater transparency
in tender evaluation is required. The and PSU executives must also refuse
to buckle under the political pressure.

Do they have courage to go above as a 'clean man'
I am retired bureaucrat both Lalu and Ram Vilas Paswan were my friend
and regular visitor to my room in the year 1977 in Rail Bhawan for one
work or the other. Sometimes my wife use to pack lunch for them also.
At that time Lalu use to stay with his brother in Class IV quarter in
Patna and Ram Vilas Paswan use to wear a torn Khadi Kurta and Gandhidhar
Shoulder 'latka bag'. Many a times Lalu use to roam about in my two
wheeler Vespa. When I was in service itself, they started distancing
themselves with me (i.e. not responding to the wish) in meetings when
they became Ministers. Somebody should explain their unprecendented
rise in a short period in financial terms and their behaviour. I have
the courage to go above as a 'clean man' do they have.

Can Lalu explain his rise from rags to riches in a short span ?
When Laloo came first to Patna he stayed in the 'servant quarter' of
his elder brother. Can he explain his rise from rags to riches in a
short span. If Parlimentarians had not done their job for the last 64
years, the citizen had to come to streets and raise its voice. Do you
want Egypt or Libya like situation in this country?

Lalu Yadav, the court jestor tainted with the infamous fodder scam, has
no right to speak about corruption and the Janlokpal Bill.He along with
the SP supremo seems to have struck a secret deal with the Congress

of an effective Lokpal bill.He received accolades during the Parl. debate

RTI
Certified copies of the photocopies
Background
The appellant sought certain attested documents and information regarding
the rule of the RTI Act, under which the attested copies of documents
should be given. The PIO denied the attested copies of documents claiming
that the Public Authority does not possess original documents. The Commission
directed the PIO to provide the relevant provision of law to the appellant
regarding attestation and to supply attested copies of the photocopies
of documents available in the records to the Appellant along with a
note on each page clarifying that the same are only copies of photocopies
and not copies of the original documents.
Comments
The RTI Act empowers the citizens of India to obtain certified copies
of the documents from the Government Organisations and the PIO should
not refuse to certify the documents even if the Public Authority does
not possess the original documents. In such cases, a note should be
given that they are only copies of photocopies and not copies of the
original documents. It should be remembered that certified copies of
the original may be used as an evidence in a court of law.
