Aaj Ki Aawaz

All are crying on getting back Indian moneys in Tax Havens that India should be proactive!

Bribe Swiss Bankers for CDs or do something so show on this issue Sarkaar is active!!

Send India 's FM Pranab Da on a 'Tax Haven Tour' to get info!!!

But Pranab Da tends to loose his temper and off the handle he does go!!

So when he sees he's not getting his point through he'll loose his head!!!

Chalo why not send India 's HM PC instead???

But PC's hearing has gone bad!!!!!

Like when Rahul talks he feels he hears Rahul's Dad!!

Why not send Krishna of Café Coffee Day fame?????

With Super Luxury hospitality Krishna Tax Havens 'will tame'!!!

Why not send Rahul and he can tell Dalits ' I'm going to get money for India 's needy'?

And prove that for publicity Ram Jethmalani is greedy!!!

Because Ramu has alleged that Gandhis hold huge deposits in Switzerland !!!!

In fact he'd scotch all rumors if in Switzerland with Ramu in tow Rahul would land!!

And if Gandhis have money there then 'on the sly Banks ko Sarkaar will tell'!!!

Rahul's there just for show and 'all is well'!!!

Sukhbir Badal decries 'Congress is not getting the Tax Haven money back'!!!!

Benami properties held by Indians overseas he will not attack!!

It is rumored that Badals have benami investments in millions in USA !!!

Shouldn't these be treated at par with money in tax havens…. what do you say???

It is alleged that Ranjan Bhattacharya has invested millions in 'real estate' in USA ????
Where they say to look after his investments his ex Partner now does stay!!!

What about Pramod's alleged investments…… chalo he's gone???

Alleged his investments are now under the control of his 'Rs.1000 Note' smack smoking son!!!

What I am trying to show is this is all just ' positioning of the political kind'!!!

What is needed is pragmatic application of mind!!!

Hear that Sarkaar is thinking of a Amnesty to get the money in Tax Havens back!!!!

Of course from Indians paying their taxes this will get flack!!!

Viewing the ground realities Amnesty would do the needful!!!!

RBI' coffers would be 'gorssly overfull'!!!

Today Indians holding Tax Haven accounts should be scared!!!

They feel now there are more chances that they could be 'bared'!!!

Also India should not allow black money circulating in the Nation to rise!

So an Amnesty of the kind Mohna had conjured would be wise!!

If the amnesty is 'penalizing' then money will be sent via hawala!!!

Kaala dhan will come back but it'll still remain kaala!

Last time there was a lot of 'round tripping'!!!

Black money was sent out and returned as white.... colour flipping!!!!!

But then those with black money here will say ... why preclude us??????

To go legit why are we not 'being allowed' on the bus'????

With this Amnesty there should be an amendment in the law and make punishment severe!

Punishment for holding black money overseas and benami investments overseas should instill fear!

For sure if such a mode is applied huge amounts will come back!!!

Only some Netas and the nefarious lots money in Tax Havens will stay back!!

Then India will be in a solid position to take on the Tax Havens!!!

And expose our Nation's 'Ravans'!

But please do note Rupee will rise to 30 versus the $ and Banks will have funds galore!!!!

Offtake of loans will be outsripped many times over by deposits so interests will hit the floor!!

So will the honest Indian be the collateral damage??????

The consequences of the amnesty Sarkaar should rummage!!

Confucius says……Its said to catch a thief track him via a thief!!!

Put Niira or Kalmadi on job to track Tax Haven moneys and confirm this belief!!

Adds…. First self preservation and then they'll make this into a business!!
Beneficiaries of accounts they track will get messages from them '50% to get you out of this mess'

( DEBATE ) Rahul Gandhi will become like Mahatma Gandhi

When ever the evils of society increases, some saint is born, for example Jesus, Buddha, Ram, Krishan or Gandhi. Rahul Gandhi is a leader with a heart and feeling of Mother Teresa, I can only quote her since I have worked with her and I have seen Rahul and worked with him also in Jhabua. He is born to lead the youth and the country to be a super power not only in the Economic field but in moral and spiritual field also.

Why 'good governance' receives a jolt ?

Government creates systems/institutions with a grand fanfare and then subsequently sees to it that it perishes. This is the main reason why 'good governance' receives a jolt in the country. Former Prime Minister Late Rajiv Gandhi had created Ministry of Programme Implementation in 1985. The project implementation wing of the Department deals with the work of 'successful implementation of various projects and schemes constituting one of the most significant conditions for development. Strengthening and effective coordination judiciously matched with regular monitoring thus becomes an important element in ensuring their successful completion with improved efficiency at a greater speed and on a reduced cost'. If we had paid more attention in the functioning of this wing allied with the work of Planning Commission, there would have been no reason to establish an office like the Performance Management Division. Round the year the officials of various Ministries /Departments are involved with its work and are not able to pay more attention to their own actual work. Has the RFD system succeeded in a recession ridden country USA? After the real estate bubble, we are going to witness the bubble of education loan very soon.

Corruption

The following are the differences between the rich and poor nations. The rich nations do not have much resources even then they are rich because the majority of people of a particular country follow some principles like -

i- Ethics, as basic principle, ii - Integrity, iii - Responsibility, iv - The respect for Laws and Regulations, v - Love for work, vi - The will to be productive and punctual. There is a need to inculcate the above in the minds of the people. Corruption will automatically disappear.

Corruption in media itself ignored

Of late there has been a lot of concern in the media about corruption. Surprisingly, the extent of corruption in the media itself is ignored. The reason why corruption survives in India is because its presence in the media, business and industry and judiciary is ignored. The bureaucracy and politicians are presumed to be corrupt (clearly, both have their black sheep which need weeding out). But so is the media, the judiciary and business and industry and their black sheep need weeding out as much. In the bureaucracy, the IAS has long been accepted as less corrupt than, for example the IPS and the Postal Service been accepted as less corrupt than the IAS. This is again incorrect as is obvious from recent examples. Nobody can be more corrupt or less corrupt. Either they are corrupt or they are not.

The politicians point fingers at the bureaucracy as being more corrupt. Again that is being economical with the truth.

The higher judiciary points fingers at the lower judiciary. But instances of corruption cannot be laid at the door of the lower judiciary alone.

Business and Industry raise the bogey of corruption ever so often. But most of the black money stashed abroad might belong to them. Even otherwise, as recent developments have shown, they are not above board either.

The media accuses all and sundry of corruption and continues to sensationalise serious issues. But does it not sweep corruption under the carpet where its own are concerned?

So, is there hope for this country?

The first thing to do is to realise the extent of the problem. So long as we do not realise the extent of the problem, the problem is bound to persist.

Netas should understand meaning of 'sacrifice'

I was watching the Republic Day celebrations. The commentator was very happily speaking about the great personalities who sacrificed their life for country's Independence. CDs of devotional songs were played. Netas were very happily unfolding the Indian flag. The commentator feels happy with his/her good commentary feeling that they know lot about the past. But they have never tried to know the present. How the present politicians who are running the country are knee dipped in corruption. The person who have sacrificed their life would have not liked their names being uttered in such a situation where the poor remains poor and the big looting the country. Atleast the netas should understand the meaning of the sacrifice by our leaders who took nothing but gave life for independence but we are giving nothing but taking whatever possible from the country.
