Aaj Ki Aawaz

Politicians are cutting across Party lines and ganging up against Anna 'Doosra Gandhi'!!!

Anna has literally kick started against corruption an aandhi!!

Congress says ' Lokpal's orders will not be binding'!!!!

'This counter' in Congress Sibal is minding!!

He's even says ' Can the Lokpal ensure education, healthcare or water for the deprived'?????

But then at this conclusion he wrongly arrived!!

May I remind him about the words of his Boss's hubby ' only 8 paisa of Rs. 100 reached ground zero'!!

Lokpal is needed because though there is blatant chori our system has the same attitude like Nero!!

Nero stummed the harp as Rome burned!!!!

And all allegations about the blatant chori successive Sarkaar's have spurned!!

Lesser corruption would indeed make more money reach the cause it's been sent for!!!

Lesser money will go out of the back door!!

Sibal has spent a lifetime proving wrong is right!!!

And he has the art to prove wrong as right even when wrong is in 'black and white'!!!

Putridly Crafty PC too is giving his inputs.... and these guys are on the Draft Panel...do you see the game??????

It is very clear why on this Panel Sibal and PC Congress did name!!

Advani 'without taking names slammed those who look down on his kind (Netas)'!!!!!

He feels it is wrong to kick Netas who kick the Nation and Indians in the hind in their hind!!

It is Advani the Neta speaking........ don't forget Advani was in the Hawala Dairy of Mr. Jain!!!

Though he shows he is aboveboard but this statement will make people look down at him in disdain!

Anna has responded 'if Netas were on the right path I would not have to start this movement'!!!!

And this is not a case of 'just wanting improvement'!!!

This movement is to root out rot that abh ho gaya hai entrench!!

Of rottenness the system really lets out a horrid stench!!

There is a new scam coming out every day and every day there was a cover up!!!!!

Even 'honest' Mohna to protect those involved in scams gives gupp after gupp!!

Fact ........Desh ko loot liya in siyaasat waalon aur in ke Dalalon ne!!!

Jhooti jhooti baton se aur ek dum galath iraadon se!!

Jaane woh kaise logh theh jinnone apna sabh kuch Desh ke liye diya!!!

Ajh ke Netaon ne toh Desh ka khoon hai piya!!!

Again...... Anna has got what he demanded and now he should keep mum!!!!!

In Public domain speak ek dumm kumm!!!

Media has been put on the job to twist every word that he and those close to him say!!!!!

And this hired Media is capable of editing statements to change the meaning in the replay!!

Congress Leaders on the Lokpal Bill Draft Panel get goose-bumps at the mention of proceedings being video-graphed!!

'Do they think we are fools to agree to this' one of them nervously laughed????

Maybe the Ministers on this panel will say they are all camera shy!!

We know why they do not want proceedings video graphed and no excuse we are going to by!!

If Rahul could he'd retract the 'overage barb'....... but he can't!!!!

So very soon some ludicrous 'detail' in Media Congress will pant!!

The so called Messiah for Congress is a 'flop'!!!

Into the PM's chair via parachute he's trying to plop!!!!

Confucius says....... should we have a mediocre individual lead us just because of his surname!!!!

Or maybe after being ruled by Nehru-Gandhis we Indians they have been able to tame!!

Adds.... just peruse this lad's resume and you'll let out a gasp in shock!!!

Time to let Gandhi's know 'we Indians are not their pushtaani flock'!!!!

More........ abh from these parachuting Netas we should try to get chutkara!!!

Just the thought of being led by a mediocre individual because of his/her surname should raise every Indians paara (temper)!!!

Corruption of private sectors and so called civil society

There is CBI and Anti Corruption Wings for Government Servants but no body is talking about corruption in big houses and Pvt Sectors. Alleged bribe taker A. Raja and his Secretaries are behind the bar but what about bribe givers like Ambani, Tatas who are still enjoying the status of honest persons and no Hajare, Kejriwal and Bedi are interested in bribe givers. Film stars, owners of electronic media channels are the greatest tax evaders but they come and talk about corruption on news channels and innocent people listen them carefully. Is there any agitation against these hidden snakes.

Prize Money

Abhinav Bindra won the first individual Gold Medal in Olympics for our Country and was rewarded Rs. One Crore, as prize money. Later on, after 26/11, there were mails and smss moving across the Country putting this amount vis-a -vis compensation to 26/11 soldiers/policemen. Now, after the Cricket World Cup victory, various Govts./ Organisations, are falling one over another to make our existing Crorepati Cricketers to make them bigger Crorepatis and same public is lapping it up. Suddenly, these few crores have No relevance to 26/11 Shahids and other Sportsmen.

