| It,s great site, where one can find about
the latest developments in the beaurucratic circle at natioanl as well state level.a
right and only place to find developments at centre with regard to mobility of
the officers. Aaj Ki Aawaz After manufacturing the Bhushan CD now Amar's trying to wiggle out by saying, 'If I made the tapes would I have allowed my voice to be there' ..... braying!!!!
I'm sorry to use strong language but Amar is a classical example of Netas gone rotten!!! And with passing time more and more rotten Amar has gotten!!
Shanti Bhushan has sued Amar .. and in due course Amar will do a CD search!!! CD on the Judge hearing this case so as to get the Judge down from his 'perch'!!
NAC does not believe in 'People's Will'!!
NAC only takes up matters as per Sonia's will!!!! And imagine Congress objects that in the Draft Panel Anna ne apna lot kiya hai fill!!!
NAC is full of Sonia's spoons....... they swore allegiance to her when they were appointed!!! As their Supreme Master Sonia they've anointed!!
Prior to every meeting a 'hymn' is sung .all the pro poor and pro Muslim schemes Sonia's made them all!!! As Her Humaneness karte hai Sonia ko call!!
Anna has written to Sonia about Sibal and Diggy . Anna ji it is on Sonia's orders they are ranting! Ranting till they are literally left panting!!
She's ordered them 'damn and derail' the are on 'her Majesty's service'!! Though to the Nation they are doing a huge disservice!!
Do you think these two on their two would have spoken on this issue . not a chance? It is Sonia who has ordered both to perform a 'war dance'!!
Now some plain speak with Anna corruption should be Lokpal's domain, And within this boundary Lokpal should remain.
Anna should ensure that the 'anti development' lobby does not get its agenda in, Because for this lot development is like a sin.
They feel development should be 'incidental', Whereas today for this Nation development is abs essential!!!!
Medha and Agnivesh's anti development stands are known!!!! Take the name of development and they start to moan!!
Basically Lokpal will not have to seek any permission to prosecute!!! On his own 'investigation and prosecution' he will be able to execute!!!
Lokpal takes no permission to investigate and prosecute and to no one does the Lokpal report!! Lokpal's final orders will be subject to Judicial review.....by only Supreme Court!!!!!
No judicial review of Lokpal's orders to investigate and prosecute!!!! Review only on the final order that the Lokpal does 'execute'!!
Three Judge Bench headed by CJI should review appeals to Lokpal's final orders!!! What worries is CJIs like Sabharwal and Balki who were 'wealth hoarders'!!
But what of Lokpal's orders on CJI or any Judge.....should Judiciary review such an order? On 'injudiciousness' this would indeed border!!!
Confucius says....... Democracy demands 'judicial decisions be tested'!!!! Only on Clemency Pleas with President for final review is the power vested!!
Flash........ Balki has done a turnaround on his IT returns.... now he says 'no'!!! And why he's done this I think now all know!!!
Bhushan CDs are spliced!!!!! From old CDs portions have been 'diced'!!!
New technologies make this easy...... and Amar's got 'in house technology that is the best!!!! Seems Flex has branched out into 'CD manufacturing, storage and recall' people say in jest!!!
Now Amar has deposited four CDs with the Cops......vintage Amar!!!!!! Seems Amar is going to have a very busy summer!!!
He's got the camera glare on himself!!!!! And he'll do everything to remain '
on the shelf'!!! Bharat Kumar Contact-suresh.mehrotra@yahoo.com> & <mehrotra.suresh@gmail.com> Kaushik

We should all support Anna's movement against corruption before it becomes too late and causes irreparable damage to our social, political and administrative system which is already mired deeply into it. Anna's movement may probably be the last opportunity for the silent majority of honest right thinking men and women of integrity who are made to suffer the demon of corruption in day today life due the weakening of the social, political and administrative fabric of the country by the vested interest of the few powerful people.

Making assets of public servants public
Making assets of public servants public and on-line is a double edged sword. Prima facie, it is an innocuous measure, but is it necessary to stand on the rooftop and Tarzan-Bundolo the details? in a democratic country, why should one be compelled to publicise his assets? in some states, it can be used to blackmail the official by unscrupulous politicians, extortionists, etc. Some public servants may be ashamed to put their details for they have nothing worthwhile. Doesn't a public servant have any right to privacy ? Is he earning without any work ? Building wealth is an art and just because someone is more alert to adding value purely from his earnings, why should he be forced to make it public? There is a system of filing about 4 copies of Property Returns by an AIS officer every year, which many of us do. We do not know where it goes, who opens it, where it is stored and who scrutinizes it. I think it is an ill-advised move, fraught with risks and pitfalls. For a beginning, why can't the authorities have a look at the obvious burgeoning asset details of election-contestants, MLAs, MPs, who have become multi-multi-billionaires in a very short time? By all means, catch and crush the corrupt public servants but spare the straightforward ones who have nothing to hide.

Reason for corruption in India
The single reason for corruption in India is that the CBI does not have jurisdiction over officers working in the state governments. All that is required is to extend the jurisdiction of the CBI over them. Nothing else is required.

CISF considers itself to be a law unto themselves
It has been noticed that the CISF considers itself to be a law unto themselves and treat the general public with contempt and disdain. This attitude is specially noticeable at Railway stations, Metro stations and Airports. They treat ordinary innocent citizens as criminals and actual criminals are let off without any question being asked and one can guess the reasons for this. The Senior officers of the force should carry out surprise checks periodically so that they discharge their duties diligently.

Dictatorship of Activistocracy
Politicians under Indian democracy has failed completely. Even if the supposed to be Lok Pal under draft law enacted by Anna Hazare and other patriots results into Dictatorship of Activistocracy, let it be. Why most of us do not support change. For 60 years we have been harassed, suppressed and exploited by the politicians without fear of masses and God. We should all therefore support Anna to bring a change first. Another Hazare would appear if the proposed Lok Pal too fails people's expectation. Let there be a beginning to change the system first. Therefore, please do not create any more hurdles in the passing of Lok Pal Bill.

Amar Singh's sinister strategy
Amar Singh is a symbol of what is wrong with our politics. A small time industrialist turned power broker who wormed his way into Mulayam Singh's inner circle through methods unknown, utilized this friendship to cement his access to luminaries like Ambanis and Bachans. It was Sonia Gandhi who once threw him out of her house when he came uninvited to attend a party. Now having forsaken by Mulayam Singh, he is busy cultivating Congress by methods he is familiar with. His accusations against Bhushans are a part of his sinister strategy.

It is not a question of Anna Hazare's qualifications
It is not a question of Anna Hazare's qualifications but the Strength of an individual to fight for a genuine cause. Though the elected representatives have all the rights to govern it is only when they do not perform their dutied that such a movement takes place. What is Anna saying ? Make tough law to deal with corruption and that too through a proper democratic process. What's wrong in it? Why don't you ever think that how many political parties have fulfilled their election promises ? Is it not cheating the people when you get elected on your promises and after election don't fulfill them . Should such elected representatives not be removed. The people of this country are wise enough to understand their rights and see through people who try to derail any movement for a just cause.

How can a bureaucrat be allowed to bully the system?
How can a bureaucrat who is privy to so many files during his postings in different capacity be allowed to use the platform of NGO to bully the system? Is there not a conflict of interest and also he may turn out to be exploiter. This is a serious issue. He should be dismissed from the service and let him pursue his social reform.