How many of us are even aware about the amount of prize money paid to our medal winning Sports persons; Wrestlers, Boxers, Athletes, Shooters etc who also brought glory to the Country in Commonwealth, Asian, Olympic and respective World cup competitions? Most of us won't be even knowing the names of Medal winners in various disciplines.

And then we, the Public, only laments why a country of 130 crore population doesn't produce World Champions !!!! .

Corrupt officers don't bother for promotion

It is not correct to relate the higher promotion with property return. It should be made mandatory and linked with salary of January every year since the annual report is due in January. Corrupt officers do not bother for promotion.

RC

Campaign against civil society

In less than 24 hours, the propaganda machinery of the dirty tricks departments in collusion with embedded journos of the 2-G notoriety has become active. It is so frightened of the people that it has started quoting the constitution a la the D quoting the scriptures. The cause of their fright is an ordinary man called Anna Hazare: corruption can take care of such elements(!!!) very easily, perhaps with the same ease with which it has been carrying out operation loot and still continuing to remain the people's representative. They think others are prohibited from thinking. Opinions of constitutional experts are being aired, political leaders have hardened their views, party spokespersons have begun demolishing civil society concept and even members of the committee have started ridiculing the committee. All a grand design. There is no constitutional bar on any such committee(NAC has been questioned and that has angered many because there is no constitutional opinion on that). All "residual" powers vest in the Union of India (subjects that do not find a mention in any of the three lists viz; union list, state list & the concurrent list). Bills are, everyone knows, of only two types: government bill & Private Members' bill. Private member's bill is meant to be withdrawn or defeated and government bill to be passed. Same is going to be the case with the Lokpal Bill. Why then such a hue & cry? It is so for the reason of the rise of the people's power(nobody has forgotten Emergency), but more than that it is the explosion of anger of the English speaking educated class across caste, creed, province, gender, language or any other divisive political character, which has been effectively deployed so far by politicos as a weapon to break the society in consumable pieces. It is this emergence of the new generation of the youth, who belong to the global village and have asserted themselves for the first time. Politicians have fooled the Emotional India for long but fear the Thought leaders of the young India. And they are rightly apprehensive, for this change has already occurred. The new India asserts itself, it is able to read between the lines and stand up to the challenge posed by corruption in India. India without corruption ? Imagine such an India after another 20 years, when the old will get replaced by the young, educated, modern and tech savvy leaders delivering clean government! When corruption fears the law, all public services will get delivered as efficiently as in any advanced country, contrary to by the grace of corruption. Education, health, justice & employment will become available to all Indians equally as a matter of right of the citizen rather than a slave of some criminal, though elected person.

It is unfair

Comparing Sachin and Anna Hazareji and looking at a competition between the two un-equals is unfair. Neither Anna Hazare is obsessed with Bhrat Ratna nor is Sachin. Lets leave them alone.

UPA will be at loss

The government is running around saving the face from all sides. It is a pity that inspite of many requests the government does not acts. There is a rumor that government wishes to save face by putting retirement age to 58 years or 62 years. The confusion prevails as the deciding bosses are somewhat whimsical. If it is not raised and implemented to 62 years than the reaction will be deep rooted and will cause UPA heavy causalities and deep trouble in the days to come. Old is gold but the limit is expiring. If it is not implemented, the entire lot goes with people who lead Hazare type agitations in the future and see who exists.

RTI

Application fee in the name of Accounts Officer
The RTI application was returned by the CPIO citing the reason that the application fee of Rs. 10/- was not in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer" of the Ministry. The Complainant stated that the IPO was in favour of "Accounts Officer" as per the DoPT circular F.10/9/2008-IR, dated 05/12/2008 and 02/09/2009. The CIC noted that the CPIO, in his reply, had not indicated the name and address of the First Appellate Authority before whom the first appeal could be filed by the complainant. While directing the CPIO to clarify the reasons for the same, the CIC also issued a show cause notice for imposition of penalty for not providing the information within the stipulated time frame.

Comments
Lack of awareness of the RTI Act makes the CPIO commit these kinds of follies. The CPIO should invariably indicate to the complainant the name and address of the First Appellate Authority, before whom an appeal can be filed. All payments in the name of the 'Accounts Officer' should be accepted.
